Abstract

本发明提供一种兼具手感、杀菌、防指纹功能的涂层,该涂层包括如下组分及各组分的重量配比:聚氨酯树脂20%-40%,异氰酸酯类固化剂3%-10%,手感填充剂6%-15%,分散剂1%-2%,催干剂0.1%-1%,流平剂0.5%-2%,稀释剂10%-40%,抗涂鸦剂5%-15%,杀菌剂A0.5%-1.5%,杀菌剂B0.2%-1%。本发明还提供了所述涂层的喷涂工艺及其作为面漆的应用。

Description

具有杀菌防指纹手感功能的涂层、喷涂工艺及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种具有杀菌防指纹手感功能的聚氨酯涂层、喷涂工艺及其应用。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,产品设计上越来越重视人性化因素。对于传统的不锈钢表面扶手,人与其接触的部分是不锈钢抛光面,冬天接触会存在表面冰冷的感觉,会让人感觉不舒服;而且由于是抛光面,表面的光滑度很高,人触摸在上面往往会滑倒;同时每天接触扶手是不同的人群,难免会在上面留下细菌,在人接触过程中,细菌会因为扶手的传染,导致疾病传播,在健康上留下隐患。
鉴于上述缺陷,研究出具有手感、杀菌、防指纹功能的涂层应用在扶手上是十分必要的。中国专利CN202169745U公开了一种杀菌彩涂钢板,包括板材层和设置于所述板材层两侧的涂层,所述涂层表面上设置有杀菌层,所述杀菌层为纳米银层。中国专利CN103881489A公开了一种环保方向盘套涂层,由以下重量份数的成份组成:15份弹性体,25份聚乙烯醇树脂,6-10份橡胶粉,15份阻燃剂,5-9份成膜助剂,2份陶瓷粉,1份香料,制成的环保方向盘套材料具有机械强度高、无刺激性气味、手感好、不易打滑等性能。中国专利CN201287492公开了一种涂层不锈钢,由不锈钢板及附在不锈钢板面的透明涂层构成,涂层是95wt%丙烯酸树脂、2wt%磷酸锌和3wt%纳米二氧化硅组成的纳米透明涂层。然而上述专利公开的技术均没有兼具手感、杀菌、防指纹功能。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中的上述问题提出的。
本发明提供了一种兼具手感、杀菌、防指纹功能的涂层。
本发明还提供了所述涂层的喷涂工艺及其作为面漆的应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的第一个方面是提供一种具有杀菌防指纹手感功能的涂层,包括如下组分及各组分的重量配比:
优选地,所述手感填充剂为有机硅和/或有机硅改性物。
优选地,所述催干剂选自钴、锰、锆、铅、锌、铁、钙、稀土中的任意一种或多种。
优选地,所述抗涂鸦剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液,羟基含量为0.5%-10%。
优选地,所述杀菌剂选自5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4,5-亚丙基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮中任意一种或多种;更优选为其中两种杀菌剂,两种杀菌剂在所述涂层的重量配比分别为0.5%-1.5%和0.2%-1%。
本发明的第二个方面是提供一种上述涂层的喷涂工艺,包括以下步骤:将上述组分混合均匀,灌入喷枪中进行喷涂,然后将喷涂好的涂层在70℃-100℃、优选80℃-100℃、例如90℃下烘烤至少30分钟、例如30-90分钟。
优选地,所述喷涂涂层的厚度为30μm-60μm,更优选为30μm-40μm。
本发明的第三个方面是提供一种上述涂层作为面漆的应用,在涂覆表面喷涂上述涂层作为面漆。
优选地,所述涂覆表面选自不锈钢、塑料、金属、木材、皮革、纺织品、水泥中的任意一种或多种,更优选为不锈钢。
优选地,所述涂覆表面和所述面漆之间还包括底漆和/或色漆。
本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
本发明提供的涂层具有手感、杀菌、防指纹功能,应用在不锈钢手扶上,具体来说具有下列技术效果:
1、手感功能能解决扶手表面的冰冷感,同时具有防滑功能;
2、杀菌功能可以清除扶手表面的细菌滋生,减少健康风险;
3、防指纹功能主要是保持扶手表面清洁,不容易沾污渍。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本发明,但是下述实施例并不限制本发明范围。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种透明的具有手感杀菌防指纹功能的涂层及喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、不锈钢扶手的清洗,包括除蜡、除油、烘干工序;
2、底漆的喷涂:
a)底漆的配制:
各组分及各组分的重量配比为:
将上述组分混合均匀,例如在200rpm速度下搅拌半个小时。
b)底漆的喷涂:
用天拿水清洗好喷枪,向喷枪中灌入150ml配制好的底漆进行喷涂,喷涂厚度大约为15μm-20μm。
c)放置一边晾干,准备进行面漆的喷涂。
3、面漆的喷涂:
a)面漆的配制:
各组分及各组分的重量配比为:
其中,所述手感填充剂为有机硅和/或有机硅改性物;所述催干剂选自钴、锰、锆、铅、锌、铁、钙、稀土中的任意一种或多种;所述抗涂鸦剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液,羟基含量为0.5%-10%;所述杀菌剂A和杀菌剂B选自5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4,5-亚丙基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮;
将上述组分混合均匀,例如在200rpm速度下搅拌半个小时。
b)面漆的喷涂:
用天拿水清洗好喷枪,向喷枪中灌入150ml配置好的面漆进行喷涂,喷涂厚度优选为大约30μm-60μm,更优选为30μm-40μm。
c)将喷涂好的涂层在70℃-100℃、优选80℃-100℃、例如90℃下烘烤至少30分钟、例如30-90分钟。
成品涂层用手摸上去有柔软感,与水接触时,水呈珠状滑落。
4、性能测试:
性能测试结果请见表1。
表1涂层的性能测试结果
表中,(1)为在-18℃和49℃的两个极限温度下各放置12小时,观察产品表面无破坏及肉眼可见变化,并可通过附着力测试;
(2)为依据ASTM B117-11的测试标准,测试产品在5%中性盐雾环境下测试24小时,表面无腐蚀现象;
(3)为在60℃纯水中浸泡24小时,取出样品降至室温,观测涂层表面无明显发白及气泡,且不允许出现大量或者区域性变化;
(4)为表面附着力达到4B级以上。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种黑色或黄色的具有手感杀菌防指纹功能的涂层及喷涂工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、不锈钢扶手的清洗,包括除蜡、除油、烘干工序;
2、底漆的喷涂:
a)底漆的配制:
各组分及各组分的重量配比为:
将上述组分混合均匀,例如在200rpm速度下搅拌半个小时。
b)底漆的喷涂:
用天拿水清洗好喷枪,向喷枪中灌入150ml配制好的底漆进行喷涂,喷涂厚度大约为10μm-20μm。
c)放置一边晾干,准备进行中漆(色漆)的喷涂。
3、中漆(色漆)的喷涂:
a)中漆(色漆)的配制:
各组分及各组分的重量配比为:
将上述组分混合均匀,例如在200rpm速度下搅拌半个小时。
b)中漆(色漆)的喷涂:
用天拿水清洗好喷枪,向喷枪中灌入150ml配制好的中漆(色漆)进行喷涂,喷涂厚度大约为15μm-20μm。
c)放置一边晾干,准备进行面漆的喷涂。
4、面漆的喷涂:
a)面漆的配制:

将上述组分混合均匀,例如在200rpm速度下搅拌半个小时。
b)面漆的喷涂:
用天拿水清洗好喷枪,向喷枪中灌入150ml配置好的面漆进行喷涂,喷涂厚度优选为大约30μm-60μm,更优选为30μm-40μm。
c)将喷涂好的涂层在70℃-100℃、优选80℃-100℃、例如90℃下烘烤至少30分钟、例如30-90分钟。
成品涂层用手摸上去有柔软感,与水接触时,水呈珠状滑落。
4、性能测试:
性能测试结果请见表2。

5.根据权利要求1所述的涂层,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂选自5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4,5-亚丙基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮中任意一种或多种。
6.一种权利要求1所述涂层的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将权利要求1所述组分混合均匀,灌入喷枪中进行喷涂,然后将喷涂好的涂层在70℃-100℃下烘烤至少30分钟。
7.根据权利要求6所述的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,所述喷涂涂层的厚度为30μm-60μm。
8.一种权利要求1所述涂层作为面漆的应用,其特征在于,在涂覆表面喷涂权利要求1所述涂层作为面漆。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,所述涂覆表面选自不锈钢、塑料、金属、木材、皮革、纺织品、水泥中的任意一种或多种。
