Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板及其制备方法,所述耐腐蚀镀锌钢板包括由内而外依次设置的基板、底部防护层以及面部防护层。本发明选用低成本的有机硅和环境友好的铈盐进行多重封护,利用有机硅中的氨基与镀锌钢板的良好结合力、环氧基的环氧作用、含硫有机硅的疏水性以及铈盐的缓蚀作用,在镀锌钢板表面形成一层与基底结合牢固,结构致密,抗腐蚀性能好的底部防护层,同时在底部防护层的表面涂覆了一层氟碳树脂涂层(面部防护层),进一步提高镀锌钢板的耐腐蚀性和耐候性。

耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板及其制备方法。
背景技术
镀锌钢板价格低廉、性能优异,被广泛应用于家电、航空等领域,但在湿热条件下,镀锌板易生白锈,所以对其进行钝化保护是非常必要的。
传统的钝化方法主要是采用铬酸盐钝化,由于其处理工艺简单、膜结合力好、耐腐蚀性高以及自修复能力好的特点,一直以来都倍受青睐。但是后来发现六价铬对人体和环境有严重的毒害作用,各个国家开始实施相关的法律限制铬酸盐钝化工艺的使用,这无疑促进了无铬钝化工艺的快速发展。无铬钝化技术主要包括无机钝化、有机钝化和无机-有机复合钝化。无机钝化主要包括钼酸盐、硅酸盐、稀土盐等无机盐钝化,其耐热性能优秀但耐蚀性稍差;有机钝化主要包括植酸、单宁酸、硅烷、树脂等有机物钝化,其耐蚀性较好但耐热性和附着力等性能稍差;而无机与有机复合钝化同时兼具了两者的优点。近年来研究较多的无机-有机复合钝化工艺有有机酸类,植酸、单宁酸等与无机物的复合钝化;有机树脂类,丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯等与无机物的钝化,但它们的钝化液一般稳定性较差,体系工艺较复杂,需要较高的烘干温度和相应的设备,成本较高。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的是提供一种耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板,包括由内而外依次设置的基板、底部防护层以及面部防护层;
所述底部防护层由第一底部封护剂与第二底部封护剂固化而成;所述第一底部封护剂组成如下:
含氨基的有机硅                         20-40mL
含环氧基的有机硅                       0.1-70mL
醋酸丁酯                               0-100mL
其中氨基与环氧基的摩尔比为1:1.5-2;
所述第二底部封护剂组成如下:
含硫有机硅,其中硫含量                 9-10g/L
Ce(NO3)3·6H2O                         4×10-5-9×10-5mol/L
H2O                                    50-60mL/L
余量为无水乙醇;
所述面部防护层由面部封护剂固化而成,所述面部封护剂由如下组分制备而成:
A组分:                                380-420mL/L
B组分:多异氰酸酯固化剂                40-60mL/L
CF3-CH2-CH2-Si(OCH3)3                   40-60mL/L
余量为醋酸丁酯;
所述A组分包括如下质量百分比的组份:
在其中一个实施例中,所述含氨基的有机硅选自氨基硅油或γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷;所述含环氧基的有机硅为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;所述含硫有机硅选自双-[γ-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]四硫化物或γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
在其中一个实施例中,所述多异氰酸酯固化剂为HDI缩二脲。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底部防护层的厚度为15-20μm,面部防护层的厚度为25-35μm。
在其中一个实施例中,所述分散剂选自海明斯德谦904S型分散剂;所述流平剂选自海明斯德谦835型流平剂。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述耐腐蚀镀锌钢板的制备方法。
具体的技术方案如下:
上述耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)第一底部封护剂的制备:将含氨基的有机硅与含环氧基的有机硅混合,添加醋酸丁酯加以稀释,充分搅拌后即得;
(2)第二底部封护剂的制备:将含硫有机硅、水以及无水乙醇混匀,加入Ce(NO3)3·6H2O,调pH值至6-7,搅拌0.5-1.5h,静置水解70-75h,即得;
(3)面部封护剂的制备:将A组分、B组分和CF3-CH2-CH2-Si(OCH3)3分别溶于醋酸丁酯,然后混合搅拌均匀,即得;
(4)底部防护层的制备:将基板放入第一底部封护剂中,1.5-2.5min后取出,2-3min后再放入第二底部封护剂中,1.5-2.5min后取出,放置20-28h,固化后即在基板上形成一层底部防护层;
(5)面部防护层的制备:将步骤(4)得到的镀锌钢板放入面部封护剂中,1.5-2.5min后取出,再在NaBr饱和溶液中放置6-8d,即在底部防护层上固化形成面部防护层,即得所述耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板。
在其中一个实施例中,所述固化的温度为室温。
在其中一个实施例中,所述底部防护层的厚度为15-20μm,面部防护层的厚度为25-35μm。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结合无机-有机复合钝化的优势,选用低成本的有机硅和环境友好的铈盐进行多重封护,利用有机硅中的氨基与镀锌钢板的良好结合力、环氧基的环氧作用、含硫有机硅的疏水性以及铈盐的缓蚀作用,在镀锌钢板表面形成一层与基底结合牢固,结构致密,抗腐蚀性能好的底部防护层。不仅如此,本发明在底部防护层的表面涂覆了一层氟碳树脂涂层(面部防护层),不仅进一步提高了镀锌钢板的耐腐蚀性,而且提高了其耐候性,使镀锌钢板的耐腐蚀性能得到极大的提高。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例所使用的原料如下:
分散剂购自海明斯德谦904S型分散剂;
流平剂购自海明斯德谦835型流平剂。
以下通过实施例对本申请做进一步的阐述。
实施例1
本实施例一种耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板,包括由内而外依次设置的基板、底部防护层以及面部防护层;
所述底部防护层由第一底部封护剂与第二底部封护剂固化而成;所述第一底部封护剂包含如下组份:
氨基硅油                                       28.5mL
γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)      167.8μL
醋酸丁酯                                       71.3mL;
所述第二底部封护剂包含如下组分:

上述耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)第一底部封护剂的制备:将氨基硅油溶于醋酸丁酯,搅拌均匀后加入γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷,充分搅拌后即得;
(2)第二底部封护剂的制备:将双-[γ-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]四硫化物、水以及无水乙醇混匀,加入Ce(NO3)3·6H2O,调pH值至6-7,搅拌1h,静置水解72h,即得;
(3)面部封护剂的制备:将A组分、B组分和CF3-CH2-CH2-Si(OCH3)3分别溶于醋酸丁酯,然后混合搅拌均匀,即得;
(4)底部防护层的制备:将基板放入第一底部封护剂中,2min后取出,2-3min后再放入第二底部封护剂中,2min后取出,放置24h,固化后即在基板上形成一层底部防护层,厚度为15-20μm;
(5)面部防护层的制备:将步骤(4)得到的镀锌钢板放入面部封护剂中,2min后取出,再在NaBr饱和溶液中放置7d,即在底部防护层上固化形成面部防护层,厚度为25-35μm,即得所述耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板。
对实施例1制备得到的耐腐蚀镀锌钢板进行性能测试,其耐醋酸铅点滴时间长达10h,附着力试验参照GB/T 9286-1998达到1级,Tafel极划曲线测得耐腐蚀镀锌钢板的自腐蚀电流相对于空白镀锌板降低了近1个数量级,电化学阻抗测得耐腐蚀镀锌板的阻抗相对于空白镀锌板提高了近5倍。
实施例2
本实施例一种耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板,包括由内而外依次设置的基板、底部防护层以及面部防护层;

对实施例2制备得到的耐腐蚀镀锌钢板进行性能测试,结果与实施例1类似。

对实施例3制备得到的耐腐蚀镀锌钢板进行性能测试,结果与实施例1类似。
以上数据表明,采用本发明的镀锌钢板防腐蚀方法后,镀锌钢板的耐腐蚀性能得到很大提高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板,其特征在于,所述含氨基的有机硅选自氨基硅油或γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷;所述含环氧基的有机硅为γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷;所述含硫有机硅选自双-[γ-(三乙氧基硅)丙基]四硫化物或γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板,其特征在于,所述多异氰酸酯固化剂为HDI缩二脲。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板,其特征在于,所述底部防护层的厚度为15-20μm,面部防护层的厚度为25-35μm。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自海明斯德谦904S型分散剂;所述流平剂选自海明斯德谦835型流平剂。
6.权利要求1-5任一项所述的耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)第一底部封护剂的制备:将含氨基的有机硅与含环氧基的有机硅混合,添加醋酸丁酯加以稀释,充分搅拌后即得;
(2)第二底部封护剂的制备:将含硫有机硅、水以及无水乙醇混匀,加入Ce(NO3)3·6H2O,调pH值至6-7,搅拌0.5-1.5h,静置水解70-75h,即得;
(3)面部封护剂的制备:将A组分、B组分和CF3-CH2-CH2-Si(OCH3)3分别溶于醋酸丁酯,然后混合搅拌均匀,即得;
(4)底部防护层的制备:将基板放入第一底部封护剂中,1.5-2.5min后取出,2-3min后再放入第二底部封护剂中,1.5-2.5min后取出,放置20-28h,固化后即在基板上形成一层底部防护层;
(5)面部防护层的制备:将步骤(4)得到的镀锌钢板放入面部封护剂中,1.5-2.5min后取出,再在NaBr饱和溶液中放置6-8d,即在底部防护层上固化形成面部防护层,即得所述耐腐蚀的镀锌钢板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述固化的温度为室温。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述底部防护层的厚度为15-20μm,面部防护层的厚度为25-35μm。
