本发明涉及中药技术领域。本发明的目的是以中医理论为基础，通过对痔疮一症发病原因的辩证分析进而提供一种用于治疗该症的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：茯苓10-20、海金沙20-30、茅根15-25、龙胆草10-20、桃仁5-15、桂枝10-20、白鲜皮10-20、芍药10-20、甘草6-15、赤石脂15-25、栀子10-20、白术5-15、木鳖子10-20、青黛15-25、地肤子15-25、丹皮10-20、砂仁10-20。该中药组合物在药物选用上虽然为常用药物，但通过对病症准确的辩证分析，将常规药物进行合理配伍，斟酌用量，其能取得令人满意的治疗效果。

Description

一种治疗痔疮的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗痔疮的中药组合物。
背景技术
人体直肠末端粘膜下和肛管皮肤下静脉丛发生扩张和屈曲所形成的柔软静脉团，称为痔，又名痔疮、痔核、痔病、痔疾等。医学所指痔疮包括内痔、外痔、混合痔，是肛门直肠底部及肛门粘膜的静脉丛发生曲张而形成的一个或多个柔软的静脉团的一种慢性疾病。目前，在我国直肠疾病的发病率为59.1%，痔占所有肛肠疾病87.25%，而其中又以内痔最为常见，占所有肛肠疾病的52.19%。男女均可得病，女性的发病率为67%，男性的发病率为53.9%；任何年龄都可发病，其中20-40岁的人较为多见，并随着年龄的增长而逐渐加重，故有“十人九痔”之说。目前，治疗痔疮的药物有外用、内服两种，如外用的痔疮栓、痔疮膏、局部注射用药等，内服为中药、西药等。现在药物无论是外用药还是内用药，都只能缓解疼痛，不能彻底治愈，容易复发，久治不愈给患者带来肿痛、便血等极大的痛苦。同时由于肛门部分肌肤反复破损，容易造成感染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是以中医理论为基础，通过对痔疮一症发病原因的辩证分析进而提供一种用于治疗该症的中药组合物。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种治疗痔疮的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：茯苓10-20、海金沙20-30、茅根15-25、龙胆草10-20、桃仁5-15、桂枝10-20、白鲜皮10-20、芍药10-20、甘草6-15、赤石脂15-25、栀子10-20、白术5-15、木鳖子10-20、青黛15-25、地肤子15-25、丹皮10-20、砂仁10-20。
本发明所提供的中药组合物的服用方法为：将上述重量配比的原料药物混合后采用常规煎制中药的方法取其药汁300-500ml，每日早晚两次服用，每日一副。
组方分析：《素问.气厥论》：小肠移热于大肠，为沉痔。小肠乃手太阳丙火，其从化于足太阳膀胱经，丙火不随寒水所化则现其本气，丙火降于下则克庚金，庚金者，大肠也，故痔疮乃生，因此治疗时，应泄膀胱之淤热，促丙火以化寒水。据此在本发明所提供的中药组合物中，取茅根、地肤子、海金沙、白鲜皮清泄膀胱之淤热；而丙火之陷本于肝脾之陷，以脾土左转则肝木荣发，脾气虚弱则肝血下陷，肝木郁而生热，肝不升则肺不降，肺不敛降则丙火无以从化，故取茯苓、甘草、砂仁、白术燥土渗湿以振脾气，桂枝、芍药清风达木，青黛、龙胆草泄肝郁之热，丹皮、桃仁、木鳖子活血散瘀，以栀子清上焦之热，赤石脂促胃土之降。上述诸药合用则膀胱淤热以清，肝木荣升，脾肾不陷，则丙火升而化为寒水，小肠火去则庚金大肠热消，痔疮自解。由此可见，该中药组合物在药物选用上虽然为常用药物，但通过对病症准确的辩证分析，将常规药物进行合理配伍，斟酌用量，其能取得令人满意的治疗效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种治疗痔疮的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：茯苓15g、海金沙25g、茅根20g、龙胆草15g、桃仁10g、桂枝15g、白鲜皮15g、芍药15g、甘草9g、赤石脂20g、栀子15g、白术10g、木鳖子15g、青黛20g、地肤子20g、丹皮15g、砂仁15g。
本发明所提供的中药组合物于2012年至2014年临床观察痔疮121例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料121例患者中，年龄23-75岁，平均年龄42.56岁，病程多在6个月到2年。
2、诊断标准
诊断依据国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》：
有肛痈病史；病灶有外口、管道、内口。症状包括：肛门松弛，内痔脱出不能自行回纳，需用手回纳，便血色鲜或淡，肛门坠胀、似有便意、疮面暗淡、脓液稀薄、量少，伴神疲乏力，头晕气短，面色少华，纳少便溏、舌淡体胖、苔薄白、脉细无力。
3、治疗方法
3.1处方：采用本实施例所提供的中药组合物煎取药汁，每日一副，7天为一疗程。
4、治疗结杲：
4.1参照《中医药新药临床研究指导原则》制定：
治愈：患者没有出现脱出或便血等症状，痣核萎缩或完全消失。
有效：患者没有出现脱出或便血等症状，痣核明显缩小。
无效：症状没有改善。
4.2结果：121例患者中，治愈71例(58.68%)，有效44例(36.36%)，无效6例(4.96%)，总有效率为95.04%。
5、典型病例
5.1姜某，女，38岁，肛门周围充血、红肿、便血、疼痛、便时有物脱出、肛门瘙痒、坠胀不适、流脓、有分泌物、便秘，舌苔少，脉细数。服用本实施例所提供的中药组合物，1个疗程后，症状明显好转，继续治疗3个疗程，痊愈，一年后随访无复发。
5.2张某，男，45岁，自述患痔疮多年，常因劳累过度而诱发。近日肛门周围红肿，疼痛难忍。行走不便，大便不畅，肛内坠胀感较重，便意频频，欲便不解。服用本实施例所提供的中药组合物，1个疗程后，症状明显好转，疼痛减轻，偶有肛内胀满感，便前明显，继续治疗2个疗程，痊愈，一年后随访无复发。
典型病例
病例1
女，38岁，公交司机，3年前突发痔疮，肛门部皮下生成椭圆形肿块，痛感剧烈，肿物表面有轻度糜烂出血，
常年从事海参捕捞工作，2年前右肩周部位出现隐痛，未加以注意，仅采用敷膏药等药物治疗，但疼痛不影响活动，半年前，痛感加剧，右臂不能高抬，并伴有麻木感。CT检查无明显病变，脉诊其关脉浮滑，尺脉沉细无力，初步确诊由于风湿阻塞经络而知。
采用本实施例所提供的中药组合物进行治疗，每日一副，早晚两次服用，半月后，痛感明显减轻，麻木感消失，继续服用半月，痛感彻底消失，右臂活动自如，恢复劳动能力，病情得以痊愈。
自2013年以来，采用本实施例所提供的中药组合物在临床上共对108例关节疼痛患者进行服用治疗，服用天数15-45天。治疗标准如下：1、痊愈。指痛感完全消失，活动恢复正常，治愈后半年内再无复发；2、有效。疼痛感减轻，或发病次数减少，或发病周期延长；3、无效。服药后病情无变化，疼痛感没有减轻趋势。经统计，108例患者中，痊愈79例（73.14%），有效22例（20.37%），无效7例（6.48%）。
实施例2
一种治疗痔疮的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：茯苓10g、海金沙30g、茅根15g、龙胆草20g、桃仁5g、桂枝20g、白鲜皮10g、芍药20g、甘草6g、赤石脂25g、栀子10g、白术15g、木鳖子10g、青黛25g、地肤子15g、丹皮20g、砂仁10g。
实施例3
一种治疗痔疮的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物是采用下列重量配比的原料药物组合而成：茯苓20份、海金沙20份、茅根25份、龙胆草10份、桃仁15份、桂枝10份、白鲜皮20份、芍药10份、甘草15份、赤石脂15份、栀子20份、白术5份、木鳖子20份、青黛15份、地肤子25份、丹皮10份、砂仁20份。
