Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗偏头痛的中药制剂。偏头痛属于祖国医学头痛、偏头风等范畴，临床以肝阳上亢、痰瘀阻络型多见。感受风寒湿热及脏腑功能失常为偏头痛的主要病机。为此，本发明选择具有活血化瘀、通络止痛、祛风理气、滋补肝肾、益气补血的中药阳雀花、血风藤、星宿菜、线叶蓟、地精草、独角芋、鹿衔草、枸骨叶、还阳参、柠条花、冷水丹、石香葇，制成汤剂，经临床试验，总有效率达到95.3％，明显优于对照组。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗偏头痛的中药制剂。
背景技术
偏头痛是反复发作的阵发性半侧头痛，是最重要和常见的原发性头痛。是由于颅血管收缩功能变化而引起的头痛，呈现与脉搏一致的搏动性或胀痛，一般持续4～72小时，可伴有恶心、呕吐等症状，低头、受热、用力、咳嗽等均可使头痛加重。偏头痛是一种慢性神经血管性疾患，多起病于儿童和青春期，中青年期达发病高峰，女性居多，人群中患病率为5％～10％，常反复发作，病情缠绵难愈，给患者带来很大痛苦，目前，西医还缺乏理想的治疗方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗偏头痛的中药制剂。偏头痛属于祖国医学头痛、偏头风等范畴，临床以肝阳上亢、痰瘀阻络型多见。感受风寒湿热及脏腑功能失常为偏头痛的主要病机。中医认为治疗原则为活血化瘀、通络止痛、祛风理气、滋补肝肾、益气补血。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗偏头痛的中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：阳雀花3-15份、血风藤10-16份、星宿菜15-25份、线叶蓟15-25份、地精草9-18份、独角芋5-15份、鹿衔草25-50份、枸骨叶15-25份、还阳参25-50份、柠条花15-25份、冷水丹2-5份、石香葇10-20份。
优选的，阳雀花8份、血风藤13份、星宿菜20份、线叶蓟20份、地精草14份、独角芋12份、鹿衔草30份、枸骨叶20份、还阳参35份、柠条花20份、冷水丹3份、石香葇15份。
制备方法将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
方中：阳雀花、血风藤补气益肾，补益气血，祛风通络；星宿菜祛风行气、活血散瘀；线叶蓟活血散瘀；地精草清肝息风；独角芋散瘀止痛；鹿衔草补虚益肾、祛风活血；枸骨叶、还阳参补肝肾，养气血；柠条花滋阴养血；冷水丹理气止痛；石香葇理气、活血、止痛。
临床资料
1、一般资料：本组患者86例，均为门诊患者，按随机数字表，将病例随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。治疗组男20例，女23例；年龄20～48岁，平均32.5岁，病程5个月2年。对照组男21例，女22例；年龄为21～47岁，平均31.6岁，病程5个月～2年。两组患者在性别、年龄、病程方面比较，差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。
2、诊断标准：符合1988年国际头痛协会头局部疼痛分类诊断标准，且脑CT正常，而TED检查均提示：“脑血管痉挛”及“脑动脉供血不足”。中医诊断参照1994年国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》(头风)诊断标准：头痛部位多在头部一侧额颞、前额、头顶，或左或右辗转发作，每次发作时间可持续数分钟、数小时、数天，也有持续数周者。头痛的性质多为跳痛、刺痛、胀痛、隐痛等。
3、治疗方法：治疗组服用本发明所述的中药制剂，称取阳雀花8g、血风藤13g、星宿菜20g、线叶蓟20g、地精草14g、独角芋12g、鹿衔草30g、枸骨叶20g、还阳参35g、柠条花20g、冷水丹3g、石香葇15g，水煎成汤剂，每日一剂，分早晚2次服用；对照组口服佐米曲普坦片，一次1片(2.5mg)，一天1次，加服阿米替林，一次25mg，一日2次。两组均两周一个疗程，连服2个疗程统计疗效。
4、疗效标准：治愈：症状消失无复发，相关实验室检查正常；显效：症状消失，TCD检查正常，半年以内无复发；有效：症状减轻，实验室检查有所改善；无效：症状及实验室检查均无改善。
5、治疗结果：两组治疗两个疗程后疗效比较，治疗组43例，其中治愈12例(27.9％)，显效20例(46.5％)，有效9例(20.9％)，无效2例(4.7％)，总有效率95.3％；对照组43例，其中治愈3例(7.0％)，显效12例(27.9％)，有效13例(30.2％)，无效15例(34.9％)，总有效率65.1％。两组比较，治疗组治愈率、总有效率明显优于对照组，具有可比性(P＜0.05)。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取阳雀花8g、血风藤13g、星宿菜20g、线叶蓟20g、地精草14g、独角芋12g、鹿衔草30g、枸骨叶20g、还阳参35g、柠条花20g、冷水丹3g、石香葇15g，将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
实施例二：称取阳雀花3g、血风藤16g、星宿菜15g、线叶蓟15g、地精草18g、独角芋15g、鹿衔草50g、枸骨叶25g、还阳参50g、柠条花15g、冷水丹2g、石香葇10g，将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
实施例三：称取阳雀花15g、血风藤10g、星宿菜25g、线叶蓟25g、地精草9g、独角芋5g、鹿衔草25g、枸骨叶15g、还阳参25g、柠条花25g、冷水丹5g、石香葇20g，将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。

1.一种治疗偏头痛的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：阳雀花8份、血风藤13份、星宿菜20份、线叶蓟20份、地精草14份、独角芋12份、鹿衔草30份、枸骨叶20份、还阳参35份、柠条花20份、冷水丹3份、石香葇15份。
