背景技术

发明内容

临床资料
1、一般资料 病例均为宜昌市中心医院门诊及住院病人。21例中，男13例，女8例，年龄53-69岁，平均年龄62岁，病程3个月到10年，平均2年。
2、诊断标准 (1)可有动脉硬化、高血压、糖尿病、心房颤动等病史。(2)头痛、头昏、头晕、眩晕、恶心呕吐、运动性和(或)感觉性失语甚至昏迷。(3)双眼向病灶侧凝视中枢性面瘫及舌瘫、假性延髓性麻痹如饮水呛咳和吞咽困难。(4)肢体偏瘫或轻度偏瘫、偏身感觉减退、步态不稳、肢体无力、大小便失禁。(5)脑部CT、MRI检查可显示梗死部位和范围，并可排除脑出血、瘤卒中和炎症性疾病。(6)常有T1A中风病史。
3治疗方法采用中药组合物。桃仁10g、红花10g、菊花10g、石决明10g、荷叶10g、柴胡10g、天麻10g、薏苡仁30g、炒白术10g、川芎10g、钩藤15g、夏枯草12g、胆南星10g、赤芍15g、地龙10g、石菖蒲15g、丹参30g。两日一剂，水煎，每日3次内服。
患者在治疗期间注意养成良好的生活习惯，均避免高脂饮食，戒烟酒，忌过劳，避免精神紧张，消除顾虑。7天为一个疗程，2到3个疗程后观察疗效。
疗效版定标准根据治疗前后症状总分，按公式求出疗效指数以判定疗效。疗效指数(治疗前症状总分-治疗后症状总分)/治疗前症状总分×100％。疗效指数＜25％为无效；26％-50％为好转；51％-85％为显效；＞86％为临床治愈
治疗结果治疗后统计疗效，治愈6例(28.6％)，显效7例(33.3％)，好转8例(38.1％)。该中药组合总有效率达100％。
具体实施例
以下是本发明的典型病例
病例一：周某，男，50岁，患者头痛，头昏，头皮发麻，四肢偶感麻木，舌体发胖，色暗。临床诊断患有轻微脑梗(痰瘀交阻)。服用本发明的中药水煎液，每日3次，1次250ml，服用7天后，头昏、头皮发麻症状缓解；继续服用30天后，头昏，四肢麻木症状明显改善，精神转佳。
病例二：袁某，女，67岁，患者劲椎痛，颈后血管疼痛，可见明显静脉曲张，咳嗽；舌质淡紫有瘀斑。临床诊断患有脑梗(痰瘀交阻)。服用本发明的中药水煎液，每日3次，1次250ml，服用10天后，颈椎疼痛明显减轻。

病例六：杨某，女，59岁，患者经常头晕，作呕，头闷，低头便感头晕，长期睡眠不好，便秘，常感乏力。临床诊断有脑梗(气血亏虚)。服用本发明的中药水煎液，每日3次，1次250ml，服用7天后，头晕头闷改善，睡眠好转，体力增强，精神好转。
病例七：吴某，女，53岁，患者头昏头晕，颈椎不适，四肢麻木，全身乏力，睡眠不好，舌质紫暗，有瘀斑。临床诊断有脑梗(气滞血瘀)。服用本发明的中药水煎液，每日3次，1次250ml，服用7天后，头昏头晕改善，四肢麻木好转；继续服用30天后，颈椎不适好转，头昏头晕明显改善，四肢麻木基本消失，睡眠明天好转；连续服用60天后，症状痊愈。
病例八：周某，男，65岁，患者头昏头疼，上肢麻木，口干，医学影像学检查结果示：基地动脉起始部血管腔轻度狭窄，右侧椎动脉较左侧略细。临床诊断有脑梗(气血痰阻)。服用本发明的中药水煎液，每日3次，1次250ml，服用10天后，头疼缓解；继续服用30天后，头昏头疼明显好转，上肢麻木感基本消失，身体状况基本恢复正常。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗脑梗死的中药组合物，其特征在于该中药组合物由以下重量份的中药制成：桃仁8-15份、红花8-12份、菊花9-15份、石决明9-15份、荷叶9-12份、柴胡9-12份、天麻9-12份、薏苡仁25-35份、炒白术9-12份、川芎6-12份、钩藤12-20份、夏枯草10-15份、胆南星9-12份、赤芍10-20份、地龙9-15份、石菖蒲10-20份、丹参25-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗脑梗死的中药组合物，其特征在于该中药组合物由以下重量份的中药制成：桃仁10份、红花10份、菊花10份、石决明10份、荷叶10份、柴胡10份、天麻10份、薏苡仁30份、炒白术10份、川芎10份、钩藤15份、夏枯草12份、胆南星10份、赤芍15份、地龙10份、石菖蒲15份、丹参30份。
