Abstract

本发明公开一种制造耐用矿砂输送带的原料以及工艺,其原料组份为:SBR、BR、NR、活性剂、增塑剂、补强剂、聚酯短纤维、防老剂、石蜡、硫磺、促进剂NOBS。实验证明所用的原料,提高了输送带的拉伸强度和耐磨性能。经实践,在胶料中加入适量经提高浸润性预处理的聚酯短纤维可显著提高胶料的拉伸强度和耐磨性能,此外经使用证明输送带所运载物料不滑动,减轻了运载物料对带体的磨损,带体使用寿命可延长10%-15%。

一种制造耐用矿砂输送带的原料以及工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及输送带制造领域,特别是涉及一种耐用矿砂输送带制造工艺,以及一种制造耐用矿砂输送带的工艺。 
背景技术
输送带,皮带输送机在农业、工矿企业和交通运输业中广泛用于输送各种固体块状和粉料状物料或成件物品,输送带能连续化、高效率、大倾角运输,输送带操作安全,输送带使用简便,维修容易,运费低廉,并能缩短运输距离, 降低工程造价,节省人力物力。输送带又称运输带,是用于皮带输送带中起承载和运送物料作用的橡胶与纤维、金属复合制品,或者是塑料和织物复合的制品。输送带广泛应用于水泥、焦化、冶金、化工、钢铁等行业中输送距离较短、输送量较小的场合。普通输送带用于输送一般物料时 , 正常情况使用寿命可达 8000-10000 h,而用于输送矿砂时,在维护较好的情况下也仅为5000-7000h。输送带使用寿命短和输送效率低是制约企业经济效益提高的重要因素 。普通输送带用于输送矿砂时,影响其使用寿命的主要因素是矿砂的磨损和自身制做质量。 
发明内容
    本发明提供一种制造耐用矿砂输送带的原料以及工艺,为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案如下: 
    一种制造耐用矿砂输送带的原料,其原料组份为:SBR、BR、NR、活性剂、增塑剂、补强剂、聚酯短纤维、防老剂、石蜡、硫磺、促进剂NOBS。
一种制造耐用矿砂输送带的工艺,其具体步骤为: 
(1)胶料混炼:将胶料加入橡胶密炼机,通过辊筒的挤压使其他助剂在橡胶中均匀分散,其中一段密炼温度控制在100-140℃,二段密炼温度控制在60-100℃;
(2)压延成型:将混合橡胶加入压延机辊筒,压延制成具有一定规格的胶片,其中上辊温度为75-85℃,中辊温度80-90℃,下辊温度50-60℃;
(3)硫化:在一定温度、压力和时间下,将带胚加热加压硫化为具有弹性体性能的输送带成品。
优选的,原料中SBR、BR、NR的加入比例为5:3:2。 
有益效果:本发明提供一种耐用矿砂输送带制造工艺,其原料组份为:SBR、BR、NR、活性剂、增塑剂、补强剂、聚酯短纤维、防老剂、石蜡、硫磺、促进剂NOBS。实验证明所用的原料,提高了输送带的拉伸强度和耐磨性能。经实践,在胶料中加入适量经提高浸润性预处理的聚酯短纤维可显著提高胶料的拉伸强度和耐磨性能,此外经使用证明输送带所运载物料不滑动,减轻了运载物料对带体的磨损, 带体使用寿命可延长10%-15%。

    一种制造耐用矿砂输送带的原料,其原料组份为:SBR、BR、NR、活性剂、增塑剂、补强剂、聚酯短纤维、防老剂、石蜡、硫磺、促进剂NOBS,利用所述的原料制造耐用矿砂输送带的工艺,其具体步骤为: 
(1)胶料混炼:将胶料加入橡胶密炼机,通过辊筒的挤压使其他助剂在橡胶中均匀分散,其中一段密炼温度控制在100-140℃,二段密炼温度控制在60-100℃;
(2)压延成型:将混合橡胶加入压延机辊筒,压延制成具有一定规格的胶片,其中上辊温度为75-85℃,中辊温度80-90℃,下辊温度50-60℃;
(3)硫化:在一定温度、压力和时间下,将带胚加热加压硫化为具有弹性体性能的输送带成品。

1.一种制造耐用矿砂输送带的原料,其特征在于,其原料组份为:SBR、BR、NR、活性剂、增塑剂、补强剂、聚酯短纤维、防老剂、石蜡、硫磺、促进剂NOBS。
2.一种利用权利要求1所述的原料制造耐用矿砂输送带的工艺,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)胶料混炼:将胶料加入橡胶密炼机,通过辊筒的挤压使其他助剂在橡胶中均匀分散,其中一段密炼温度控制在100-140℃,二段密炼温度控制在60-100℃;
(2)压延成型:将混合橡胶加入压延机辊筒,压延制成具有一定规格的胶片,其中上辊温度为75-85℃,中辊温度80-90℃,下辊温度50-60℃;
(3)硫化:在一定温度、压力和时间下,将带胚加热加压硫化为具有弹性体性能的输送带成品。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种制造耐用矿砂输送带的原料,其特征在于,SBR、BR、NR的加入比例为5:3:2。
