一种治疗面神经炎的中药配方
技术领域
本发明属于中医中药技术领域，特别涉及一种治疗面神经炎的中药配方。
背景技术
面神经炎(面神经麻痹，贝尔麻痹，亨特综合症征，俗称“面瘫”，“歪嘴巴”、“吊线风”)，是以面部表情肌群运动功能障碍为主要特征的一种常见病。一般症状是口眼歪斜。它是一种常见病、多发病，它不受年龄限制。患者往往连最基本的抬眉、闭眼、鼓嘴等动作都无法完成。
引起面神经炎的病因有多种，临床上分为中枢型面神经麻痹和周围型面神经麻痹两种。常见病因为：①感染性病变，感染性病变多由潜伏在面神经感觉神经节内休眠状态的水痘-带状疱疹病毒被激活引起；②耳源性疾病，③自身免疫反应；④肿瘤；⑤神经源性；⑥创伤性；⑦中毒，如酒精中毒，长期接触有毒物；⑧代谢障碍，如糖尿病、维生素缺乏；⑨血管机能不全；⑩先天性面神经核发育不全。
多数患者往往于清晨洗脸、漱口时突然发现一侧面颊动作不灵、嘴巴歪斜。病侧面部表情肌完全瘫痪者，前额皱纹消失、眼裂扩大、鼻唇沟平坦、口角下垂。病侧不能作皱额、蹙眉、闭目、鼓气和噘嘴等动作。鼓腮和吹口哨时，因患侧口唇不能闭合而漏气。进食时，食物残渣常滞留于病侧的齿颊间隙内，并常有口水自该侧淌下。由于泪点随下睑外翻，使泪液不能按正常引流而外溢。其中周围性面瘫发病率很高，而最常见者为面神经炎或贝尔麻痹。部分患者可有舌前2/3味觉障碍，外耳道疱疹等。
发明内容
本发明提供一种治疗面神经炎的中药配方，通过中药调理，祛风通络、散寒止痛，养血活络、解痉镇痛，制成贴膏，贴于患处，治疗面神经炎具有较好的效果。
本发明的治疗面神经炎的中药配方，其特征在于由以下重量份数的中药原料配制而成：
紫花前胡2-4份、菥蓂1-3份、三白草2-4份、翼首草2-4份、骨碎补2-3份、闹羊花2-3份、伸筋草2-3份、鸡血藤2-3份、红花2-4份、火麻仁1-3份、苏木2-4份、全蝎1-3份、首乌藤2-4份、莪术2-3份和海桐皮2-3份。
作为优选，按如下重量份数配制：
紫花前胡3份、菥蓂1份、三白草3份、翼首草3份、骨碎补3份、闹羊花2份、伸筋草2.5份、鸡血藤2.5份、红花3份、火麻仁2份、苏木3份、全蝎1份、首乌藤3份、莪术2.5份和海桐皮2.5份。
本发明的中药，按下述步骤制备：
制备方法按以下步骤进行：1、按上述比例称取中药原料，混合均匀，粉碎后过100-120目筛，干燥灭菌后备用；2、取适量香油、蜂蜡倒入锅内，加热，炼制滴水成珠时离火降温50-60℃；3、加入步骤1中制得的干燥灭菌的粉剂，边下边搅拌，经搅拌均匀后再降温至常温时，分装密封。上述方法制备的药膏，使用时用纱布装好敷于患处。用法：膏剂50g/盒，根据病变范围，在医生指导下取适量药物，外敷患处。6-12小时更换一次。注意事项：1、对上述诸药过敏者禁用。2、孕产妇慎用。
药理分析：
紫花前胡：性味归经：辛，微寒，入肺、脾经。散风驱热。
菥蓂：辛，微寒。归肝，胃，大肠经。和中利湿，解毒消肿。用于目赤肿痛，脘腹胀痛，胁痛，肠痈，水肿，带下，疮疖痈肿。
三白草：甘、辛，寒。有利尿消肿，清热解毒之功效。用于水肿，小便不利，淋沥涩痛，带下；外治疮疡肿毒，湿疹。
翼首草：苦寒，有小毒。有解毒除瘟，清热止痢，祛风通痹之功效。多用于外感发热，热病烦躁，泄泻痢疾，负湿热痹。
骨碎补：味苦，温，无毒。补肾，活血，止血。治肾虚久泻及腰痛，风湿痹痛，齿痛，耳鸣，跌打闪挫、骨伤，阑尾炎，斑秃，鸡眼。
闹羊花：性温，味辛；有毒。驱风，除湿，定痛。用于风湿顽痹、伤折疼痛、皮肤顽癣。
伸筋草：甘，平；无毒；入心，肾二经；舒筋活络，消肿止痛，治跌打损伤，瘀肿疼痛，多配苏木、土鳖虫、红花、桃仁等活血通络药，内服外洗均可。
鸡血藤：味苦微甘、性温，归肝、心、肾经；色赤入血，质润行散、具有活血舒筋，养血调经的功效；主治风湿痹痛，手足麻木，肢体瘫痪，月经不调，经行不畅，痛经，经闭，白细胞减少症。
红花：活血通经，散瘀止痛，有助于治经闭、痛经、恶露不行、胸痹心痛、瘀滞腹痛、胸胁刺痛、跌打损伤、疮疡肿痛疗效。有活血化瘀，散湿去肿的功效。
火麻仁：味甘、性平，有小毒，归脾、胃、大肠经；质润通降；具有润燥滑肠，利水通淋，活血祛风的功效；主治肠燥便秘，水肿，脚气，热淋，皮肤风痹，月经不调，疮癣，丹毒。
苏木：甘、咸，平。归心、肝、脾经；功能主治：行血祛瘀，消肿止痛。用于经闭痛经，产后瘀阻，胸腹刺痛，外伤肿痛。
全蝎：主要药用成分为蝎毒素，据《本草纲目》和《中国药典》载，全蝎具有“熄风镇痉、消炎攻毒、通络止痛”功能；主治“小儿惊风、抽搐痉挛、皮肤病、心脑血管病、炎症、乙肝、肿瘤”等病。
首乌藤：甘，平。归心、肝经。养血安神，祛风通络。用于失眠多梦，血虚身痛，风湿痹痛；外治皮肤瘙痒。
莪术：辛、苦，温。归肝、脾经；破血行气，消积止痛。用于血瘀腹痛、肝脾肿大、心腹胀痛，积聚，妇女血瘀经闭，跌打损伤作痛饮食积滞。
海桐皮：味辛；苦；性平。归肝；胃；肾经。祛风除湿；利水和中；活血解毒。主治风湿关节痛；腰腿酸痛；肾虚水肿；消渴；胃脘痛；跌打损伤；骨折；吐血；衄血；疟疾；漆疮；骨髓炎；深部脓疡。
本发明的中药配方，祛风通络、散寒止痛，养血活络、解痉镇痛，治疗面神经炎，制成膏贴贴于患处，作用快，无毒副作用，具有更好的治疗效果。
疗效判断：
面神经炎的主要临床症状有：一侧面颊动作不灵、嘴巴歪斜，病侧面部表情肌完全瘫痪者，前额皱纹消失、眼裂扩大、鼻唇沟平坦、口角下垂。病侧不能作皱额、蹙眉、闭目、鼓气和噘嘴等动作。
痊愈：面部表情、五官恢复正常。
好转：面部神经、肌肉痉挛及五官扭曲等改善。
无效：诸症无改善。
治疗结果：面神经炎患者134例，服用本发明的药物，痊愈100例，占76％，好转27例，占20％，有效率为97％。
附几例病例作进一步说明：
(1)张某，女，25岁，学生。2014年9月就诊。自述于两周前感受风寒引起右面部麻木不仁，口眼歪斜。曾服用阿莫西林，解热止痛片等效果不显，要求给予中药治疗。查体：右眼睑闭合不全，额纹消失，口角向左侧歪斜。诊为面神经炎给予本发明中药膏，外敷三天后症状减轻，继续使用一周，诸症消失痊愈。
(2)林某某，男，42岁。2014年6月就诊。自述左侧面部麻木不仁，口眼歪斜2个月。曾针灸治疗一周，未见明显好转。查体：左侧眼睑闭合不全，口角向右侧歪斜，鼓嘴吹气漏气。给予本发明中药外敷一周，诸症减轻，继续外敷三天，诸症消失痊愈。
具体实施方式
实施例1
紫花前胡3份、菥蓂1份、三白草3份、翼首草3份、骨碎补3份、闹羊花2份、伸筋草2.5份、鸡血藤2.5份、红花3份、火麻仁2份、苏木3份、全蝎1份、首乌藤3份、莪术2.5份和海桐皮2.5份。

制备方法按以下步骤进行：1、按上述比例称取中药原料，混合均匀，粉碎后过100目筛，干燥灭菌后备用；2、取适量香油、蜂蜡倒入锅内，加热，炼制滴水成珠时离火降温55℃；3、加入步骤1中制得的干燥灭菌的粉剂，边下边搅拌，经搅拌均匀后再降温至常温时，分装密封。上述方法制备的药膏，使用时用纱布装好敷于患处。用法：膏剂50g/盒，根据病变范围，在医生指导下取适量药物，外敷患处。8小时更换一次。注意事项：1、对上述诸药过敏者禁用。2、孕产妇慎用。
