本发明公开了复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成,包括芯棒、小号模具、中号模具、大号模具、模具前夹具、模具后夹具,所述芯棒由冷拉圆钢制造,所述小号模具、中号模具、大号模具三组模具,其外径依次增大2~2.5mm,并按外径顺序由小到大依次装配在所述芯棒上,所述芯棒装配模具部位还设计加工有螺纹,所述模具前夹具和模具后夹具以螺纹旋紧方式将所述小号模具、中号模具、大号模具三组模具分别固定在所述芯棒上,从而形成复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成。本发明设计科学,制造成本低,操作简单可行,不仅大幅度提高生产效率,也明显降低工人的劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合铜水管加工成型技术领域,具体涉及复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成。
背景技术
作为最新研制开发的双金属复合管道之一,复合铜水管生产成型基本上都采用冷挤压内成型加工生产。冷挤压内成型不仅使内层铜管和外层碳素钢管两种管道很紧密地复合成为一体,而且尺寸精确,公差小,还能同时改善成型后的复合铜水管机械力学性能。
但冷挤内成型工艺有一个缺点,就是生产效率低,每次冷挤压内成型加工率只能达到1%左右,加工率过大,容易造成内壁铜管爆裂以及复合后内壁铜管反弹从而造成分层等严重后果。现有冷挤压内成型生产加工复合铜水管,每次冷挤压加工后,都要卸下复合管,换上较大一点规格模具,再进行一次冷挤压加工,如此反复三次,才能完成一支复合铜水管冷挤压内成型全部复合过程,生产效率低下,工人劳动强度高。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成,其特征是将内壁铜管扩径到和外层碳素钢管紧密复合所需要的加工量,由三组模具连续一次冷挤压内成型,不仅大幅度提高生产效率,同时也明显降低工人的劳动强度。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成,包括芯棒、小号模具、中号模具、大号模具、模具前后夹具,所述芯棒由冷拉圆钢制造,所述小号模具、中号模具、大号模具三组模具,其外径依次增大2~2.5mm,并按外径顺序由小到大依次装配在所述芯棒上,所述芯棒装配模具部位还设计加工有螺纹,所述模具前后夹具以螺纹旋紧方式将相应模具固定在所述芯棒上,从而组成复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成。将本发明复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成,装入待复合铜水管内壁,启动冷拔机,冷拔机机头夹钳拖动所述芯棒按冷挤压方向做水平匀速运动,所述芯棒上大、中、小三组模具依次对内壁铜管作轴向和径向冷挤压扩径,从而连续一次完成复合铜水管冷挤压内成型过程。
本发明的有益效果是:设计科学,制造成本低,操作简单可行,不仅大幅度提高生产效率,也明显降低工人的劳动强度。

下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成,包括芯棒1、小号模具2、中号模具3、大号模具4、模具前夹具5、模具后夹具6,所述芯棒1由冷拉圆钢制造,所述小号模具2、中号模具3、大号模具4三组模具,其外径依次增大2~2.5mm,并按外径顺序由小到大依次装配在所述芯棒1上,所述芯棒1装配模具部位还设计加工有螺纹,所述模具前夹具5和模具后夹具6以螺纹旋紧方式将所述小号模具2、中号模具3、大号模具4三组模具分别固定在所述芯棒1上,从而形成本发明复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成。将本发明复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成,装入待复合铜水管内壁,启动冷拔机,冷拔机机头夹钳拖动所述芯棒1按附图1冷挤压方向做水平匀速运动,所述芯棒1上已经固定的所述小号模具2、中号模具3、大号模具4三组模具依次对内壁铜管连续作轴向和径向冷挤压扩径,从而一次完成复合铜水管冷挤压内成型过程。
本发明的有益效果是:设计科学,制造成本低,操作简单可行,不仅大幅度提高生产效率,也明显降低工人的劳动强度。

1.复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成,包括芯棒(1)、小号模具(2)、中号模具(3)、大号模具(4)、模具前夹具(5)、模具后夹具(6),所述小号模具(2)、中号模具(3)、大号模具(4)三组模具,按外径顺序由小到大依次装配在所述芯棒(1)上,所述模具前夹具(5)和模具后夹具(6)以螺纹旋紧方式将所述小号模具(2)、中号模具(3)、大号模具(4)三组模具分别固定在所述芯棒(1)上,从而形成复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成,其特征在于:所述芯棒(1)由冷拉圆钢制造,其装配模具部位还设计加工有螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合铜水管一次内成型模具工装总成,其特征在于:所述小号模具(2)、中号模具(3)、大号模具(4)三组模具,其外径依次增大2~2.5mm,并按外径顺序由小到大依次装配在所述芯棒(1)上。
