背景技术
为解决车辆驶入或驶出隧道时亮度的突变使视觉产生的“黑洞效应”或“白洞效应”,用于隧道照明的特殊灯具光源一般使用钠灯或金卤灯,有时还会使用无极灯。隧道作为高等级公路的特殊路段,当车辆在驶入、通过和驶出隧道灯的过程中,会出现一系列的视觉问题。为适应视觉的变化,需设置附加电光照明,不仅如此,普遍用于隧道照明的钠灯或金卤灯还存在光衰大、显色性低、寿命短、能耗高等技术缺陷。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种大功率风扇散热LED节能隧道灯。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:大功率风扇散热LED节能隧道灯由壳体、壳体下盖、散热风扇、光源模块、防水垫圈、透镜、透镜压盖、电源模块构成,壳体下盖上设有光源孔,散热风扇固定在壳体下盖的光源孔,光源模块穿过光源孔贴装在散热风扇的下面,防水垫圈套装在光源模块外的散热风扇下表面,透镜表面呈穹形,透镜压盖通过螺钉将透镜连同防水垫圈固定在散热风扇下表面,散热风扇的侧面设有散热管和散热孔,光源模块与电源模块连接并采用LED光源。
本实用新型的有益效果是:相较于在用的钠灯或金卤灯具有光衰小、显色性能高、寿命长、省电节能、线缆造价低等优点。

在附图的实施例中,大功率风扇散热LED节能隧道灯由壳体7、壳体下盖3、散热风扇2、光源模块1、防水垫圈4、透镜5、透镜压盖6、电源模块构成,壳体下盖3上设有光源孔,散热风扇2固定在壳体下盖3的光源孔,光源模块1穿过光源孔贴装在散热风扇2的下面,防水垫圈4套装在光源模块1外的散热风扇2下表面,透镜5表面呈穹形,透镜压盖6通过螺钉将透镜5联通防水垫圈4固定在散热风扇2下表面,散热风扇2的侧面设有散热管和散热孔,光源模块1连接电源模块并采用LED光源。
实施例1:通过本实用新型壳体7的安装部件将本实用新型固定到隧道的适当位置,将电源模块与电源线路接通即可。
