本发明涉及中药组合物领域，更具体的讲是一种治疗血瘀型痔疮的中药组合物，其由下述组分组成：蒲公英20-40g、黄柏20-40g、桃仁10-30g、丹皮20-40g、茯苓20-40g、白芷10-30g、土槿皮10-20g、马齿苋5-15g、败酱草5-15g、红花10-20g、当归5-15g、川芎3-12g、莱菔子3-12g、天花粉3-12g、荆芥3-12g、益母草3-12g、柴胡5-20g、白术5-20g、香附3-12g，本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用中草药外洗，无任何无毒作用，而且使用方便，本品特别针对血瘀型痔疮有很好的疗效，其中有效率高达100%，说明其符合对症施治的原则，另外治愈率也高达90.53%，且治愈后无复发，因此特别适合血瘀型痔疮且内痔脱出症状的治疗。

背景技术
痔是一种常见的肛肠疾病，目前，关于痔的定义、病因病理争论较多，尚无定论。
传统上认为痔是人体直肠末端粘膜下和肛管皮肤下静脉丛发生扩大张和屈曲所形成的柔软静脉团。而新的观点认为痔是肛垫病理性肥大、移位及肛周皮下血管丛血流瘀滞形成的团块。
中医所说的痔有两种含义，广义的痔是泛指所有的肛门病，狭义的痔是指西医所说的痔。传统的观点认为痔分为内痔、外痔和混合痔，内痔是指发生在肛管齿线以上部分的粘膜隆起，这个隆起称为痔核或痔块。外痔是指发生于肛管齿线 以下部分或肛门缘处的皮肤隆起，外痔又可分为静脉曲张性外痔、结缔组织外痔、血栓性分痔和炎性外痔。静脉曲张性外痔是指由于直肠下静脉丛屈曲扩大所形成的肛门皮肤隆起；结缔组织外痔是指由于结缔组织增生引起的肛管或肛门缘皮肤隆起；血栓性外痔是指肛门处皮下血栓形成而引起的皮肤隆起；炎性外痔是指肛门皱壁或其它类型的外痔的感染发炎。混合痔是指在同一方位上的具有内痔和静脉曲张性外痔，而且在齿线处上下相连。在我国，痔是最常见的肛肠疾病，素有“十男九痔”、“十女十痔”的说法。在美国，痔的发病率约为5%。痔的诱发因素很多，其中便秘、长期饮酒、进食大量刺激性食物和久坐久立是主要诱因。
从中医角度讲，痔疮可以分为以下三类，
一， 血瘀型，患者局部血瘀较重，常表现为肛门坠胀、瘙痒不适、肛门有异物感或者有轻微便血，瘀阻作痛；
二， 湿热型，患者体内湿气、热邪较重，常表现为肛门坠胀灼痛、便血、大便干结、小便短赤、舌变箭红、舌苔黄厚腻、脉弦数；
三， 肠热型，患者肠道热毒较重，常有便血、色泽鲜红，伴有口渴喜饮、唇燥咽干，大便干结、小便短赤，痔核脱出、灼热疼痛。
关于痔的治疗方法较多，但大体而言有药物治疗和手术治疗以及物理治疗。药物治疗分为内治和外治。目前，有的学者诊为痔是一种正常解剖组织，轻易手术治疗会导致不良后果，应尽量以保守治疗为主。中医药治疗具有悠久的历史和明确的疗效。辨证论治是中医治疗的精髓。采用辨证论治的方法治疗痔有良好的效果，而目前的治疗药物都是适用于各种痔疮，以至于治愈率低，治疗效果不好，而且对于内痔患者来说，内痔经常会出现脱出的情况，其伴随着坏死、感染、便血、疼痛以及分泌物流出等症状，其严重影响着患者，而且针对这种特殊患者并没有较好的药物可以治疗，这是现有技术的不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于针对以上现有技术中的不足，提供一种专门用于血瘀型痔疮的中药组合物，其特别针对内痔脱出者。

优化的，上述的一种治疗血瘀型痔疮的中药组合物，由下述组分组成：蒲公英25-35g、黄柏25-35g、桃仁15-25g、丹皮25-35g、茯苓25-35g、白芷15-25g、土槿皮12-18g、马齿苋8-12g、败酱草8-12g、红花12-18g、当归8-12g、川芎5-10g、莱菔子5-10g、天花粉5-10g、荆芥5-10g、益母草5-10g、柴胡8-15g、白术8-15g、香附5-10g。

本发明中药组合物的使用方法为：用水煎服，过滤冷却后外洗，每日两次，每次10分钟即可。
临床病例
临床病例264例，男性137人，女性127人，年龄22-55岁，病程3-32年，临床表现为不同程度的肛门坠胀、瘙痒不适、肛门有异物感或者有轻微便血，瘀阻作痛，为明显的血瘀型痔疮，且具有不同程度的脱出现象，治疗3天后全部病例均症状有较明显减轻，治疗1个月后，其中239人痊愈，22人症状明显改善，3人症状略有改善，则治愈率为90.53%，有效率达100%。
典型病例
王某，46岁，性别：男，病程16年，症状有较强的肛门坠胀感，有轻微便血和内痔脱出，使用本发明外洗3天后症状明显改善，25天时症状全部消失，跟踪1年后无复发。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用中草药外洗，无任何无毒作用，而且使用方便，本品特别针对血瘀型痔疮有很好的疗效，其中有效率高达100%，说明其符合对症施治的原则，另外治愈率也高达90.53%，且治愈后无复发，因此特别适合血瘀型痔疮且内痔脱出症状的治疗。

一种治疗血瘀型痔疮的中药组合物，由下述组分组成：蒲公英20g、黄柏20g、桃仁10g、丹皮20g、茯苓20g、白芷10g、土槿皮10g、马齿苋5g、败酱草5g、红花10g、当归5g、川芎3g、莱菔子3g、天花粉3g、荆芥3g、益母草3g、柴胡5g、白术5g、香附3g。
实施例2
一种治疗血瘀型痔疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：由下述组分组成：蒲公英25g、黄柏25g、桃仁15g、丹皮25g、茯苓25g、白芷15g、土槿皮12g、马齿苋8g、败酱草8g、红花12g、当归8g、川芎5g、莱菔子5g、天花粉5g、荆芥5g、益母草5g、柴胡8g、白术8g、香附5g。

一种治疗血瘀型痔疮的中药组合物，由下述组分组成：蒲公英30g、黄柏30g、桃仁20g、丹皮30g、茯苓30g、白芷20g、土槿皮15g、马齿苋10g、败酱草10g、红花15g、当归10g、川芎8g、莱菔子8g、天花粉8g、荆芥8g、益母草8g、柴胡12g、白术12g、香附8g。

1.一种治疗血瘀型痔疮的中药组合物，由下述组分组成：蒲公英20-40g、黄柏20-40g、桃仁10-30g、丹皮20-40g、茯苓20-40g、白芷10-30g、土槿皮10-20g、马齿苋5-15g、败酱草5-15g、红花10-20g、当归5-15g、川芎3-12g、莱菔子3-12g、天花粉3-12g、荆芥3-12g、益母草3-12g、柴胡5-20g、白术5-20g、香附3-12g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗血瘀型痔疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：由下述组分组成：蒲公英25-35g、黄柏25-35g、桃仁15-25g、丹皮25-35g、茯苓25-35g、白芷15-25g、土槿皮12-18g、马齿苋8-12g、败酱草8-12g、红花12-18g、当归8-12g、川芎5-10g、莱菔子5-10g、天花粉5-10g、荆芥5-10g、益母草5-10g、柴胡8-15g、白术8-15g、香附5-10g。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种治疗血瘀型痔疮的中药组合物，其特征在于：由下述组分组成：蒲公英25g、黄柏25g、桃仁15g、丹皮25g、茯苓25g、白芷15g、土槿皮12g、马齿苋8g、败酱草8g、红花12g、当归8g、川芎5g、莱菔子5g、天花粉5g、荆芥5g、益母草5g、柴胡8g、白术8g、香附5g。
