本发明揭示了一种耐腐蚀生铁铸件,由铁、铝、铬、钴、镍、锆、钽以及杂质成分构成的合金制成,所述耐腐蚀生铁铸件中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述铁占74.4%-80.6%,所述铬占6.4%-7.3%,所述铝占4.7%-5.6%,所述钴占1.1%-1.9%,所述镍占1.3%-2.2%,所述锆占0.8%-1.7%,所述钽占0.6%-1.5%,所述杂质成分占4.5%-5.4%。本发明由铁、铝、铬、钴、镍、锆、钽以及杂质成分构成的合金制成,具有耐腐蚀性强、机械强度高、抗氧化、耐磨损、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种合金,具体涉及一种耐腐蚀生铁铸件。
背景技术
生铁一般指含碳量在2-6.69%的铁的合金。又称铸铁。生铁里除含碳外,还含有硅、锰及少量的硫、磷等,它可铸不可锻。生铁坚硬、耐磨、铸造性好。但是现有技术中所使用的生铁的合金中其他方面如耐腐蚀性、机械强度等方面较差,使用时容易断裂损坏,使用寿命较短,无法进行大范围的开发利用,使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由铁、铝、铬、钴、镍、锆、钽以及杂质成分构成的合金制成,具有耐腐蚀性强、机械强度高、抗氧化、耐磨损、使用寿命长的特点的耐腐蚀生铁铸件。
本发明的技术方案是,一种耐腐蚀生铁铸件,所述耐腐蚀生铁铸件由铁、铝、铬、钴、镍、锆、钽以及杂质成分构成的合金制成,所述耐腐蚀生铁铸件中各成分所占重量百分比分别为:所述铁占74.4%-80.6%,所述铬占6.4%-7.3%,所述铝占4.7%-5.6%,所述钴占1.1%-1.9%,所述镍占1.3%-2.2%,所述锆占0.8%-1.7%,所述钽占0.6%-1.5%,所述杂质成分占4.5%-5.4%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐腐蚀生铁铸件中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述铁占79.9%,所述铬占6.5%,所述铝占4.8%,所述钴占1.2%,所述镍占1.4%,所述锆占0.9%,所述钽占0.7%,所述杂质成分占4.6%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐腐蚀生铁铸件中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述铁占75.1%,所述铬占7.2%,所述铝占5.5%,所述钴占1.8%,所述镍占2.1%,所述锆占1.6%,所述钽占1.4%,所述杂质成分占5.3%。
本发明所述为一种耐腐蚀生铁铸件,由铁、铝、铬、钴、镍、锆、钽以及杂质成分构成的合金制成,具有耐腐蚀性强、机械强度高、抗氧化、耐磨损、使用寿命长的特点。

进一步地,所述耐腐蚀生铁铸件中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述铁占79.9%,所述铬占6.5%,所述铝占4.8%,所述钴占1.2%,所述镍占1.4%,所述锆占0.9%,所述钽占0.7%,所述杂质成分占4.6%。
进一步地,所述耐腐蚀生铁铸件中各成分所占重量百分比具体为:所述铁占75.1%,所述铬占7.2%,所述铝占5.5%,所述钴占1.8%,所述镍占2.1%,所述锆占1.6%,所述钽占1.4%,所述杂质成分占5.3%。
另外,可通过调节合金中各成分的不同重量百分比,使得得到的合金性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种耐腐蚀生铁铸件,由铁、铝、铬、钴、镍、锆、钽以及杂质成分构成的合金制成,具有耐腐蚀性强、机械强度高、抗氧化、耐磨损、使用寿命长的特点。
