在便携式手持工作器具(例如机动链锯、切断机、自由式切割机(Freischneider)、鼓风机或其他的手持工作器具)中的内燃机通常配备有拉索起动器,以便手动起动内燃机。拉索起动器作用于内燃机的曲轴且使其转动。

随着曲轴的最初的旋转,通过吸入通道20在箭头方向16上吸入燃烧空气,因此出现相应的负压,其出现在主喷口开口39处,同样出现在怠速开口34、35和36处。因此,在燃料阀30打开时,燃料进入到吸入通道20中。
如在根据图4的图中描述的那样,例如通过拉索起动器实现曲轴6完全旋转超过360°的曲轴角度(KW),其中,越过活塞4的上死点OT。在图4中的上面的图示中描述了实际转速。在曲轴在转动方向40上第一次旋转360°的曲轴角度之后,通过永磁体17和18的磁场在轭状物11的线圈中感应出足够的能量,从而可操控燃料阀30和点火。在图4中在活塞位置(OT,UT)下方示出了点火时刻ZZP。根据本发明,设置成在曲轴6在转动方向40上开始转动时产生的电能首先提供到燃料阀30上,以便使在无电流的情况下打开的阀首先关闭。如在图4中下部示出的那样,为燃料阀30加载电压U,其中,在第一次点火之前(即在控制单元13在火花塞8处触发点火火花Z(点火时刻ZZP的简图)之前)的时间因子Δt前后,在燃料阀30处存在电压Uv。
整个系统如此设计,即,仅仅点火发电机9产生用于电负载(例如火花塞10、燃料阀30和微处理器19)的运行必需的能量。
过程例如如此,即,随着曲轴6开始转动且永磁体17或18第一次转动旁经点火发电机9的轭状物11,首先发生控制单元13的电压供给且因此唤醒控制单元13的微处理器,以便其工作且可履行其控制任务。
点火发电机9如此设计,即,通过第一永磁体17在活塞4的上死点OT之前产生第一电压波,且通过永磁体18在活塞4的下死点UT之前产生第二电压波。这确保在旋转之后提供足够的能量,以便关闭燃料阀30。在此,与内燃机14的运行温度无关地在每次起动内燃机14时随着曲轴6开始旋转,在触发点火火花Z之前,首先流过燃料阀30。
在本发明的改进方案中,可设置成燃料阀在多转曲轴旋转之内保持关闭,优选在二至六转曲轴旋转之内保持关闭,以便以该方式尤其在热起动的情况下确保不可出现起动混合物的过浓。适宜的是,阀在三转曲轴旋转之内保持完全关闭。在此,尽管燃料阀关闭仍触发点火火花,以便使可能在燃烧室中存在的剩余混合物燃烧,这可是适宜的。
在燃料阀的确定预定的优先的操控和一转或多转曲轴旋转之后,控制单元的微处理器处于运行准备状态中,且现在取决于一个或多个实际的运行参数(例如温度、转速、节流阀的打开位置等等)承担燃料阀的打开时间的控制。于是相应地调整或改变燃料阀的关闭持续时间,如在图4中下面在右边示出的关闭时间处识别出的那样。控制单元13已经承担燃料阀的控制;在起动情况下在供应能量时取消燃料阀的根据本发明的确定的优先权。
在本发明的改进方案中可设置成,电的燃料阀30的关闭取决于内燃机14的曲轴6在起动过程中的转速降dn/dt来延迟。为此,参考根据图5的流程图,根据区域60,由控制单元13探测曲轴6的转速n。如果内燃机14例如由于燃料缺乏出现停止状态,则混合物路径和燃烧室无燃料。尤其在二冲程马达或混合润滑的四冲程马达中,为燃料添加油以用于润滑。如果内燃机14干运行,润滑降低,从而在内燃机14中产生提高的摩擦。为了确定在内燃机14中的提高的摩擦的状态,根据图5中的流程图,首先探测在起动过程中的内燃机14的曲轴6的转速n(区域60)。如果内燃机14在开动过程之后并未起动,转速n再次复归为零。在未成功的起动尝试之后的转速降dn/dt根据区域61来评估且取决于实际的润滑;陡的转速降dn/dt(即很大的斜率)指示出减少的润滑。如果超过用于转速降dn/dt的预定的极限值a,则存在提高的摩擦的状态。区域62通过支线“是”分支至延迟z,即,燃料阀在起动过程期间有利地针对一转或多转曲轴旋转保持打开。因此可为内燃机提供足够的燃料/油混合物且在内燃机之内确保足够的润滑。
如果并未超过用于转速降dn/dt的预定的极限值a,则不存在提高的摩擦的状态。区域62通过支线“否”返回地分支至区域60。开始重新检查在起动过程中的转速降。
如果由于燃料系统中的空气或汽阻限制燃料输送,探测提高的摩擦的状态同样是有利的。受限或中断的燃料输送同样可导致在内燃机中出现提高的摩擦的状态。同样在该状态中延迟用于关闭电的燃料阀的信号,以便支持燃料输送,这可是有利的。根据图5中的流程图实现确定减少的润滑的原理。

Claims (11)

1. 一种用于利用以下装置起动内燃机的方法,即:拉索起动器,其中,为所述内燃机(14)通过吸入通道(20)供给燃料/空气混合物,其由在所述内燃机(14)的燃烧室(7)中的活塞(4)压缩且由火花塞(8)点燃,并且所述活塞(4)转动地驱动曲轴(6);和燃料系统,其带有通到所述吸入通道(20)中的燃料通道(28),供给所述吸入通道(20)的燃料量流动通过燃料通道(28),并且在所述燃料通道(28)中布置有电的燃料阀(30),其在其无电流的状态中打开并释放所述燃料通道(28),且直到在施加操作电压(U)时才关闭所述燃料通道(28),从而封锁所述燃料通道(28)且燃料不可吸入到所述吸入通道(20)中;和电子控制单元(13),其用于操控电的燃料阀(30)和用于在火花塞(8)处触发点火火花;和由所述曲轴(6)驱动的点火发电机(9),其用于为电负载例如控制单元(13)、电的燃料阀(30)和点火装置供应能量,其特征在于,所述点火发电机(9)的在所述曲轴(6)开始转动时产生的电能在所述控制单元(13)在所述火花塞(8)处触发点火火花之前首先用来关闭所述电的燃料阀(30)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,仅仅所述点火发电机(9)产生用于电负载的运行必需的能量。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,随着所述曲轴(6)开始转动,发生所述控制单元(13)的电压供给且唤醒所述控制单元(13)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发电机(9)在所述活塞(4)的上死点(OT)之前产生第一电压波,而在所述活塞(4)的下死点(UT)之前产生第二电压波。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,与所述内燃机(14)的运行温度无关地在每次起动所述内燃机(14)时随着所述曲轴(6)开始旋转,在触发点火火花之前,首先流过所述燃料阀(30)。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃料阀(30)在多转曲轴旋转之内保持关闭。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃料阀(30)在二至六转曲轴旋转之内保持关闭。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述燃料阀(30)在三转曲轴旋转之内保持关闭。
9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,还在燃料阀(30)保持闭合的情况下触发点火火花。
10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在起动过程中取决于转速降(dn/dt)延迟所述电的燃料阀(30)的关闭。
11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,在超过用于转速降(dn/dt)的预定的极限值(a)的情况下,针对一转或多转曲轴旋转使所述燃料阀(30)保持打开。
