本发明涉及一种药物配方领域，具体地说是一种治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的中药，其特征是原料药组成以重量百分比计为：还阳草6～9％、八月扎11～14％、藤黄10～13％、石蝉草4～6％、仙茅5～8％、王不留行1～2％、苏子6～8％、巴戟天4～7％、五月瓜藤2～4％、皂角刺3～5％、升麻2～5％、鸭拓草2～4％、乌蔹莓3～5％、灯笼草2～4％、杜虹花根3～5％、卫矛5～7％、猫爪草6～9％、蛇头草2～4％，将上述原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。本发明诸药合用，具有通经活络，补血活血，散瘀止痛，利水消肿的功效，用于乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿，疗效好、疗程短、无毒副作用。

治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的中药
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中成药制剂，具体地说是一种治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的中药。
背景技术
众所周知，腺癌术后同侧上肢水肿的病理基础是手术及放疗等因素造成局部小血管和淋巴管减少、受压、变窄，血液、淋巴液回流障碍。中医认为主要是术中金刃戕伤血脉神经，络瘀滞，气血运行不畅所致。是常见又顽固的并发症。严重者可致外观异常、乏力、反复感染和上肢功能障碍，增加了病人的痛苦和精神压抑，严重影响病人的生活质量。乳腺癌术后，由于上肢的淋巴及血液回流受障碍，易引起上肢的水肿。上肢水肿的发生率各家报道自5％～40％不等，造成上肢严重回流障碍的原因：腋窝清扫范围不当，破坏了局部的侧枝循环。以往对腋静脉周围的淋巴脂肪解剖，常同时将腋鞘一并切除，亦影响术后的淋巴回流，因而手术时如未见有明显肿大淋巴结时，可不必将腋血管鞘拔除。实际上腋窝如有肿大淋巴结侵犯腋鞘时，常已非手术所能完全达到根治目的；腋区有积液或感染，造成局部充血，纤维化疤痕形成妨碍了侧枝循环的建立；术后锁骨上、下区及腋区的放射治疗引起局部水肿，结缔组织增生，局部纤维化继而引起水肿。虽然对病人生命无直接威胁，但发生后目前缺乏有效的治疗手段，临床处理较为棘手。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的中药，疗效好、疗程短、无毒副作用。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的中药，其特征是原料药组成以重量百分比计为：还阳草6～9％、八月扎11～14％、藤黄10～13％、石蝉草4～6％、仙茅5～8％、王不留行1～2％、苏子6～8％、巴戟天4～7％、五月瓜藤2～4％、皂角刺3～5％、升麻2～5％、鸭拓草2～4％、乌蔹莓3～5％、灯笼草2～4％、杜虹花根3～5％、卫矛5～7％、猫爪草6～9％、蛇头草2～4％，将上述原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
本发明的有益效果是，诸药合用，具有通经活络，补血活血，散瘀止痛，利水消肿的功效，用于乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿，疗效好、疗程短、无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述：
实施例1：
采用还阳草、八月扎、藤黄、石蝉草、仙茅、王不留行、苏子、巴戟天、五月瓜藤、皂角刺、升麻、鸭拓草、乌蔹莓、灯笼草、杜虹花根、卫矛、猫爪草、蛇头草为原料药制备而成。其组分(重量％)每付为还阳草8、八月扎13、藤黄12、石蝉草6、仙茅7、王不留行2、苏子7、巴戟天5、五月瓜藤4、皂角刺4、升麻5、鸭拓草3、乌蔹莓3、灯笼草3、杜虹花根4、卫矛5、猫爪草6、蛇头草3。取上述18味原料药总重量为200克，加水1000ml左右，浸泡4～5小时，煮沸后文火煎熬80～90分钟，去渣得滤液200ml左右，药渣再加水200～300ml，煎熬30～40分钟，去渣得滤液100ml左右，共得300ml左右药汁，即制得汤剂，装入无菌玻璃瓶内，密封瓶盖备用。每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml左右。
本发明还阳草清热利尿，活血消肿。用於急性传染性肝炎、胸胁腰部挫伤、全身浮肿、血小板减少；八月扎泻火行水，通血脉。用于小便赤涩、淋浊、水肿、胸中烦热、喉痹咽痛、遍身拘痛；藤黄具有消肿，化瘀，止血，杀虫之功效，可用于治疗痈疽肿毒，顽癣恶疮，损伤，出血等；石蝉草清热润肺、补中益气。主治：治痈肿疖疮、水肿、跌打损伤、哮喘、结核；仙茅温肾阳壮，祛除寒湿。主阳萎精冷，小便失禁，脘腹冷痛，腰膝酸痛，筋骨软弱，下肢拘挛，更年期综合征；王不留行行血通经，催生下乳，消肿敛疮。治妇女经闭，乳汁不通，难产，血淋，痈肿，金疮出血；苏子降气消痰，止咳平喘，润肠通便。用于痰壅气逆，咳嗽气喘，肠燥便秘；巴戟天补肾阳，强筋骨，祛风湿。用于阳痿遗精，宫冷不孕，月经不调，少腹冷痛，风湿痹痛，筋骨痿软；五月瓜藤治劳伤咳嗽，肾虚腰痛、疝气；皂角刺痈疽肿毒，瘰疬，疮疹顽癣，产后缺乳，胎衣不下，疠风；升麻主中恶腹痛，时气毒疠，头痛寒热，风肿诸毒，喉痛，口疮；鸭拓草凉血、润肺、解郁，治跌打损伤、吐血、瘀血、肺炎、咳嗽；乌蔹莓清热利湿，解毒消肿。痈肿，疔疮，痄腮，丹毒，风湿痛，黄疸，痢疾，尿血，白浊；灯笼草治功能性子宫出血、胆囊炎、黄胆型肝炎、感冒头痛、腹痛、小儿疳积；杜虹花根主治牙龈出血、咯血、衄血、呕血、便血、尿血、外伤出血、皮肤紫癜、肿毒、烧伤及毒蛇咬伤；卫矛破血，通经，杀虫。治经闭，症瘕，产后瘀滞腹痛，虫积腹痛；猫爪草治肺结核，疟疾，瘰疬痰核，疔疮，虫蛇咬伤，偏头痛，疟疾，牙痛。淋巴结结核，淋巴结炎，咽喉炎；蛇头草解毒祛瘀。治扁桃体炎，痈肿疔毒，毒蛇咬伤。18味中草药巧妙组方，科学配伍，药物相互协调作用，诸药合用，具有通经活络，补血活血，散瘀止痛，利水消肿的功效，用于乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿。
本发明各原料还可按下表所列比例(重量百分比)混合的实施例来实现。其加工工艺与实施例1相同。
下面结合我院进行的临床试验对本发明作进一步、详细地描述：
1.一般资料
共治疗女性患者124例，均来自本院住院部，年龄在3～66岁，平均47.2岁。
2、诊断标准：
有乳腺癌手术史，临床表现：轻度淋巴水肿最初表现为手部和前臂皮下静脉的消失、肘部和上臂远端轮廓饱满和虎口皮褶变厚；中重度水肿出现凹陷性水肿和皮下纤维脂肪组织硬化。但对于轻症患者，由于优势侧(经常用的那只手)和非优势侧本身就存在差别，视诊和触诊容易导致误判，此时需要进行定量检测。评价肢体水肿程度的定量指标包括：上臂周径、水置换量、组织张力、分布容积和单位局部淋巴流量。
3、治疗方法：
治疗组给予本发明实施例1制备的治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的中药，每日1剂分2次口服，每次空腹服150ml左右。忌食辛辣生冷油腻，7天为1个疗程，共2个疗程。
4、疗效判断标准
治愈：临床症状完全消失80％以上。好转：临床症状改善减少50％。无效：临床症状无变化或加重。
5、治疗效果
124例患者中，治愈104例，占83.87％，好转19例，占15.32％，无效1例，占0.841％，总有效率99.19％。
124例患者均未见不良反应。

1.一种治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的中药，其特征在于由如下重量百分比计的原料药制成：还阳草6～9％、八月扎11～14％、藤黄10～13％、石蝉草4～6％、仙茅5～8％、王不留行1～2％、苏子6～8％、巴戟天4～7％、五月瓜藤2～4％、皂角刺3～5％、升麻2～5％、鸭拓草2～4％、乌蔹莓3～5％、灯笼草2～4％、杜虹花根3～5％、卫矛5～7％、猫爪草6～9％、蛇头草2～4％，将上述原料药用水浸泡，煎熬后去渣得滤液。
