本发明属于一种驾驶室，具体地说，尤其涉及一种重型卡车驾驶室。
背景技术
驾驶室是司机办公和休息的空间，宽敞舒适的环境不仅能够保证休息质量，而且还能够保证驾驶员的工作质量，这种需求尤其在长途运输中显得尤为重要。目前现有的驾驶室不仅大多简陋狭小，而且缺少娱乐装置和舒适的硬件设施，长途驾驶使司机变得烦躁和劳累，造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种重型卡车驾驶室，以克服现有技术中缺少一种设施齐全驾驶室的缺陷。
本发明采用了以下技术方案：车厢为全钢制作，座椅为空气悬挂座椅，后排座椅收折放在驾驶厢后壁，碰撞吸能转向柱横放安装在车辆前保险杆之后，悬置系统采用空气弹簧装置。
所述座椅由热塑性填充物料与棉质物料混合填充，所述仪表板包括车辆系统仪表盘、GPRS显示屏、音响显示屏、小型储物柜，所述音响显示屏装有蓝牙模块，带有遥控器，所述小型储物柜配有密码锁。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：驾驶室结构为全钢整体设计，安全性能满足和超过欧洲法规对驾驶室的安全要求，驾驶室悬置系统完全采用空气弹簧，有效地隔绝了振动和噪声，提高了整车的舒适性和平顺性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
在图1中，车厢1结构为全钢整体设计，安全性能满足和超过欧洲法规对驾驶室的安全要求，外形设计充分考虑了空气动力学原理，每一个表面部件都单独经过空气动力学模拟和风洞试验，以求得到最完美的空气动力学外形。车厢1内配置空气悬挂座椅、宽大的可折放的后排座椅、全自动空调、电控门锁、电控车窗、安全气囊、电动天窗、高级音响娱乐系统、储物柜，驾乘人员可自由方便操作。碰撞吸能转向柱4可以吸收撞击带来的冲力，降低事故伤害率。悬置系统5完全采用空气弹簧，有效地隔绝了振动和噪声，提高了整车的舒适性和平顺性。

1.一种重型卡车驾驶室，包括车厢(1)、座椅(2)、仪表板(3)、碰撞吸能转向柱(4)、悬置系统(5)，其特征在于：车厢(1)为全钢制作，座椅(2)为空气悬挂座椅，后排座椅收折放在驾驶厢后壁，碰撞吸能转向柱(4)横放安装在车辆前保险杆之后，悬置系统(5)采用空气弹簧装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重型卡车驾驶室，其特征在于：所述座椅(2)由热塑性填充物料与棉质物料混合填充。
3.根据权利要求1所述的重型卡车驾驶室，其特征在于：所述仪表板(3)包括车辆系统仪表盘(6)、GPRS显示屏(7)、音响显示屏(8)、小型储物柜(9)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的重型卡车驾驶室，其特征在于：所述音响显示屏(8)装有蓝牙模块，带有遥控器，所述小型储物柜配有密码锁。
