技术领域
本发明涉及一种丙烯酸路面标线底胶。
技术背景
热熔型路面标线时,必须现在路面上喷涂一种底胶,主要作用上活化路面,增强标线涂料与路面的附着力,是路面标线施工中不可缺少的一种中间过渡层,传统的底胶由石油树脂、溶剂和增塑剂组成,随着标线使用时间的增长,石油树脂将会释放出有害物质对周围的自然坏境造成影响。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题提供了一种丙烯酸路面标线底胶,具有更好的抗老化性能和防水性能,能够延长使用寿命,并且更加绿色环保。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种丙烯酸路面标线底胶,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
优选的,所述底胶的固含量不小于20%。
优选的,所述溶剂为醋酸丁酯。醋酸丁酯能阻止涂料缩孔、泛白和无序流动的产生。
本发明的有效果为:
利用苯乙烯的抗水性、耐酸碱性以及丙烯酸丁酯良好的内塑性,通过丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合成一定分子量的聚合物,替代了石油树脂,更加绿色环保,聚合物析出于溶剂形成渗透性很强的底胶,能有效的封堵路面的微气孔,活化路面,具有良好的抗水性、耐酸碱性和抗老化性能,采用本发明的底胶可有效降低标线的边沿脱落现象,提高标线的使用寿命。
