Abstract

本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种易染色聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法。所述易染色聚氨酯树脂由以下重量份的原料制得:分子量为2000的聚酯二醇20‑40份;分子量为2000的聚醚二醇30‑50份;分子量为1000的含胺基聚醚50‑150份;1.4‑丁二醇15‑30份;二异氰酸酯80‑105份;二甲基甲酰胺400‑600份;丁酮100‑200份。本发明易染色聚氨酯树脂通过在制备原料聚合中引入氨基基团,使聚氨酯人造革具有染色能力,同时通过聚醚二醇的选择,改善染料对人造革的渗透效果。采用本发明易染色聚氨酯树脂作为表面涂饰材料的合成革的产品颜色鲜艳、表面色牢度高,染色工艺简单,成本低。

一种易染色聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种易染色聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯是指一种分子链上含有较多氨基甲酸酯基团的一类聚合物。它们通常由多异氰酸酯和低分子量的各种聚酯或聚醚以及二元醇或二胺等制备而得。不同的原料选择将合成性能各异的聚氨酯。其广泛应用在纺织,涂料,纤维,橡胶等领域。
聚氨酯人造革具有光泽柔和、手感柔软真皮感强的外观,具有与基材粘结性能优异、抗磨损、耐挠曲、抗老化、抗霉菌性好等优异的机械性能,同时还具备耐寒性好、可洗涤、加工方便、价格优廉等优点,是天然皮革的理想替代品,广泛应用于服装、制鞋、箱包、家具、体育等行业。
现有的聚氨酯人造革通常采用将聚氨酯树脂用溶剂稀释后加入颜料着色,搅拌混合均匀后涂布在离型纸上,经烘箱初次干燥,涂上粘接层再与基层材料贴合烘干,形成同批次外观一致的人造革。制成的成品由于颜色,纹路,外观等一致,难以达到如服装不同部位的颜色自然变化、感观上的差异,无法符合大众追求差异化,个性化的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种易染色聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供一种易染色聚氨酯树脂,由以下重量份的原料制得:分子量为2000的聚酯二醇20-40份;分子量为2000的聚醚二醇30-50份;分子量为1000的含胺基聚醚50-150份;1.4-丁二醇15-30份;二异氰酸酯80-105份;二甲基甲酰胺400-600份;丁酮100-200份。
本发明的另一技术方案为提供一种易染色聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述易染色聚氨酯树脂由以下重量份的原料制得:分子量为2000的聚酯二醇20-40份;分子量为2000的聚醚二醇30-50份;分子量为1000的含胺基聚醚50-150份;1.4-丁二醇15-30份;二异氰酸酯80-105份;二甲基甲酰胺400-600份;丁酮100-200份;
包括如下步骤:
1)将20-40份分子量为2000的聚酯二醇、30-50份分子量为2000的聚醚二醇和15-30份1.4-丁二醇溶解于170-200份二甲基甲酰胺中,在60-70℃下搅拌均匀,保温30-40分钟,得混合物A;
2)向混合物A中加入80-105份二异氰酸酯,在75-80℃下反应2-3小时,得混合物B;
3)向混合物A中加入150-200份二甲基甲酰胺,降温至20-30℃;
4)控制温度为20-30℃,向混合物A中滴加入用100份二甲基甲酰胺稀释好的100份分子量为1000的胺基聚醚,得混合物C;
5)待所述混合物C的体系粘度达到120Pa·s后,加入80-100份二甲基甲酰胺和100-200份丁酮,调节粘度达到70Pa·s,出料得到聚氨酯树脂。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明易染色聚氨酯树脂通过在制备原料聚合中引入氨基基团,使聚氨酯人造革具有染色能力,同时通过聚醚二醇的选择,改善染料对人造革的渗透效果。本发明所得易染色聚氨酯树脂制成的合成革,是在制成成品后,再将其染色,由于缝线处和平坦处所受的分子内应力不同,其染色的深浅不一,另外成品在染色中每件制品所处的状态不一样,就形成了外观颜色各异的制品,而普通聚氨酯树脂没有具备染色特性无法利用此工艺加工成同一块革料颜色各异的产品。采用本发明易染色聚氨酯树脂作为表面涂饰材料的合成革的产品颜色鲜艳、表面色牢度高,染色工艺简单,成本低。
具体实施方式
为详细说明本发明的技术内容、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式予以说明。
本发明最关键的构思在于:本发明易染色聚氨酯树脂通过在制备原料中引入胺基聚醚,使聚氨酯人造革具有染色能力,同时通过聚醚二醇链段的选择,改善染料对人造革的渗透效果。
实施例一
一种高染色聚氨酯树脂,由以下原料制得:
上述聚氨酯树脂采用如下步骤的制备方法制得:
1)将经加热融化成液态的30kg聚酯二醇,30kg聚醚二醇和20kg1.4-丁二醇溶解于167kg二甲基甲酰胺中,在60℃下搅拌均匀,保温30分钟;
2)加入88kg4.4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在75℃下反应二小时,检测NCO含量;
3)加入150kg二甲基甲酰胺,降温至30℃;
4)在20-30℃下滴加入二甲基甲酰胺稀释好的100kg胺基聚醚(稀释比例1:1);
5)待体系粘度达到120Pa·s后,加入83kg二甲基甲酰胺和125kg丁酮,调节粘度达到70Pa·s;
6)保温二小时后出料得到聚氨酯树脂。
实施例二
一种高染色聚氨酯树脂,由以下原料制得
上述聚氨酯树脂采用如下步骤的制备方法制得:
1)将经加热融化成液态的20kg聚酯二醇,40kg聚醚二醇和25kg1.4-丁二醇溶解于200kg二甲基甲酰胺中,在60℃下搅拌均匀,保温30分钟;
2)加入97kg4.4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在75℃下反应二小时,检测NCO含量;
3)加入150kg二甲基甲酰胺,降温至30℃以下;
4)在20-30℃下,滴加入用二甲基甲酰胺稀释好的80kg胺基聚醚(稀释比例1:1);
5)待体系粘度达到120Pa·s后,加入59kg二甲基甲酰胺和122kg丁酮,调节粘度达到70Pa·s;
6)保温二小时后出料得到聚氨酯树脂。
实施例三
一种高染色聚氨酯树脂,由以下原料制得
该聚氨酯树脂采用如下步骤的制备方法制得:
一种易染色聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
1)将40kg分子量为2000的聚酯二醇、50kg分子量为2000的聚醚二醇和30kg 1.4-丁二醇溶解于200kg二甲基甲酰胺中,在60℃下搅拌均匀,保温30分钟,得混合物A;
2)向混合物A中加入105kg 4.4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在75℃下反应2小时,得混合物B;
3)向混合物A中加入200kg二甲基甲酰胺,降温至20-30℃;
4)控制温度为20-30℃,向混合物A中滴加入用100kg二甲基甲酰胺稀释好的100kg分子量为1000的胺基聚醚,得混合物C;
5)待所述混合物C的体系粘度达到120Pa·s后,加入100份二甲基甲酰胺和125份丁酮,调节粘度达到70Pa·s,保温二小时后出料得到聚氨酯树脂。
对上述三个实施例所得的聚氨酯树脂进行检测,检测结果如下表一所示:

检测依据:GB/T10247-2008粘度测量方法,GB/T1725-2007色漆、清漆和塑料,不挥发物含量的测定。
将上述三个实例所制得的聚氨酯树脂通过下述常规工艺步骤制作人造革:按聚氨酯树脂100份,二甲基甲酰胺30份,丁酮20份的重量份配比调配好工作液,将工作液涂于离型纸上,烘干,涂上粘着层,烘至半干后贴上底布,再次烘至全干后将离型纸剥离,即得到人造革。将上述制得的人造革按服装尺寸裁剪、缝线,成型后于染液中染色,加工成各颜色外观各异的服装成品。上述所制得的合成革颜色鲜艳、色牢度高、色迁移性小,取得了良好的着色效果。
综上所述,本发明提供的易染色聚氨酯树脂通过在制备原料聚合中引入氨基基团,使聚氨酯人造革具有染色能力,同时通过聚醚二醇的选择,改善染料对人造革的渗透效果。采用本发明易染色聚氨酯树脂作为表面涂饰材料的合成革的产品颜色鲜艳、表面色牢度高,染色工艺简单,成本低。

Claims (2)

1.一种易染色聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述易染色聚氨酯树脂由以下重量份的原料制得:分子量为2000的聚酯二醇20-40份;分子量为2000的聚醚二醇30-50份;分子量为1000的含胺基聚醚50-150份;1,4-丁二醇15-30份;二异氰酸酯80-105份;二甲基甲酰胺400-600份;丁酮100-200份;
包括如下步骤:
1)将20-40份分子量为2000的聚酯二醇、30-50份分子量为2000的聚醚二醇和15-30份1,4-丁二醇溶解于170-200份二甲基甲酰胺中,在60-70℃下搅拌均匀,保温30-40分钟,得混合物A;
2)向混合物A中加入80-105份二异氰酸酯,在75-80℃下反应2-3小时,得混合物B;
3)向混合物A中加入150-200份二甲基甲酰胺,降温至20-30℃;
4)控制温度为20-30℃,向混合物A中滴加入用二甲基甲酰胺稀释好的50-105份分子量为1000的胺基聚醚,得混合物C,所述步骤4中的二甲基甲酰胺与胺基聚醚的质量比为1:1;
5)待所述混合物C的体系粘度达到120Pa·s后,加入80-100份二甲基甲酰胺和100-200份丁酮,调节粘度达到70Pa·s,出料得到聚氨酯树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易染色聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
1)将30份分子量为2000的聚酯二醇、30份分子量为2000的聚醚二醇和20份1,4-丁二醇溶解于167份二甲基甲酰胺中,在60℃下搅拌均匀,保温30分钟,得混合物A;
2)向混合物A中加入88份4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,在75℃下反应2小时,得混合物B;
3)向混合物A中加入150份二甲基甲酰胺,降温至20-30℃;
4)控制温度为20-30℃,向混合物A中滴加入用100份二甲基甲酰胺稀释好的100份分子量为1000的胺基聚醚,得混合物C;
5)待所述混合物C的体系粘度达到120Pa·s后,加入83份二甲基甲酰胺和125份丁酮,调节粘度达到70Pa·s,保温二小时后出料得到聚氨酯树脂。
