Abstract
本发明涉及一种显示面板,包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板和所述第二基板中的一个基板的边缘设有封框胶,在所述第一基板和第二基板中的另一个基板与所述封框胶之间设有第一隔垫物。本发明还涉及一种显示装置。采用第一隔垫物代替现有技术中的掺杂有硅球的部分封框胶,节省硅球用料,方便面板的切割。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板、显示装置。
背景技术
窄边框能有效提升显示面积,实现超宽视屏,带来更强的视觉冲击力,是不少厂商努力的方向。越来越多的窄边框产品出现在手机,笔记本市场,窄边框已成为移动显示的趋势。所以说边框的设计就显得越来越重要,怎么样实现越来越窄的结构是显示行业中一直追逐的方向。
目前的面板设计,阵列基板和彩膜基板通过填充有Si-Ball(硅球)的封框胶对盒连接,这样在实现窄边框时的一种带胶切割时,直接在封框胶上进行切割,非常困难,并且存在Si-Ball将金属线压坏的情况。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种显示面板、显示装置,提高切割良率。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种显示面板,包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板和所述第二基板中的一个基板的边缘设有封框胶,在所述第一基板和第二基板中的另一个基板与所述封框胶之间设有第一隔垫物。
进一步的,所述第一隔垫物设置于所述第一基板上,且所述第一基板为彩膜基板,所述第一隔垫物与彩膜基板上的第二隔垫物同层设置。
进一步的,所述第二隔垫物在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度等于所述封框胶在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度与所述第一隔垫物在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度之和。
进一步的,所述第一隔垫物采用与所述第二隔垫物相同的材料制成。
进一步的,所述第一隔垫物设置于所述第一基板上,且所述第一基板为阵列基板,所述第一隔垫物与阵列基板上的第三隔垫物同层设置。
进一步的,所述第三隔垫物在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度等于所述封框胶在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度与所述第一隔垫物在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度之和。
进一步的,所述第一隔垫物采用与所述第三隔垫物相同的材料制成。
进一步的,所诉第一隔垫物采用树脂材料或者金属制成。
进一步的,所述第一隔垫物为实心结构或镂空结构。
本发明还提供一种显示装置,包括上述的显示面板。
本发明的有益效果是:采用第一隔垫物代替现有技术中的掺杂有硅球的部分封框胶,节省硅球用料,方便面板的切割。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的结构和原理进行详细说明,所举实施例仅用于解释本发明,并非以此限定本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种显示面板,包括第一基板1和第二基板2,所述第一基板1和所述第二基板2中的一个基板的边缘设有封框胶5,在所述第一基板1和第二基板2中的另一个基板与所述封框胶5之间设有第一隔垫物4。
采用第一隔垫物4代替现有技术中的掺杂有硅球的部分封框胶,节省硅球用料,方便面板的切割。
图1中所示虚线为面板切割线,为了方便切割,所述第一隔垫物4设置于切割线的一侧,并没有完全覆盖所述封框胶5,在切割时减少阻力,利于切割,且进一步避免了与封框胶位置对应的金属线被压坏。
可选的,所述第一隔垫物4设置于所述第一基板1上,且所述第一基板1为彩膜基板,所述第一隔垫物4与彩膜基板上的第二隔垫物3同层设置。
所述第一隔垫物4与彩膜基板上的第二隔垫物3同层设置,简化工艺步骤,且为了进一步的简化工艺步骤,所述第一隔垫物4与彩膜基板上的第二隔垫物3采用相同的材料制成,这样在制作时,相对于现有技术来说,只需更换一个适用于本实施例显示面板的掩模板,则可一次性制作所述第一隔垫物4和第二隔垫物3,方便、快捷。
需要说明的是,所述第一隔垫物4也可以采用其他树脂材料或金属制成,所述第一隔垫物4的材料选择可根据实际需要设定。
可选的,所述第一隔垫物4为实心结构或镂空结构。
可选的,为了保证第一基板1与第二基板2之间间隙的一致性,所述第二隔垫物3在垂直于所述第一基板1的方向的厚度等于所述封框胶5在垂直于所述第一基板1的方向的厚度与所述第一隔垫物4在垂直于所述第一基板1的方向的厚度之和。
可选的,所述第一隔垫物4可以设置在彩膜基板上,也可以设置在阵列基板上,所述第一隔垫物4设置于阵列基板时,所述第一隔垫物4与阵列基板上的第三隔垫物同层设置。
所述第一隔垫物与阵列基板上的第三隔垫物同层设置,简化工艺步骤,且为了进一步的简化工艺步骤,所述第一隔垫物与阵列基板上的第三隔垫物采用相同的材料制成,这样在制作时,相对于现有技术来说,只需更换一个适用于本实施例显示面板的掩模板,则可一次性制作所述第一隔垫物和第三隔垫物,方便、快捷。
需要说明的是,所述第一隔垫物4也可以采用其他树脂材料或金属制成,所述第一隔垫物4的材料选择可根据实际需要设定。
可选的,所述第一隔垫物4为实心结构或镂空结构。
进一步的,为了保证第一基板1与第二基板2之间间隙的一致性,所述第三隔垫物在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度等于所述封框胶在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度与所述第一隔垫物在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度之和。
本实施例还提供一种显示装置,包括上述的显示面板。
所述第一隔垫物的厚度可以根据实际需要设定,只要可以具有与现有技术中掺杂有硅球的部分封框胶的支撑作用,且又达到节省硅球用料,方便切割且避免切割时压坏金属线的目的即可。
以上所述为本发明较佳实施例,需要说明的是,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种显示面板,包括第一基板和第二基板,其特征在于,所述第一基板和所述第二基板中的一个基板的边缘设有封框胶,在所述第一基板和第二基板中的另一个基板与所述封框胶之间设有第一隔垫物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一隔垫物设置于所述第一基板上,且所述第一基板为彩膜基板,所述第一隔垫物与彩膜基板上的第二隔垫物同层设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第二隔垫物在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度等于所述封框胶在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度与所述第一隔垫物在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度之和。
4.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一隔垫物采用与所述第二隔垫物相同的材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一隔垫物设置于所述第一基板上,且所述第一基板为阵列基板,所述第一隔垫物与阵列基板上的第三隔垫物同层设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第三隔垫物在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度等于所述封框胶在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度与所述第一隔垫物在垂直于所述第一基板的方向的厚度之和。
7.根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一隔垫物采用与所述第三隔垫物相同的材料制成。
8.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所诉第一隔垫物采用树脂材料或者金属制成。
9.根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其特征在于,所述第一隔垫物为实心结构或镂空结构。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的显示面板。
