本发明涉及服装材料技术领域,具体的说,涉及了一种多功能的服装复合面料。
背景技术
服装,指的是衣服鞋包玩具饰品等的总称,多指衣服。服装在人类社会发展的早期就已出现,古代人把身边能找到的各种材料做成粗陋的“衣服”用以护身。人类最初的衣服是用兽皮制成的,包裹身体的最早“织物”用麻类纤维和草制等成。
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔软等几个方面的特点。
现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料。而纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻等天然面料因为有着易皱、易变形等天然面料的缺点,已经沦为一般布料,较少作为高档服装用料。混纺面料有着天然面料吸汗透气、柔软舒服的特点,又吸收了化纤面料结实耐穿、垂悬挺括、光泽好颜色鲜亮等优点,每年有大量的高档优质混纺面料被开发出来。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。
目前,服装面料的功能少,不能满足人们日益增长的需要,所以,亟待一种多功能的服装复合面料来解决问题。
在公开号CN104905452A的专利文件中,公开了一种运动服复合面料,包括表层面料、内层面料和中间层片料,表层面料、内层面料和中间层片料之间分别由胶水层粘接固定连接。所述的表层面料采用现运动服常用的耐磨性和强度弹性都很好的化纤面料,内层面料采用具有柔软舒适、吸湿性和透气性好的天然纤维面料,表层面料和内层面料之间的中间层片料采用了具有防震、保温、高弹性与延展性好的潜水料。由于面料采用三层不同性能的面料和片料复合制作而成,从而使采用本面料做成的运动服装穿在人体上具有弹性与延伸性好、柔软贴身、肤感舒爽、吸湿性和透气性及保暖性好的特点;但不具有防紫外线、防水的能力,功能性仍然不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种多功能的服装复合面料,功能多,具有较佳地防紫外线、防水、防虫、抗菌能力。
本发明的一种多功能的服装复合面料,包括上层、中层和下层,上层为PU涂层,内含竹炭微粒,中层由PTFE膜和布料复合而成,下层为针织涤棉布,针织涤棉布中间设有PE植绒膜。
作为优选,上层中竹炭微粒的含量为9%-10%,其颗粒度为500-600目。
作为优选,下层位于靠近肌肤一侧且下方设有柔滑层,柔滑层的材料为丝绸。
作为优选,上层位于远离肌肤一侧,PU涂层包括以下重量份的原料:聚氨酯50-80份、防虫剂0.5-1份、抗菌剂0.2-0.4份、稀释剂0.5-0.8份、固化剂0.7-1.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-0.5份。
作为优选,防虫剂为拟除虫菊酯类化合物,抗菌剂为香草醛类化合物、乙基香草醛类化合物、氧化锌、氧化铜、磷酸二氢铵、碳酸锂中一种或者多种的混合。
作为优选,稀释剂为甲苯和丁酮的混合,两者比例为1:1,固化剂为脂肪族胺类、芳族胺类的一种或多种以上的混合。
作为优选,上层、中层和下层之间的厚度之比为1:5:4。
作为优选,下层针织涤棉布经向密度为(512-524)根/10cm、纬向密度为(276-300)根/10cm。
作为优选,下层针织涤棉布中每20cm经向中均匀加入1根导电砂。
本发明提供的一种多功能的服装复合面料,功能齐全,综合性能强,尤其是具有较佳地防紫外线、防水、防虫、抗菌能力,具体的有益效果如下:
(1)、上层为PU涂层,具有较佳地防水透气能力,而PU涂层内含有防虫剂,能有效地防虫,紫外线吸收剂能防紫外线且能增加面料的耐久性;
(2)、竹炭微粒的添加使得有很强的吸附能力,能净化空气、消除异味、吸湿防霉、抑菌驱虫;
(3)、中层由PTFE膜和布料复合而成,具有防水、透湿、防风等功能,进一步地提高面料的各项性能;
(4)、下层为针织涤棉布,针织涤棉布具有较佳地吸水、吸汗能力,又能增加保暖能力,而PE植绒膜能进一步地增加面料的保暖能力;
(5)、柔滑层的设置,能增加肌肤的舒适度;
(6)、上层、中层和下层之间的厚度之比为1:5:4,这较佳地保证了面料的强度和最佳性能;
(7)、导电纱的设置能有效地防止面料摩擦时产生的静电。

Claims (9)
1.一种多功能的服装复合面料,其特征在于:包括上层、中层和下层,上层为PU涂层,内含竹炭微粒,中层由PTFE膜和布料复合而成,下层为针织涤棉布,针织涤棉布中间设有PE植绒膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的服装复合面料,其特征在于:上层中竹炭微粒的含量为9%-10%,其颗粒度为500-600目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的服装复合面料,其特征在于:下层位于靠近肌肤一侧且下方设有柔滑层,柔滑层的材料为丝绸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的服装复合面料,其特征在于:上层位于远离肌肤一侧,PU涂层包括以下重量份的原料:聚氨酯50-80份、防虫剂0.5-1份、抗菌剂0.2-0.4份、稀释剂0.5-0.8份、固化剂0.7-1.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-0.5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多功能的服装复合面料,其特征在于:防虫剂为拟除虫菊酯类化合物,抗菌剂为香草醛类化合物、乙基香草醛类化合物、氧化锌、氧化铜、磷酸二氢铵、碳酸锂中一种或者多种的混合。
6.根据权利要求4所述的多功能的服装复合面料,其特征在于:稀释剂为甲苯和丁酮的混合,两者比例为1:1,固化剂为脂肪族胺类、芳族胺类的一种或多种以上的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的服装复合面料,其特征在于:上层、中层和下层之间的厚度之比为1:5:4。
8.根据权利要求1所述的多功能的服装复合面料,其特征在于:下层针织涤棉布经向密度为(512-524)根/10cm、纬向密度为(276-300)根/10cm。
9.根据权利要求7所述的多功能的服装复合面料,其特征在于:下层针织涤棉布中每20cm经向中均匀加入1根导电砂。
