Abstract

本发明提供了一种LED光源模块,包括LED光源,散热器,线路板,出光面罩、电气连接件和防水垫圈,出光面罩上设置若干出光透镜以及两组卡扣,卡扣包括第一组卡扣和第二组卡扣,散热器的两端分别设置卡槽,第一组卡扣卡装在两个散热鳍片之间,所述第二组卡扣卡装在散热器的卡槽内,出光面罩的出光面设置凸台,凸台与线路板间形成空腔,电气连接件的一端在所述空腔内与线路板连接,电气连接件的另一端设置防水接头。本发明提供的灯具提高了生产效率,也使得维修变得简单和易于操作。

一种LED光源模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明器具,尤其涉及一种LED光源模块。
背景技术
随着科技的迅猛发展,LED光源作为新型光源已逐步应用到各种照明灯具上,自然的,与之相配套的灯具结构也发生了变化。
为了提高生产和安装维护的效率,可以将灯具的光源模组做成可拆卸结构。当某一模块在工作中出现问题时,可以单独将该光源模组拆卸下来维修或更换即可,不需要将整个灯具都拆下来。这样,不仅大大提高了灯具的生产效率,也使得维修变得简单和易于操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种LED光源模块,能够实现提高生产和维修效率的目的。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种LED光源模块,包括LED光源,散热器,线路板,出光面罩、电气连接件和防水垫圈,散热器的一侧为平面安装面,平面安装面上安装线路板,散热器的另一侧设置鳍片部和非鳍片部,鳍片部设置在散热器的两端,非鳍片部设置在散热器的中部,鳍片部包括若干散热鳍片,非鳍片部上设置通孔,电气连接件穿过非鳍片部的通孔与线路板连接,防水垫圈设置在散热器与出光面罩之间,出光面罩上设置若干出光透镜以及两组卡扣,卡扣包括第一组卡扣和第二组卡扣,散热器的两端分别设置卡槽,第一组卡扣卡装在两个散热鳍片之间,第二组卡扣卡装在散热器的卡槽内,出光面罩的出光面设置凸台,凸台与线路板间形成空腔,电气连接件的一端在所述空腔内与线路板连接,电气连接件的另一端设置防水接头。
作为本发明的进一步优化,线路板与散热器间通过螺钉连接。
作为本发明的进一步优化,出光面罩与散热器间涂有密封胶。
本发明提供的灯具提高了生产效率,也使得维修变得简单和易于操作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案做一详细的说明。
如附图1-4所示,本发明提供一种LED光源模块,包括LED光源,散热器10,线路板,出光面罩20、电气连接件和防水垫圈,散热器10的一侧为平面安装面,平面安装面上安装线路板,散热器10的另一侧设置鳍片部102和非鳍片部103,鳍片部102设置在散热器10的两端,非鳍片部103设置在散热器10的中部,鳍片部102包括若干散热鳍片1021,非鳍片部103上设置通孔1031,电气连接件穿过非鳍片部103的通孔1031与线路板连接。
防水垫圈设置在散热器10与出光面罩20之间,出光面罩20上设置若干出光透镜204以及两组卡扣,卡扣包括第一组卡扣201和第二组卡扣202,散热器10的两端分别设置卡槽104,第一组卡扣201卡装在两个散热鳍片1021之间,第二组卡扣202卡装在散热器10的卡槽104内,出光面罩20的出光面设置凸台203,凸台203与线路板间形成空腔,电气连接件的一端在所述空腔内与线路板连接,电气连接件的另一端设置防水接头。
线路板与散热器10间通过螺钉连接,出光面罩20与散热器10间涂有密封胶。

1.一种LED光源模块,包括LED光源,散热器,线路板,出光面罩、电气连接件和防水垫圈,散热器的一侧为平面安装面,平面安装面上安装线路板,散热器的另一侧设置鳍片部和非鳍片部,鳍片部设置在散热器的两端,非鳍片部设置在散热器的中部,鳍片部包括若干散热鳍片,非鳍片部上设置通孔,电气连接件穿过非鳍片部的通孔与线路板连接,防水垫圈设置在散热器与出光面罩之间,其特征在于,所述出光面罩上设置若干出光透镜以及两组卡扣,所述卡扣包括第一组卡扣和第二组卡扣,散热器的两端分别设置卡槽,所述第一组卡扣卡装在两个散热鳍片之间,所述第二组卡扣卡装在散热器的卡槽内,所述出光面罩的出光面设置凸台,凸台与线路板间形成空腔,电气连接件的一端在所述空腔内与线路板连接,电气连接件的另一端设置防水接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED光源模块,其特征在于,所述线路板与散热器间通过螺钉连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED光源模块,其特征在于,所述出光面罩与散热器间涂有密封胶。
