Abstract

本发明提出了一种抗静电抗皱面料,包括基体层、中间层和抗皱层,基体层上设中间层,中间层上设有抗皱层,基体层采用导电纤维、植物纤维、涤纶纤维按1:1:2比例混纺而成,中间层为采用醋酸纤维和活性炭纤维合股后经纬编织而成,抗皱层为形状记忆性聚氨酯微孔膜。本发明提出的面料通过基体层中导电纤维作用,能有效地赋予面料优异的抗静电效果,同时,通过抗皱层的作用,使面料具有抗皱性能,同时,该面料具有良好的耐磨性能,安全,舒适度高。

一种抗静电抗皱面料
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗静电抗皱面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平逐渐升高,对于穿着质量的要求也就越高,不只要求舒适,还需兼具多功能,依据不同的生活型态,所穿着衣服的功能也不同,举凡登山时,因应环境的低温、多雨及高山暴露的紫外线,则所穿着的服装则须具备保温、防水及抗紫外线等功能;当进行户外运动时,则需要轻巧、吸湿排汗、速干及透气等功能的面料,而传统运用于运动系列的针织面料大都采用普通的圆形截面涤纶低弹丝原料,采用原始的染色后制作工艺,水洗浮色较多和耐光照牢度差,经长期户外运动着装后颜色变得萎暗,手感变硬且吸湿导汗性能差,穿着闷热不透气,舒适感差;即使一般人未进行任何活动的情况下,仍要求所穿着的服装须具备高质量的质量,另外,随着周遭环境污染日益严重,文明病也相继出现,例如太粗糙的衣服面料会导致一部分人皮肤产生过敏,或者是对外在环境容易产生过敏的体质,导致现代人对于抗菌的观念也逐渐重视,以往只有医护人员所需的抗菌衣及抗菌器具,也逐渐被应用在日常生活的用品。
人体活动时,皮肤与衣服之间以及衣服与衣服之间互相摩擦,便会产生静电。随着家用电器增多以及冬天人们多穿化纤衣服,家用电器所产生的静电荷会被人体吸收并积存起来,加之居室内墙壁和地板多属绝缘体,空气干燥,因此更容易受到静电干扰。而织物的抗静电性也尤为重要,尤其在特殊场合,织物产生的静电往往会产生致命的危害,因此,对织物的抗静电性的研究也显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构合理,具有良好的抗静电效果,同时抗皱、耐磨性能,提高了面料的使用效果的抗静电抗皱面料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种抗静电抗皱面料,包括基体层、中间层和抗皱层,所述基体层上设中间层,所述中间层上设有抗皱层,所述基体层采用导电纤维、植物纤维、涤纶纤维按1:1:2比例混纺而成,所述中间层为采用醋酸纤维和活性炭纤维合股后经纬编织而成,所述抗皱层为形状记忆性聚氨酯微孔膜。
进一步地,所述导电纤维为竹炭纤维或金属纤维和植物纤维混纺而成。
进一步地,所述植物纤维包括植物纤维为竹纤维、新疆棉纤维、大豆纤维、芦荟纤维、黄麻纤维中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述抗皱层上设有耐磨层。
进一步地,所述基体层的厚度为0.1~0.3mm,所述中间层的厚度为0.3~0.5mm,所述抗皱层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的面料通过基体层中导电纤维作用,能有效地赋予面料优异的抗静电效果,同时,通过抗皱层的作用,使面料具有抗皱性能,同时,该面料具有良好的耐磨性能,安全,舒适度高。

下面结合附图说明对本发明做进一步地说明。
如图1所示,一种抗静电抗皱面料,包括基体层1、中间层2和抗皱层3,基体层1上设中间层2,中间层2上设有抗皱层3,基体层1采用导电纤维、植物纤维、涤纶纤维按1:1:2比例混纺而成,中间层2为采用醋酸纤维和活性炭纤维合股后经纬编织而成,抗皱层3为形状记忆性聚氨酯微孔膜。
在本技术方案中,导电纤维为竹炭纤维或金属纤维和植物纤维混纺而成。
在本技术方案中,植物纤维包括植物纤维为竹纤维、新疆棉纤维、大豆纤维、芦荟纤维、黄麻纤维中的一种或几种。
在本技术方案中,抗皱层3上设有耐磨层4。
在本技术方案中,基体层1的厚度为0.1~0.3mm,中间层2的厚度为0.3~0.5mm,抗皱层3的厚度为0.1~0.2mm。
本发明提出的面料通过基体层中导电纤维作用,能有效地赋予面料优异的抗静电效果,同时,通过抗皱层的作用,使面料具有抗皱性能,同时,该面料具有良好的耐磨性能,安全,舒适度高。

1.一种抗静电抗皱面料,包括基体层、中间层和抗皱层,其特征在于:所述基体层上设中间层,所述中间层上设有抗皱层,所述基体层采用导电纤维、植物纤维、涤纶纤维按1:1:2比例混纺而成,所述中间层为采用醋酸纤维和活性炭纤维合股后经纬编织而成,所述抗皱层为形状记忆性聚氨酯微孔膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种抗静电抗皱面料,其特征在于:所述导电纤维为竹炭纤维或金属纤维和植物纤维混纺而成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种抗静电抗皱面料,其特征在于:所述植物纤维包括植物纤维为竹纤维、新疆棉纤维、大豆纤维、芦荟纤维、黄麻纤维中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种抗静电抗皱面料,其特征在于:所述抗皱层上设有耐磨层。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种抗静电抗皱面料,其特征在于:所述基体层的厚度为0.1~0.3mm,所述中间层的厚度为0.3~0.5mm,所述抗皱层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm。
