本发明涉及一种藻类保健馒头。
背景技术
世界卫生组织2011年的报告指出全世界有3.46亿人患有糖尿病。有报道称,亚洲人更容易患糖尿病的一个重要原因,是以米饭为主粮太过精细、单一所造成的。世界卫生组织发布的《2012年世界卫生统计》显示,全球三分之一成年人患有高血压,这种病症的死亡人数约达中风和心脏病所导致的总死亡人数的一半,心血管病是导致全球死亡和致残的首位原因,血压升高是主要因素。此外,高血脂症也是促进高血压、糖耐量异常、糖尿病的一个重要危险因素。高血脂症还可导致脂肪肝、肝硬化、胆石症、胰腺炎、眼底出血、失明、周围血管疾病、跛行、高尿酸血症。所以必须高度重视这三种病症的危害,积极的预防和治疗。
目前,1、2型糖尿病尚不能完全治愈,糖尿病的治疗主要是饮食控制配合降糖药物或者胰岛素补充相结合治疗糖尿病。饮食治疗是各种类型糖尿病治疗的基础,一部分轻型糖尿病患者单用饮食治疗就可控制病情。人们也采用多种方法来缓解或消除高血压带来的不适,主要以服用具有降压作用的药物达到降压的效果。对高血脂的治疗大部分也是依靠药物治疗,但是药物的副作用是不言而喻的,因而近年来,各个研究学者均从生活方式、膳食结构的改变来预防高血压、高血脂、糖尿病,此类保健食品的开发已成为研究的热点之一。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种藻类保健馒头。
