[0002] 腰间盘突出、骨质增生、肩周炎、关节炎、颈椎病都是目前的常见病,又是相对比较顽固的疾病,这些病治疗难度大、治疗周期长、容易复发,严重者有的甚至造成终身残疾,影响患者健康和正常的生活工作。对待以上病症目前常用疗法有三种:一是物理方法,这种方法采用按摩、针灸、医疗器械牵引治疗等,这种方法只适用于症状轻微的腰间盘突出患者; 二是药物治疗,用一些活血化瘀的中药内服外洗、浸泡,只能缓解症状,不能从根本上祛除病症;三是手术治疗,这种治疗费用高、风险大,并且容易复发。目前中药治疗腰间盘突出、 骨质增生、肩周炎、关节炎、颈椎病的研究取得了可喜的成果,中药治疗上述病症发展前景较好。

[0006] 血竭:甘咸,平,入心、肝、脾经。具有活血散瘀,定痛,止血生肌,敛疮之功效。主治跌打肿痛,内伤瘀痛;外伤出血不止,瘰疬,臁疮溃久不合。《海药本草》:主打伤折损,一切疼痛,补虚及血气搅刺,内伤血聚,并宜酒服。
[0007] 红花:味辛、性温,归心、肝经。气香行散,入血分具有活血通经,祛瘀止痛的功效。 主治痛经,经闭,产后血晕,瘀滞腹痛,胸痹心痛,血积,跌打瘀肿,关节疼痛,中风瘫痪,斑疹紫暗。《本草汇言》:红花,破血、行血、和血、调血之药也。凡如经闭不通而寒热交作,或过期腹痛而紫黑淋漓,或跌扑损伤而气血瘀积,或疮疡痛痒而肿溃不安,是皆气血不和之证,非红花不能调。
[0008] 木瓜:性平、微寒,味甘。归肝、脾经。有助消化之余还能消暑解渴、润肺止咳。它特有的木瓜酵素能清心润肺还可以帮助消化、治胃病,它独有的木瓜碱具有抗肿瘤功效,对淋巴性白血病细胞具有强烈抗癌活性。[0009] 丹参:性味苦,微寒。归心、肝经。活血调经,祛瘀止痛,凉血消痈,清心除烦,养血安神。.《本草新编》:丹参,味苦,气微寒,无毒。入心、脾二经。专调经脉,理骨筋酸痛,生新血,去恶血,落死胎,安生胎,破积聚症坚,止血崩带下。脚痹软能健,眼赤肿可消。辟精魅鬼祟,养正祛邪,治肠鸣亦效。仅可佐使,非君臣之药,用之补则补、用之攻乃攻,药笼中所不可缺也。其功效全在胎产之前后,大约产前可多加,产后宜少用,自然成功多,而取败少也。

[0011] 黑蚂蚁:治疗骨关节疾病,如风湿、类风湿、风湿性关节炎、肩周炎、颈椎病、腰腿痛、男性性功能低下等有较好疗效。《本草纲目》叙述了蚂蚁的药用价值,近年来,国内外医学者对黑蚂蚁进行了广泛研究,并证实对人有强身健体的作用,并含有多种维生素,是一种天然保健珍品。
[0012] 透骨草:性味甘、辛,温。入肺、肝二经。功效祛风除湿,该品辛温,辛能行散,温胜寒湿。八肝经,故能祛风除湿,如《本草纲目》日:透骨草“治筋骨一切风湿疼痛挛缩。”若因风寒湿邪侵袭肢体经络而导致肢体疼痛,麻木,屈伸不利。可选用该品,祛风散寒胜湿,病邪去,则诸症自愈。舒筋活络,该品辛散温通,入肝经,而肝主筋.故该品具有舒筋活络之功效。对于外感风寒之邪,经气失宣,症见肢体筋脉收缩抽急,不能舒转自如。可选用透骨草, 祛风散寒,舒筋活络治之。如《陕甘宁青中草药选》即选用该品,治筋骨拘挛。
[0013] 当归:性温,味甘、辛。归肝、心、脾经。功能补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、月经不调、经闭痛经、虚寒腹痛、肠燥便秘、风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤、痈疽疮疡。
[0014] 牛膝:归肾经,补肝肾;强筋骨;活血通经;引敌国(火)下行;利尿通淋,具有活血祛瘀的功效。
[0015] 独活:性味辛、苦,微温。归肝、肾、膀胱经。治祛风胜湿;散寒止痛。用于风寒湿痹;腰膝疼痛;少阴伏风头痛,头痛齿痛。.《本草正义》:独活为祛风通络之主药,《本经》主风寒所击,祛风之正治也。主金疮止痛,盖指风邪外袭之破伤风,则能祛风而止其痛,非能止脱血发热之疮痛也。《别录》疗贼风及百节痛风,无问久新,则芳香定窜,固无微不至,亦防风之流亚也。独活气味雄烈,芳香四溢,故能宣通百脉,调和经络,通筋骨而利机关,凡寒湿邪之痹于肌肉,着于关节者,非利用此气雄味烈之陈,不能直达于经脉骨节之间,故为风痹痿软诸大证必不可少之药。

[0022] 蜈蚣:辛,温;有毒。归肝经。息风镇痉,功毒散结,通络止痛。用于小儿惊风,抽搐痉挛,中风口歪,半身不遂,破伤风,风湿顽痹,疮疡,瘰疬,毒蛇咬伤。
[0023] 马钱子:苦,寒,有毒。归肝、脾二经。治咽喉痹痛,痈疽肿毒,风痹疼痛,骨折,面神经麻痹,重症肌无力。1.通络止痛:用治风湿顽痹或拘挛麻木。2,消肿散结:用治外伤瘀肿疼痛及痈疽肿痛。近年用治多种癌肿,有一定疗效。3.治疗小儿麻痹后遗症,腰椎间盘突出症,三叉神经痛,类风湿性关节炎,跌打损伤、瘀血疼痛,风寒湿痹、全身关节拘急、麻木, 癌肿等。用法用量内服:炮制后入丸、散,日服0.3〜0.6g(大剂量0.9g)。外用适量,研末撒,或浸水、醋磨、煎油涂敷,或熬膏摊贴。
