本发明涉及一种聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆及其制备方法,属于乳胶漆技术领域。本发明的聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:聚醋酸乙烯乳液40-50份、聚甲基丙烯酸钠0.05-0.1份、分散剂0.3-0.5份、五氯酚钠0.2-0.4份、羧甲基纤维素增稠剂5-7份、乙二醇1-2份、丙二醇2-3份、消泡剂0.05-0.20份、去离子水15-20份、钛白粉15-25份、锌钡白5-10份、轻质碳酸钙10-15份、滑石粉5-10份。本发明与现有聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆相比,具有生产成本低,涂料与涂装表面粘结性能好,涂层经久耐用的优点。

一种聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳胶漆及其制备方法,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种醋酸乙烯乳胶漆及其制备方法,属于乳胶漆技术领域。
背景技术
聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆是一种以聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液作为涂料基础树脂,并添加各种助剂制成的一类应用广泛的涂装材料。
国家知识产权局于2012.9.26公开了一件公开号为CN102690568A,名称为“一种聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆”的发明专利,该专利公开了一种聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆,包括如下质量份数的原料:聚醋酸乙烯乳液250-300份,羧乙基纤维素1-2份,乙二醇20-30份,轻质碳酸钙30-40份,防腐剂1-2份,硫酸钡80-90份,滑石粉30-50份,钛白粉80-100份,去离子水300-320份。本发明的乳胶漆具有毒性小、不易燃、使用安全且原料易得、成本低、遮盖力强,适用于室内墙面的涂装。
国家知识产权局于2014.10.1公开了一件公开号为CN104073097A,名称为“透明芳香的聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆配方及其制备工艺”的发明专利,该专利公开了一种透明芳香的聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆配方及其制备工艺,将聚乙烯醇、OP-10、十二烷基苯磺酸钠盐、过硫酸钾加入搅拌器中,搅拌10分钟,得到搅拌混合溶液;将蒸馏水倒入搅拌罐中,加温,温度控制在70℃,20分钟,至水与搅拌混合溶液完全溶解;再次加温,温度控制在70℃,加温30分钟;加入醋酸乙烯,维持加温反应4小时,得到聚醋酸乙烯乳液;加入对甲基苯胺,取40%烧碱水溶液来调节PH值,将PH值控制在4-7;再加入37%的甲醛水溶液,得到半成品;最后将邻苯二甲酸二丁酯与香精加入半成品内,搅拌混合得到成品。本发明无毒无害,不易燃,工艺简单,性优价廉,用途广泛,实用性强。
上述专利中的聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆生产成本高,且产品与涂覆表面粘结性能欠佳,涂层耐用度低。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆,其能够很好地与涂覆表面结合,粘结性能强,涂层经久耐用。
为了实现上述发明目的,其具体的技术方案如下:
一种聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆,其特征在于:包括以下按照重量份数计的原料:
聚醋酸乙烯乳液                         40-50份
聚甲基丙烯酸钠                         0.05-0.1份
分散剂                                 0.3-0.5份
五氯酚钠                               0.2-0.4份
羧甲基纤维素增稠剂                     5-7份
乙二醇                                 1-2份
丙二醇                                 2-3份
消泡剂                                 0.05-0.20份
去离子水                               15-20份
钛白粉                                 15-25份
锌钡白                                 5-10份
轻质碳酸钙                             10-15份
滑石粉                                 5-10份。
本发明所述的聚醋酸乙烯乳液的固含量为50%。
本发明所述的分散剂为六偏磷酸钠。
本发明所述的羧甲基纤维素增稠剂为3%的羧甲基纤维素增稠剂。
本发明所述的消泡剂为聚硅氧烷消泡剂。
一种聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:
A、于一分散容器内加入聚醋酸乙烯乳液、聚甲基丙烯酸钠、分散剂、五氯酚钠,搅拌混合均匀;再加入去离子水、钛白粉、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、锌钡白,搅拌混合;最后加入消泡剂、乙二醇、丙二醇,搅拌混合;
B、将步骤A得到的混合物倒出,并于高速分散机进行混合分散;将经过高速分散的物料转移至双辊机进行碾磨;
C、将步骤B碾磨得到的物料进行过滤,加入羧甲基纤维素增稠剂,充分搅拌增稠,得到醋酸乙烯乳胶漆。
本发明带来的有益技术效果:
本发明解决了现有聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆生产成本高,且产品与涂覆表面粘结性能欠佳,涂层耐用度低的问题。本发明与现有聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆相比,具有生产成本低,涂料与涂装表面粘结性能好,涂层经久耐用的优点。

B、将步骤A得到的混合物倒出,并于高速分散机进行混合分散;将经过高速分散的物料转移至双辊机进行碾磨;
C、将步骤B碾磨得到的物料进行过滤,加入羧甲基纤维素增稠剂,充分搅拌增稠,得到醋酸乙烯乳胶漆。

羧甲基纤维素增稠剂                     5-7份
乙二醇                                 1-2份
丙二醇                                 2-3份
消泡剂                                 0.05-0.20份
去离子水                               15-20份
钛白粉                                 15-25份
锌钡白                                 5-10份
轻质碳酸钙                             10-15份
滑石粉                                 5-10份。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:
A、于一分散容器内加入聚醋酸乙烯乳液、聚甲基丙烯酸钠、分散剂、五氯酚钠,搅拌混合均匀;再加入去离子水、钛白粉、轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉、锌钡白,搅拌混合;最后加入消泡剂、乙二醇、丙二醇,搅拌混合;
B、将步骤A得到的混合物倒出,并于高速分散机进行混合分散;将经过高速分散的物料转移至双辊机进行碾磨;
C、将步骤B碾磨得到的物料进行过滤,加入羧甲基纤维素增稠剂,充分搅拌增稠,得到醋酸乙烯乳胶漆。
