Abstract
本发明涉及一种沉香原液,其包括沉香挥发油和水,其中所述沉香挥发油是从35-45重量份的白木香、25-35重量份的土沉香和25-35重量份的女儿的混合物中提取得到的。其制备工艺包括以下步骤:1)按重量计,将用清水清洗后晾干的白木香、土沉香和女儿香按一定重量比混合得到混合物;2)将步骤1)得到的沉香混合物加入到净水中在常温下浸泡0.5-1.5个小时;3)加热煮沸步骤2)的沉香和水的混合物,含有沉香挥发油成分的水蒸气经冷凝管冷凝,形成沉香原液。本发明的沉香原液具有明显的睡眠改善功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种沉香原液,其制备工艺和用途。
背景技术
沉香(名医别录)同属植物沉香Aquilaria agallocha Roxb.,叶椭圆状披针形、披针形或倒披针形,先端长渐尖;伞形花序无总梗或梗短;花白色,蒴果长3厘米以上。原产印度尼西亚,柬埔寨及越南,台湾亦有栽培。沉香为瑞香科植物白木香Aquilaria sinensis (lour.)Gilg.及沉香Aquilaria agallocha Roxb.含有树脂的木材.因系木的心材体重,体重,置水中则沉,气香故而得名,药材可分为国产沉香和进口沉香,其中进口沉香主产于印度、马来西亚等地:国产沉香又名海南沉香,主产于海南岛、广西等地称为国产沉香或土沉香、女儿香,其味辛、苦、性微温,具行气止痛、温中止呕、纳气平喘的功效,用于胸腹胀闷疼痛、胃寒呕吐呃逆、肾虚气逆喘急,健康的白木香植物并不产生沉香,只有通过自然因素(雷劈、火烧、虫蛀、动物攀抓、人为砍伤等)的作用,沉香才会在白木香植物中逐渐形成,沉香含挥发油的量较高,具有浓郁的香气,是沉香挥发性药效的主要成份,沉香临床应用广泛具有消化系统和中枢神经系统保护等药理作用。
中药沉香(AquilariaResin、Aloeswood、Agarwood或Eaglewood)是中国、日本、印度、东南亚以及中东国家传统名贵的药材和天然香料。土沉香(Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.)G),英文名lncenseTree,又称香材(海南)、白木香(广州、云南、双江、思茅)、牙香树、女儿香(广东)栈香(本草纲目拾遗)、青桂香、崖香、莞香(广东)是我国生产中药沉香的唯一植物资源,为我国特有的珍贵药用植物。
白木香、土沉香、女儿香同属瑞香科沉香属植物,是一种亚热带常绿乔木,为我国特有的珍贵药用植物。白木香以其含树脂的木材入药,药材名为沉香,为国产中药沉香的正品来源,也是我国生产中药沉香的唯一植物资源。其功用与进口中药沉香的含树酯的木材相同。中药沉香乃是中国、日本、印度以及其他东南亚国家的传统名贵药材和名贵天然香料。
据《本草纲目》记载,沉香木具有强烈的抗菌效能,其香气入脾、清神理气、补五脏、止咳化痰、暖胃温脾、通气定痛、能入药,是上等药材极品。性微温,味辛、苦。降气温中,暖肾纳气。行气止痛,温中止呕,纳气平喘。用于治疗胸腹胀闷疼痛、胃寒呕吐呃逆、肾虚气逆喘急等病症。用量1.5~4.5g,入煎剂宜后下。土沉香含挥发油及树脂,挥发油中含沉香螺醇(Agarospirol),具有镇静作用。药用具有行气止痛、调中平肝、温肾纳气之功效。主治:治气逆喘息,呕吐呃逆,脘腹胀痛,腰膝虚冷,大肠虚秘,小便气淋,男子精冷。除此之外,沉香可以降逆调中,它能和胃气,升脾气,性温而不燥,善行而不泄。所以当人们因为暴吃生冷的食物而呕吐不止,或因吃进不干净的食物而患上霍乱都可以服用沉香。除此之外,沉香还是老年人的健康福星,老年人容易便秘,但长期服用沉香可以得以避免。年轻人因为工作繁忙而感到头晕耳鸣,彻夜难眠的话,沉香也可以帮助他们香甜入睡。
沉香的丙酮提取物经皂化蒸馏,得挥发油13%,其中含苄基丙酮、对甲氧基苄基丙酮等,残渣中有氢化桂皮酸、对甲氧基氢化桂皮酸等。经霉菌感染的沉香含沉香螺醇(Agaro- spirol)、沉香醇(Agarol)、沉香呋喃(Agarofuran)、二氢沉香呋喃、4-羟基二氢沉香呋喃、3,4-二羟基二氢沉香呋喃、去甲沉香呋喃酮(Nor-ketoaga- rofuran);未经霉菌感染的沉香含硫、芹子烷(Selinane)、沉香醇等。
白木香含挥发油,其中倍半萜成分:沉香螺醇,白木香酸(baimuxinic acid),白木香醛(baimuxinal),白木香醇(baimu-xinol),去氢白木香醇(dehydrobaimuxinol),白木香呋喃醛 (sinenofuranal),白木香呋喃醇(ainenofuranol),β-沉香呋喃,二氢卡拉酮,异白木香醇(isobaimuxinol)。还含其他挥发成分:苄基丙酮,对甲氧基苄基丙酮,茴香酸(anisic acid),又含2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类成分:6-羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮[6-hydroxy-2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone]即是AH3,6-甲氧基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮[6-methoxy-2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone]即是AH4,6,7-二甲氧基-2-(2- 苯乙基)色酮[6,7-dimethoxy-2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone]即是AH5,6-甲氧基-2-[2-(3'-甲氧基苯)乙基]色酮{6-methoxyl-2-[2-(3’-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]chromone}即是AHb1,2-(2-苯乙基)色酮[2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone]即是AH8,6-羟基-2-[2-(4'-甲氧基苯)乙基]色酮{6-hydroxy-2-[2-(4'-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]ethyl]chromone},5,8-二羟基-2-(2-对甲氧基苯乙基)色酮{5,8-dihydroxy-2-[2-(p-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]chromone},6,7-二甲氧基-2-(2-对甲氧基苯乙基)色酮{6,7-dimethoxy-2-[2-(p-methoxyphenyl)ethyl]chromone},5,8-二羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮[5,8-dihydroxy-2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone]。
国产沉香含挥发油,其中倍半萜成分有:沉香螺醇(agarospirol),沉香醇(agarol),石梓呋喃(gmelo-furan),a-及β-沉香呋喃(agarofuran),二氢沉香呋喃(dihydroa-garofuran),去甲沉香呋喃酮(nor-ketoagarofuran),4-羟基二氧沉香呋喃(4-hydroxydihydroagarofuran),3,4-二羟基二氧沉香呋喃(3,4-dihydroxydihydroagarofuran),a-愈创木烯(a-guaiene),a-布藜烯(a-bulnesene),枯树醇(kusunol),卡拉酮(karanone),二氢卡拉酮(dihydrokaranone),沉香螺醇醛(oxoagarospirol),1(10),11-愈创木二烯-15-醛[guaia-1(10),11-dien-15-al],3,11-芹子二烯-9-酮(seline-3,11-dien-9-one),3,11-芹子二烯-9-醇(seline-3,11-dien-9-ol),沉香雅槛蓝醇(jinkoheremol)等。还含其他挥发成分:苄基丙酮(benzylacetone),对甲氧基苄基丙酮(P-methoxybenzylacetone),氢化桂皮酸(hydrocinnamic acid)等;又含沉香木质素(aquillochin),鹅掌揪碱(liriodenine)。另含2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类[2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone]及其二聚体、三聚体成分: AH1、AH1a、 AH2、AH2a、Ah2b、AH3、AH4、AH5、AH6、AH7、AH8、AH9、A10、AH11、AH12、AH13、AH14、AH15、AH16、AH17、AH18、AH19b、AH19b、AH20、AH23,其中AH1又称为沉香四醇(agarotetrol),AH2又称为异沉香四醇(isoagarotetrol)。
通常,沉香的使用方法有3种:a.使用电薰炉,取适量沉香片置於电薰炉的不锈钢盘内,插上电源即可;b.使用品香炉;c.沉香片冲茶法,必须挑选质量好,且无作色或上胶的沉片,尤以厚片为佳。将其用清水洗净后放入水中煮沸,第一次煮开的沉香水中杂质较多,如灰土、虫蚁的分泌物、腐烂的植物体等,要倒掉;第二次煮沸的沉香水即可直接饮用。可用沉香水冲泡普洱、沱茶等老茶,沉香不但可去除茶中腐旧之气,而且能使老味更加深沉醇厚。沉香香材非常耐泡,一块香材往往可泡上数月之久。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种沉香原液,其包括沉香挥发油和水,其中该沉香挥发油是从35-45重量份的白木香、25-35重量份的土沉香和25-35重量份的女儿香的混合物中提取得到的。
在本发明的一优选实施方式中该沉香原液,该沉香挥发油是从40重量份的白木香、30重量份的土沉香和30重量份的女儿的混合物中提取得到的。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种沉香原液的制备工艺,该工艺包括:
1)按重量计,将用清水清洗后晾干的白木香、土沉香和女儿香按一定重量比混合得到混合物;
2)将步骤1)得到的沉香混合物加入到净水中在常温下浸泡0.5-1.5个小时;
3)加热煮沸步骤2)的沉香和净水的混合物,含有沉香挥发油成分的水蒸气经冷凝管冷凝,形成沉香原液。
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中,所述净水为天然矿物质水或纯净水,其用量为沉香重量的10-15倍。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,步骤2和步骤3是在密闭的容器中进行的。
作为本发明的第三个目的,本发明的沉香原液用于制备饮用水。
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中,该饮用水中进一步包括香料和调味剂。
在本发明的一个优选实施方式中,该饮用水中进一步包括天然防腐剂。
本发明的沉香原液还可用于食品加工中。
本发明的沉香原液还可作为茶、香料、精油等深加工工艺中的原料。
本发明的沉香原液中含有白木香、土沉香和女儿香三种沉香的提取物,虽然这三种沉香中的化学成分基本上属于相同的类型,例如,都主要有倍半萜化合物、2-(2-苯乙基)色酮、三萜类、芳香族类,脂肪酸类等,但是由于这三种沉香的具体成分的含量是有差别的,利用这三种沉香的混合物制备出来的沉香原液不但包含了这三种沉香的挥发油成分,而且,具有三种沉香的提取物的优势互补。用这三种沉香制备得到的沉香原液的香气较一般的沉香提取物的香气纯正,对中枢神经系统保护效果好,尤其对提高睡眠质量的效果尤为显著。使用GC-MS(气相色谱-质谱)对本发明的沉香原液的成分及含量行了测定(气相色谱条件:色谱柱为Varian Cpsil 5CB(30mx0.25nmx0.25nm)弹性石英毛细管;进样温度为250℃,载气是高纯氮气,流速为1.0ml/min,不分流进样;进样量为1μl,升温程序为:90℃保温4min,1℃/min升至150℃,保温25 min,再以2℃/min升至180℃,最后以2℃/min升至230℃:保温70min;质谱条件是:离子源为EI源,电子能量70eV;溶剂延时4min,质量扫描范围50-500m/z全程扫描),主要成分及含量如下。

本发明在以下实例中进一步说明,这些实例决不欲限制本发明的范围。
实例1
按重量计,将用清水清洗干净,去除杂质,晾干后的40份的白木香,30份的土沉香、30份的女儿香混合成混合物;将该混合物放入蒸煮锅中加入1200份天然矿物质水或纯净水中在常温下浸泡1小时,使混合物中沉香的有益成分充分进入水中;开启蒸煮装置加热煮沸上述三种沉香和水的混合物,使沉香中的挥发油成分随着水蒸气从导流管进入冷凝管,经冷凝后在取水口取出,得到沉香原液1100mL。
制备得到的沉香原浆,加入香料、调味剂调味后装瓶,经检验合格后即可作为沉香饮用水成品。
实施例2
按重量计,将用清水清洗干净,去除杂质,晾干后的35份的白木香,33份的土沉香、32份的女儿香混合成混合物;将混合物放入蒸煮锅中加入1500份天然矿物质水或纯净水中在常温下浸泡0.8个小时,使混合物中沉香的有益成分充分进入水中;开启蒸煮装置加热煮沸上述三种沉香和水的混合物,使沉香中的挥发油成分随着水蒸气从导流管进入冷凝管,经冷凝后在取水口取出,到沉香原液1370mL。
制备得到的沉香原浆,加入香料、调味剂调味后,再加入天然防腐剂装瓶,经检验合格后即可作为沉香饮用水成品。
实施例3
按重量计,将用清水清洗干净,去除杂质,晾干后的30份的白木香,35份的土沉香、35份的女儿香混合成混合物;将该混合物放入蒸煮锅中加入1000份天然矿物质水或纯净水中在常温下浸泡0.5个小时,使混合物中沉香的有益成分充分进入水中;开启蒸煮装置加热煮沸上述三种沉香和水的混合物,使沉香中的挥发油成分随着水蒸气从导流管进入冷凝管,经冷凝后在取水口取出,即得到沉香原液855mL。
制备得到的沉香原浆,加入香料、调味剂调味后,再加入天然防腐剂装瓶,经检验合格后即可作为沉香饮用水成品。
实施例4
按重量计,将用清水清洗干净,去除杂质,晾干后的45份的白木香,25份的土沉香、30份的女儿香混合成混合物;将该混合物放入蒸煮锅中加入1100份天然矿物质水或纯净水中在常温下浸泡1.5个小时,使混合物中沉香的有益成分充分进入水中;开启蒸煮装置加热煮沸上述三种沉香和水的混合物,使沉香中的挥发油成分随着水蒸气从导流管进入冷凝管,经冷凝后在取水口取出,得到沉香原液960mL。
制备得到的沉香原浆,加入香料、调味剂调味后装瓶,经检验合格后即可作为沉香饮用水成品。
实施例5
按重量计,将用清水清洗干净,去除杂质,晾干后的45份的白木香,30份的土沉香、25份的女儿香混合成混合物;将该混合物放入蒸煮锅中加入1400份天然矿物质水或纯净水中在常温下浸泡1.2个小时,使混合物中沉香的有益成分充分进入水中;开启蒸煮装置加热煮沸上述三种沉香和水的混合物,使沉香中的挥发油成分随着水蒸气从导流管进入冷凝管,经冷凝后在取水口取出,得到沉香原液1290mL。
制备得到的沉香原浆,加入香料、调味剂调味后装瓶,经检验合格后即可作为沉香饮用水成品。
上述实施例1-5中用到的蒸煮设备是一种圆形的蒸锅,底部有加热装置。上部有锅盖,锅盖上有铰链装置,把锅盖分为两部分,其中一部分有把手,使用者可以在使用过程中查看锅内的蒸煮情况;另一部分上端连接导流管,是蒸汽排除的管道,导流管连接冷凝管,冷凝管的出口即为取水口。
上述实施例1-5得到的沉香原液还可作为茶、香料、精油、食品等深加工工艺中。
实施例6
改善睡眠功能实验:
实验目的:检验产品是否具有改善睡眠的功能。
实验材料:实施例1制备的原液和按实施例1的方法制备的白木香、土沉香、女儿香的原液(用同等质量白木香、土沉香、女儿香分别代替三种沉香混合物,其它条件不变,最后收集同等体积的沉香原液)。
人体口服推荐摄入量为每日三次,每次100mL(按体重60kg计),1.7mL/kg·bw。
实验动物:清洁级ICR小鼠及饲料。
饲养条件:温度20-25℃,相对湿度40%-70%的屏障系统。
实验方法:按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版)评价标准进行直接催眠实验、延长巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、巴比妥钠阀下剂量催眠实验、巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验,设白木香原液组、土沉香原液组、女儿香原液组、本发明的沉香原液组和阴性对照组(无菌水),每个组的剂量相当于人用最大推荐剂量的10倍。经口每日三次给予小鼠一定剂量的受试物,小鼠灌胃量为17mL/kg·bw。
实验结果如表4、表5和表6所示:经口给小鼠17mL/kg·bw,白木香原液、土沉香原液、女儿香原液和本发明的沉香原液都能缩短巴比妥钠诱导睡眠潜伏期(P<0.05, 0.05, 0.05, 0.05),但是本发明的沉香原液效果最明显;上述四种沉香原液均能提高阀下剂量巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠的发生率(P<0.05, 0.05, 0.05, 0.05),但是本发明的沉香原液效果最明显;上述四种沉香原液均能延长巴比妥钠诱导的睡眠时间(P<0.05, 0.05, 0.05, 0.05),但是本发明的沉香原液效果最明显。说明实施例1制备的沉香原液有改善睡眠的作用,且改善睡眠的效果较同等用量的任一种沉香的效果都好。具体实验结果数据如下:

Claims (9)
1.一种沉香原液,其包括沉香挥发油和水,其中所述沉香挥发油是从35-45重量份的白木香、25-35重量份的土沉香和25-35重量份的女儿的混合物中提取得到的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沉香原液,其中所述沉香挥发油是从40重量份的白木香、30重量份的土沉香和30重量份的女儿的混合物中提取得到的。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的沉香原液的制备工艺,其包括以下步骤:
1)按重量计,将用清水清洗后晾干的白木香、土沉香和女儿香按一定重量比混合得到混合物;
2)将步骤1)得到的沉香混合物加入到净水中在常温下浸泡0.5-1.5个小时;
3)加热煮沸步骤2)的沉香和净水的混合物,含有沉香挥发油成分的水蒸气经冷凝管冷凝,形成沉香原液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制备工艺,其中所述净水为天然矿物质水或纯净水,其用量为沉香重量的10-15倍。
5.根据权利要求3所述的制备工艺,其中步骤2和步骤3是在密闭的容器中进行的。
6.权利要求1或2所述的沉香原液在制备饮用水中的应用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其中所述饮用水进一步包括香料和调味剂。
8.根据权利要求6所述的应用,其中所述饮用水进一步包括天然防腐剂。
9.权利要求1或2所述的沉香原液在制备食品中的应用。
