Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型热熔标线涂料,包括以下重量百分比的组分:C5石油树脂12~20%、聚乙烯蜡0.5~2%、EVA1~2%、改性大豆油1~2%、玻璃珠25~28%、颜料3~8%、纳米二氧化硅粉体25~30%、溶剂15~20%。本发明其中的增塑剂无污染,更加绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型热熔标线涂料。
技术背景
道路标线涂料是涂敷在道路上,用于标志道路标线的涂料,而热熔标线涂料中通常添加增塑剂来平衡涂料的硬脆性能,传统的热熔标线涂料一般采用DOP和矿物油作为增塑剂,而DOP属于有机溶剂,随着标线使用时间的延长和新旧标线的替换、涂覆,大量的DOP渗入土壤,流入河流,对自然环境造成严重危害。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题提供了一种环保型热熔标线涂料,其中的增塑剂无污染,更加绿色环保。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种环保型热熔标线涂料,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
优选的,所述溶剂为丁基溶纤剂。丁基溶纤剂能提高硝基漆的流平性和光泽度,同时又是良好的抗白剂。
优选的,所述改性大豆油为大豆油中添加氧化剂300并引入聚异丁烯丁二酸酐活化改性而成。
本发明的有效果为:
本发明以改性大豆油替代DOP和矿物油用于增塑,大豆油通过聚异丁烯丁二酸酐活化,润湿性明显改善,并且呈现出优良的平流性,从而使涂料的增塑性能更加稳定,成本节省30%,并且涂料更加绿色环保。
