本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,具体指一种新型防水面料,包括面料基体,所述的面料基体的外表面贴合有阻燃面料,所述的阻燃面料外层设有防水膜层;所述的面料基体的内表面贴合有透气性的网眼面料;所述的防水膜层为三层高分子透气防水膜;本发明结构简单、防水透气性好,使用性能好,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,具体指一种新型防水面料。
背景技术
纺织面料一般分为机织面料和针织面料。机织面料是由经、纬线交叉纺织而成,如机织布;针织面料是由一根或多跟线向同一方向相互编织而成,如羊毛衫、T恤衫等。这两种面料的风格完全不同。
随着我国人民生活水平的提高,人们对穿着的舒适性和功能性的要求越来越高,普通的防水衣服可以防止雨水的渗透,但不利于排除汗水和水蒸气。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明涉及一种新型防水面料。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种新型防水面料,包括面料基体,所述的面料基体的外表面贴合有阻燃面料,所述的阻燃面料外层设有防水膜层;所述的面料基体的内表面贴合有透气性的网眼面料;所述的防水膜层为三层高分子透气防水膜。
所述的面料基体是由经纱、纬纱交错编织而成,所述的经纱为棉纤维,所述的经密度为50~60根/cm;所述的纬纱为竹炭纤维,所述的纬密度为10~15根/cm。
所述的防水膜层外表面上涂覆有荧光条纹。
优选的,所述的经密度为51根/cm,所述的纬密度为11根/cm。
优选的,所述的经密度为54根/cm,所述的纬密度为13根/cm。
优选的,所述的经密度为55根/cm,所述的纬密度为15根/cm。
优选的,所述的经密度为57根/cm,所述的纬密度为18根/cm。
有益效果:本发明结构简单、防水透气性好,使用性能好,具有很好的经济效益和社会效益。

竹炭纤维具有以下特点:
1、柔滑软暖:似“绫罗绸缎”:竹纤维具有单位细度细、手感柔软;白度好、色彩亮丽;韧性及耐磨性强,有独特的回弹性;有较强的纵向和横向强度,且稳定均一,悬垂性佳;柔软滑爽不扎身,比棉还软,有着特有的丝绒感。
2、吸湿透气,冬暖夏凉:竹炭纤维横截面布满了大大小小椭圆形的孔隙,可以瞬间吸收并蒸发大量的水分,天然横截面的高度中空,使得业内专家称竹炭纤维为“会呼吸”的纤维,还称其为“纤维皇后”;竹炭纤维的吸湿性、放湿性、透气性居各大纺织纤维之首;冬暖夏凉由竹炭纤维的中空特征决定,竹炭纤维纺织品夏秋季使用,使人感到特别的凉爽、透气;冬春季使用蓬松舒适又能排除体内多余的热气和水份,不上火,不发燥。
3、抑菌抗菌,抗菌率94.5%:经全球最大的检验、测试和认证机构SGS检测,同样数量的细菌在显微镜下观察,细菌在棉、木纤维制品中能够大量繁衍,而细菌在竹炭竹纤维面料上经24小时后则减少94.5%;这一成果也为防“非典”提供了防护服的选择,这是其它纺织原料不可比拟的。
4、绿色环保,抗紫外线:竹炭纤维是从原竹中提练出来的绿色环保材料,它具有竹子天然的防螨、防臭、防虫和产生负离子特性;经中国科学院上海物理研究所检测证明,竹炭纤维织物对200-400nm的紫外线透过率几乎为零,而这一波长的紫外线对人体的伤害最大。
5、超强的吸附力:竹炭吸附能力是木炭的5倍以上,对甲醛、苯、甲苯、氨等有害物质和粉尘能发挥吸收、分解异味和消臭的作用。例如:普通粘胶纤维的氨去除率只有17.4%,而竹炭粘胶纤维的氨去除率达到54%。
6、发射远红外线,蓄热保暖:远红外线发射率高达0.87,能蓄热保暖,温升速度比普通棉织物快。调湿,达到除湿与干燥的功效:高平衡回潮率和保水率,赋予了竹炭纤维调湿的本领。
7、负离子发射浓度高:通常都市公园的负离子浓度为1000-2000个/cm3,郊外田野的负离子浓度为5000-50000个/cm3,竹炭纤维发射负离子的浓度为6800个/cm3,相当于郊外田野的负离子浓度,因此有益于身体健康。
8、矿物质含量高,有特殊的保健功能:竹炭纤维含有钾、钙等有益于身体健康的矿物质。

1.一种新型防水面料,包括面料基体,其特征在于:所述的面料基体的外表面贴合有阻燃面料,所述的阻燃面料外层设有防水膜层;所述的面料基体的内表面贴合有透气性的网眼面料;所述的防水膜层为三层高分子透气防水膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防水面料,其特征在于:所述的面料基体是由经纱、纬纱交错编织而成,所述的经纱为棉纤维,所述的经密度为50~60根/cm;所述的纬纱为竹炭纤维,所述的纬密度为10~15根/cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防水面料,其特征在于:所述的防水膜层外表面上涂覆有荧光条纹。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型防水面料,其特征在于:所述的经密度为51根/cm,所述的纬密度为11根/cm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型防水面料,其特征在于:所述的经密度为54根/cm,所述的纬密度为13根/cm。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型防水面料,其特征在于:所述的经密度为55根/cm,所述的纬密度为15根/cm。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型防水面料,其特征在于:所述的经密度为57根/cm,所述的纬密度为18根/cm。
