本发明公开了一种热熔打印装置,包括放色带辊、放介质辊、打印头、打印胶辊和收色带辊,色带从放色带辊放出,打印介质从放介质辊放出,色带与打印介质共同进入打印头与打印胶辊之间进行打印,打印后色带与打印介质剥离并卷入收色带辊;其特征在于:所述打印头与收色带辊之间还设置有剥离导向辊,所述剥离导向辊的表面设置有一层粘性胶体层,色带在所述剥离导向辊的粘性张力下卷入收色带辊;所述剥离导向辊表面的线速度与所述打印胶辊表面线速度相同,所述剥离导向辊的运转开启时间晚于打印胶辊的运转开启时间。本发明通过设置表面带有粘性胶体层的剥离导向辊,既可以起到导向舒展作用,又可以给色带的剥离提供特定速度。

一种热熔打印装置
技术领域
本发明属于打印机技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种热熔打印装置。
背景技术
热熔打印机使用色带打印,打印过程中热敏打印头发热并将热量传到色带上,色带面涂层的热转印层受热转印到打印介质上,可以在打印介质上打印文字和图案,由于打印介质上的热转印层耐摩擦、耐腐蚀、耐热、耐寒,使得这些文字和图案的保存时间相对较长,应用比较广泛,而且由于使用了色带介质,打印介质可以使用普通纸张、不干胶系列、聚合物薄膜等等。
热熔彩色打印机打印时速度较快,打印后色带不宜与打印介质直接剥离,否则会造成打印效果差。发明人发现,将从打印头出来的色带与打印介质继续行走一小段后再进行剥离,即“晚剥离”可以解决直接剥离效果差的难题。最初,发明人构想依靠收色带辊提供恒定速度来对色带进行剥离,但是由于收色带辊的角速度恒定,而随着色带的不断卷入收色带辊的直径变大,线速度也会变大,从而无法提供恒定速度,无法保证色带的晚剥离。后来,发明人通过使用半轴晚剥离结构改变色带的输出方向从而实现晚剥离,色带紧贴半轴的棱面运行获得一定的张力,一定程度上提升了打印效果。但是半轴剥离结构对于半轴棱面的光滑度要求较高,棱面表面的毛刺容易造成打印图像划痕。
另外,由于热熔打印是彩色打印机合成图像,对打印效果有很高的要求。带有张力的直接剥离还可能会造成图像两边有斜纹的现象。因此,晚剥离的实现是打印效果提升的关键之一。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种可实现在微张力作用下进行晚剥离的热熔打印装置。
技术方案:本发明所述的热熔打印装置,包括放色带辊、放介质辊、打印头、打印胶辊和收色带辊,色带从放色带辊放出出,打印介质从放介质辊放出,色带与打印介质共同进入打印头与打印胶辊之间进行打印,打印后色带与打印介质剥离并卷入收色带辊;其特征在于:所述打印头与收色带辊之间还设置有剥离导向辊,所述剥离导向辊的表面设置有一层粘性胶体层,色带在所述剥离导向辊的粘性张力下卷入收色带辊;所述剥离导向辊表面的线速度与所述打印胶辊表面线速度相同,所述剥离导向辊的运转开启时间晚于打印胶辊的运转开启时间。本发明通过设置表面带有粘性胶体层的剥离导向辊,既可以起到导向作用,又可以给色带的剥离提供恒定速度。剥离导向辊晚于打印胶辊开启,这样可以保证色带与打印介质离开打印头后继续行走一段时间,再在剥离导向辊的作用下进行剥离,保证了晚剥离的效果。
优选地,所述放色带辊与打印头之间还设置有清洁导向辊,所述清洁导向辊的表面设置一层粘性胶体层,即可以对进入打印头的色带表面进行清洁,同时起到导向作用。
优选地,所述剥离导向辊的运转开启时间晚于剥离辊的运转开启时间1~2秒,这样色带与打印介质离开打印头后1~2秒进行剥离,即实现了晚剥离,又防止色带与打印介质堵塞在设备内部。
优选地,所述剥离导向辊的两端固定在侧板上,通过驱动装置驱动,所述驱动装置优选为步进电机或伺服电机或变频电机。
工作流程:色带经放色带辊放出后依次通过清洁导向辊、打印胶辊与打印头之间、剥离导向辊后卷收至收色带辊上;打印介质经放介质辊后再导向辊的作用下进入打印胶辊与打印头之间,后经导向辊的作用导出。工作时先启动收色带辊,然后启动打印胶辊和打印头,打印介质与色带开始运行,滞后1~2秒后启动剥离导向辊,打印后的色带在微张力作用下晚剥离。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的优点:本发明通过设置表面带有粘性胶体层的剥离导向辊,既可以起到导向舒展作用,又可以给色带的剥离提供恒定速度。剥离导向辊的线速度与打印胶辊相同,开启时间晚于打印胶辊开启,这样可以保证色带与打印介质离开打印头后继续行走一段时间,再在剥离导向辊的作用下进行剥离,保证了晚剥离的效果,从而可以有效地提高打印品质,确保彩色合成的效果,简单实用。由于剥离辊滞后于打印胶辊运行,使得碳带在经过打印头后随纸张行进一段距离,而后在剥离辊的微张力作用下进行晚剥离,因为不会产生带张力的直接剥离造成的斜纹。

下面通过附图对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例1:如附图1所示的热熔打印装置,包括放色带辊1、放介质辊、打印头2、打印胶辊3和收色带辊4,色带5从放色带辊1放出,打印介质6从放介质辊放出,色带5与打印介质6共同进入打印头2与打印胶辊3之间进行打印,打印后色带5与打印介质6剥离并卷入收色带辊;所述打印头2与收色带辊3之间还设置有剥离导向辊7,所述剥离导向辊7的表面设置有一层粘性胶体层7-1,色带在所述剥离导向辊7的粘性张力下卷入收色带辊4;所述剥离导向辊7表面的线速度与所述打印胶辊3表面线速度相同,所述剥离导向辊7的运转开启时间晚于打印胶辊3的运转开启时间。所述放色带辊1与打印头2之间还设置有清洁导向辊8,所述清洁导向辊8的表面设置一层粘性胶体层,材质与剥离导向辊相同。
色带5经放色带辊1放出后依次通过清洁导向辊8、打印胶辊3与打印头2之间、剥离导向辊7后卷收至收色带辊4上;打印介质6经放介质辊后再导向辊的作用下进入打印胶辊3与打印头2之间,后经导向辊的作用导出。工作时先启动收色带辊,然后启动打印胶辊和打印头,打印介质与色带开始运行,滞后1~2秒后启动剥离导向辊,打印后的色带在微张力作用下晚剥离。所述剥离导向辊的两端固定在侧板上,通过驱动装置驱动。所述驱动装置为步进电机或伺服电机或变频电机。

1.一种热熔打印装置,包括放色带辊、放介质辊、打印头、打印胶辊和收色带辊,色带从放色带辊放出,打印介质从放介质辊放出,色带与打印介质共同进入打印头与打印胶辊之间进行打印,打印后色带与打印介质剥离并卷入收色带辊;其特征在于:所述打印头与收色带辊之间还设置有剥离导向辊,所述剥离导向辊的表面设置有一层粘性胶体层,色带在所述剥离导向辊的粘性张力下卷入收色带辊;所述剥离导向辊表面的线速度与所述打印胶辊表面线速度相同,所述剥离导向辊的运转开启时间晚于打印胶辊的运转开启时间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热熔打印装置,其特征在于:所述放色带辊与打印头之间还设置有清洁导向辊,所述清洁导向辊的表面设置一层粘性胶体层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热熔打印装置,其特征在于:所述剥离导向辊的运转开启时间晚于剥离辊的运转开启时间1~2秒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的热熔打印装置进行打印的方法,其特征在于:所述剥离导向辊的两端固定在侧板上,通过驱动装置驱动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热熔打印装置进行打印的方法,其特征在于:所述驱动装置为步进电机或伺服电机或变频电机。
