Abstract
本发明公开了一种重型卡车驾驶室,属于驾驶室领域。技术方案的要点是:车厢为全钢制作,座椅为空气悬挂座椅,后排座椅收折放在驾驶厢后壁,碰撞吸能转向柱横放安装在车辆前保险杆之后,悬置系统采用空气弹簧装置。本发明是一种配套设施齐全的驾驶室。

本发明属于一种驾驶室,具体地说,尤其涉及一种重型卡车驾驶室。
背景技术
驾驶室是司机办公和休息的空间,宽敞舒适的环境不仅能够保证休息质量,而且还能够保证驾驶员的工作质量,这种需求尤其在长途运输中显得尤为重要。目前现有的驾驶室不仅大多简陋狭小,而且缺少娱乐装置和舒适的硬件设施,长途驾驶使司机变得烦躁和劳累,造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种重型卡车驾驶室,以克服现有技术中缺少一种设施齐全驾驶室的缺陷。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:车厢为全钢制作,座椅为空气悬挂座椅,后排座椅收折放在驾驶厢后壁,碰撞吸能转向柱横放安装在车辆前保险杆之后,悬置系统采用空气弹簧装置。
所述座椅由热塑性填充物料与棉质物料混合填充,所述仪表板包括车辆系统仪表盘、GPRS显示屏、音响显示屏、小型储物柜,所述音响显示屏装有蓝牙模块,带有遥控器,所述小型储物柜配有密码锁。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:驾驶室结构为全钢整体设计,安全性能满足和超过欧洲法规对驾驶室的安全要求,驾驶室悬置系统完全采用空气弹簧,有效地隔绝了振动和噪声,提高了整车的舒适性和平顺性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
在图1中,车厢1结构为全钢整体设计,安全性能满足和超过欧洲法规对驾驶室的安全要求,外形设计充分考虑了空气动力学原理,每一个表面部件都单独经过空气动力学模拟和风洞试验,以求得到最完美的空气动力学外形。车厢1内配置空气悬挂座椅、宽大的可折放的后排座椅、全自动空调、电控门锁、电控车窗、安全气囊、电动天窗、高级音响娱乐系统、储物柜,驾乘人员可自由方便操作。碰撞吸能转向柱4可以吸收撞击带来的冲力,降低事故伤害率。悬置系统5完全采用空气弹簧,有效地隔绝了振动和噪声,提高了整车的舒适性和平顺性。
Claims (4)
1.一种重型卡车驾驶室,包括车厢(1)、座椅(2)、仪表板(3)、碰撞吸能转向柱(4)、悬置系统(5),其特征在于:车厢(1)为全钢制作,座椅(2)为空气悬挂座椅,后排座椅收折放在驾驶厢后壁,碰撞吸能转向柱(4)横放安装在车辆前保险杆之后,悬置系统(5)采用空气弹簧装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重型卡车驾驶室,其特征在于:所述座椅(2)由热塑性填充物料与棉质物料混合填充。
3.根据权利要求1所述的重型卡车驾驶室,其特征在于:所述仪表板(3)包括车辆系统仪表盘(6)、GPRS显示屏(7)、音响显示屏(8)、小型储物柜(9)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的重型卡车驾驶室,其特征在于:所述音响显示屏(8)装有蓝牙模块,带有遥控器,所述小型储物柜配有密码锁。
