Abstract
本发明公开了一种真空绝热板用低热扩散的封装袋结构。本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点(1)本发明封装袋中的聚酯镀铝膜具有对紫外线和红外线有良好的反射能力,同时能提高复合膜整体隔氧性能,可以在一定程度上代替铝箔使用;(2)本发明封装袋中的内层为聚乙烯层,聚乙烯是良好的热封材料,能保证封装口强度高,不漏气。(3)本发明封装袋未使用铝箔,使得在封口处会产生热集聚,抑制了热量在内层的扩散。(4)优化了真空绝热板实际应用的综合效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于绝热材料工程技术领域,具体是涉及一种真空绝热板用低热扩散的封装袋结构。
背景技术
真空绝热板由填充芯材与真空保护表层复合而成,它有效地避免空气对流引起的热传递,因此具有极低的导热系数,优异的保温性能和良好的环保性能,是目前世界上最先进的高效保温材料。真空绝热板是绝热环保材料,具有极佳的绝热性能,且在制造、使用和用后处理过程中无任何污染,被广泛应用在冰箱、冷藏车、冷库等低温领域及家电行业的保温领域。
真空绝热板作为绝热保温材料,拥有单位面积质量轻、施工简便、无毒、无污染、绿色环保、使用寿命长、不易燃烧、可减少保温层厚度等优点。但是由于真空绝热板两面均为高致密的阻气阻水膜,在长期服役环境条件下,由于膜层材料包含铝箔会使得真空绝热板具有导热系数高、易穿刺、在封口处易出现热集聚等缺点。
东丽株式会社在公开号为101421105的发明专利上公开了一种同时具有优异的氧气和水蒸气阻隔性、对加热蒸煮处理等加热杀菌处理的优异耐性的气体阻隔性膜。该专利所述膜材特征在于,在基材膜的一面上设有由无机化合物形成的蒸镀层,在该蒸镀层上设有由含有骨架结构的聚环氧系固化生成物形成的气体阻隔层,在该气体阻隔层上设有由选自聚环氧树脂、聚酯树脂、和聚丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种树脂形成的外覆层。同时,在基材膜的一面上设有由无机化合物形成的蒸镀层,在该蒸镀层上设有由聚氨酯树脂形成的气体阻隔层,在该气体阻隔层上设有由聚酯树脂和/或聚丙烯酸树脂形成的外覆层。
厦门长塑实业有限公司在公开号为CN102896851A的发明专利上公开了一种可用于真空隔热板的阻隔复合膜,其为四层结构,由外层到内层依次为第一高阻隔尼龙薄膜层(1)、镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层(2)、第二高阻隔尼龙薄膜层(3)和聚乙烯层(4),其中所述第一高阻隔尼龙薄膜层(1)的厚度为10-30um,所述镀铝聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯层(2)厚度为10-20um,所述第二高阻隔尼龙薄膜层(3)的厚度为10-30um,以及所述聚乙烯层(4)的厚度为40-60um。上述阻隔复合膜相对于现有技术不使用铝箔,封装后真空隔热板边界热效应低,而且具有阻隔性能突出、耐穿刺性良好、和吸水性低等优点。
虽然上述公开专利从不同角度,采用不同的制备方法与技术,延长了真空绝热板的使用寿命,拓宽了真空绝热板的使用范围。但是并未解决在长期服役环境条件下,真空绝热板阻隔膜因其含有铝箔导致真空绝热板导热系数偏高以及真空绝热板在内层出现热扩散等现象。因此,如何解决Al箔的高导热问题是当前技术和科研人员的重要课题。
发明内容
为实现本发明的目的采用的技术方案是:提供一种真空绝热板用低热扩散的封装袋结构结构,其特征在于其特征在该封装袋由两层组成,层间装填芯材,其中外层为PA/VMPET/Al/PE,内层为VMPET3/PE。
所述的外层PA/VMPET/Al/PE在应用中靠近温度较高一侧。
所述的内层VMPET3/PE在应用中靠近温度较低一侧。
所述的PA/VMPET/Al/PE中尼龙层的厚度为5-30um。
所述的PA/VMPET/Al/PE中聚酯镀铝膜层的厚度为5-20um。
所述的PA/VMPET/Al/PE中铝箔的厚度为2-8um。
所述的PA/VMPET/Al/PE中聚乙烯层厚度为5-30um。
所述的VMPET3/PE中聚酯镀铝膜层的厚度均为为5-30um。
所述的所述的VMPET3/PE中聚乙烯层厚度为5-25um。
应用效果:本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
(1)本发明封装袋中的尼龙薄膜对氧气和二氧化碳等气体表现出优异的阻隔性,而且在很宽的温湿度范围内能保持高强度和刚性,热变形小,吸水率低且吸水后尺寸变化小,抗刺穿性能突出,提高了真空绝热板阻隔膜的抗穿刺强度;
(2)本发明封装袋中的聚酯镀铝膜具有对紫外线和红外线有良好的反射能力,同时能提高复合膜整体隔氧性能,可以在一定程度上代替铝箔使用;
(3)本发明封装袋中的内层为聚乙烯层,聚乙烯是良好的热封材料,能保证封装口强度高,不漏气。
(4)本发明封装袋中实际应用于温度较低一侧的VMPET3/PE未使用铝箔,使得在封口处会产生热集聚,抑制了热量在内层的扩散。
(5)本发明封装袋中实际应用于温度较低一侧的VMPET3/PE使用温度为-40℃-5℃,杜绝了热辐射的产生。
(6)优化了真空绝热板实际应用的综合效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定。
实施例
一种真空绝热板用低热扩散封装袋结构,其特征在于该封装袋由两部分组成,其中一部分为PA/VMPET/Al/PE,另一部分为VMPET3/PE。其中,PA/VMPET/Al/PE部分靠近实际应用温度较高一侧,VMPET3/PE部分靠近实际应用温度较低一侧。
封装袋中PA/VMPET/Al/PE中尼龙层的厚度为25um,聚酯镀铝膜层的厚度为10um,铝箔的厚度为7um,聚乙烯层厚度为30um;封装袋中VMPET3/PE中聚酯镀铝膜层的厚度均为为20um,聚乙烯层厚度为12um。

Claims (9)
1.一种真空绝热板用低热扩散封装袋结构,其特征在于该封装袋由两层组成,层间装填芯材,其中外层为PA/VMPET/Al/PE,内层为VMPET3/PE。
2.根据权利要求1所述的封装袋,其特征在于所述的外层PA/VMPET/Al/PE在应用中靠近温度较高一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的封装袋,其特征在于所述的内层VMPET3/PE在应用中靠近温度较低一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的封装袋,其特征在于所述的PA/VMPET/Al/PE中尼龙层的厚度为5-30um。
5.根据权利要求1所述的封装袋,其特征在于所述的PA/VMPET/Al/PE中聚酯镀铝膜层的厚度为5-20um。
6.根据权利要求1所述的封装袋,其特征在于所述的PA/VMPET/Al/PE中铝箔的厚度为2-8um。
7.根据权利要求1所述的封装袋,其特征在于所述的PA/VMPET/Al/PE中聚乙烯层厚度为5-30um。
8.根据权利要求1所述的封装袋,其特征在于所述的VMPET3/PE中聚酯镀铝膜层的厚度均为为5-30um。
9.根据权利要求书1所述的封装袋,其特征在于所述的VMPET3/PE中聚乙烯层厚度为5-25um。
