Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合玻璃纤维网及其制备方法,该复合玻璃纤维网由玻璃纤维网和涂敷在玻璃纤维网上的涂层构成,其中:所述涂层按下述质量百分比原料制备:水泥55‑70%、可分散乳胶粉7‑15%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.3‑0.5%、海泡石粉15‑30%、氢氧化钙2‑5%、钛脂偶联剂0.3‑0.5%、聚合硫酸亚铁1‑3%、丙稀酸脂1‑3%。该复合玻璃纤维网的制备方法包括涂层制备、涂敷涂层和干燥处理。本发明制成的玻璃纤维网重量为30克/平方,重量明显轻于现有的网格布,抗压、抗折强度及与砂浆料相亲性明显优于现有的网格布。

Description

一种复合玻璃纤维网及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于复合建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种复合玻璃纤维网及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃纤维网格布具有抗拉抗折强度大、疏散应力好、定位性佳、使用方便等特点,目前广泛应用于墙体增强、外墙保温、屋面防水、地面增强、轻质建筑板材增强等方面,是建筑行业理想的无机非金属工程材料。目前无级保温板类材料大量出现,与之配合的材料裸体网格布相亲性广泛较差。且极易受到混凝土中碱性介质的侵蚀,造成强度下降。
目前主要有两种途径来提高玻纤网格布耐碱性能:一是使用特制的耐碱玻璃纤维作为网格布的基材,二是使用耐碱高分子涂层包覆网格布,阻止其与使用环境中碱性介质的接触。耐碱玻璃纤维制造价格昂贵,在国内推广有一定难度。使用耐碱涂层可以避免使用昂贵的原材料,提高产品的经济效益。丙烯酸酯乳液是广泛应用的玻璃纤维网格布用涂层原料,它价格低廉,附着力强,耐候性好。但是由于其“热粘冷脆”的特性,其玻璃化温度(Tg)的选择在网格布涂层应用方面存在矛盾。提高Tg 会使耐碱保留率有所上升,但是涂层偏硬易折,回弹性很差;降低Tg则会使粘结力及耐碱保留率降低,而且制备的产品易粘连。目前的耐碱涂层研究多集中在丙烯酸酯乳液的改性上,国内有报道用有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液制备的硅丙乳液可以改进玻纤网格布的耐碱性,但是有机硅同样具有价格昂贵的缺点,难以推广。美国专利US4272294 提出在高分子乳液中添加硬脂酸锌可以增强玻璃纤维织物的耐碱性,该专利所用的硬脂酸锌可以是固体粉末或水分散液,添加量为乳液固含量的15%-60%。使用固体粉末易沉淀且步骤繁琐,不能满足生产线要求;而硬脂酸锌水分散液则存在成本高的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种复合玻璃纤维网,其上的涂层粘结牢固,提高制品与其他建筑浆料相亲性,达到提高抗压、抗折强度。
本发明的另一目的为提供该复合玻璃纤维网涂层的制备方法。该方法工艺简单,操作方便,保证涂层与玻璃纤维网复合效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案:该复合玻璃纤维网,由玻璃纤维网和涂敷在玻璃纤维网上的涂层构成,其特征在于:所述涂层按下述质量百分比原料制备:
水泥55-70%、可分散乳胶粉7-15%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.3-0.5%、海泡石粉15-30%、氢氧化钙2-5%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3-0.5%、聚合硫酸亚铁1-3%、丙烯酸酯1-3%。
该复合玻璃纤维网按下述质量百分比原料制备:
水泥60%、可分散乳胶粉10%、羟丙基甲基纤维素甲基纤维素0.5%、海泡石粉20%、氢氧化钙5%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.5、聚合硫酸亚铁2%、丙烯酸酯2%。
该复合玻璃纤维网的制备方法,其特征在于按下述步骤制备:
(1)复合玻璃纤维网涂层制备:根据复合玻璃纤维网涂层的原料配比置于搅拌机中,搅拌5分钟以上,按重量比1:1加入水,再搅拌5分钟以上,搅拌制成复合玻璃纤维网涂层浆料,倒入涂料池中;
(2)涂敷涂层:涂料池外设有支撑复合玻璃纤维网的支架,涂料池中设有轧辊,将支架上的玻璃纤维网起始端绕过轧辊的下部,涂层浆料浸没玻璃纤维网,起始端缠绕在收料轴上,收料轴旋转收料,牵拉支架上的玻璃纤维网通过涂料池进行涂料;
(3)干燥处理:浸涂浆料的玻璃纤维网通过烘干装置或晾晒的方式对其烘干,卷成卷即制成成品。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果:该复合玻璃纤维网涂层中,水泥作为增强剂,可分散乳胶粉在PH值≥9时增加粘度,羟丙基甲基纤维素提高开放时间,延缓结晶,具有结膜性,提高憎水力,海泡石粉可加大偏硅酸值“SiO3”利于增加强度,提高阴阳离子交换性,抗沉淀,提高胶质价。氢氧化钙补充羟基,加大羟基含量,提高胶质价,提高粘结性;钛酸酯偶联剂增加材料相亲性,聚合硫酸亚铁调整表面电子价,抗沉淀,提高悬浮性;丙烯酸酯增稠,抗沉淀,抗泌水增稠。上述原料水解搅拌后,涂层改变了外层电荷价,与硅酸盐类外电荷价相匹配,亲和力提高,电荷价平衡后材料相亲,能很好依附在玻璃纤维网表面上,提高制品与硅酸盐类物质、聚合物、硅酸盐浆料、砂浆料相亲性,达到提高玻璃纤维网抗压、抗折强度,便于疏散内外应力,提高抗风压能力,提高防火级别。目前无级保温板类材料大量出现,与之配合的材料裸体网格布相亲性普遍较差,本发明制成的玻璃纤维网重量为30克/平方,重量明显轻于现有的网格布,抗压、抗折强度及与砂浆料相亲性明显优于现有的网格布。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步详细的说明。
该复合玻璃纤维网涂层,其特征在于按下述质量百分比原料制备:
水泥70%、可分散乳胶粉7%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.3%、海泡石粉18%、氢氧化钙2%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3%、聚合硫酸亚铁1.2%、丙烯酸酯1.2%。
该复合玻璃纤维网按下述质量百分比原料制备:
水泥60%、可分散乳胶粉10%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.5%、海泡石粉20%、氢氧化钙5%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.5、聚合硫酸亚铁2%、丙烯酸酯2%。
该复合玻璃纤维网涂层,其特征在于按下述质量百分比原料制备:
水泥55%、可分散乳胶粉12%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.5%、海泡石粉23%、氢氧化钙3%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.5、聚合硫酸亚铁3%、丙烯酸酯3%。
该复合玻璃纤维网的制备方法,其特征在于按下述步骤制备:
(1)复合玻璃纤维网涂层制备:根据复合玻璃纤维网涂层的原料配比置于搅拌机中,搅拌5分钟以上,按重量比1:1加入水,再搅拌5分钟以上,搅拌制成复合玻璃纤维网涂层浆料,倒入涂料池中;
(2)涂敷涂层:涂料池外设有支撑复合玻璃纤维网的支架,涂料池中设有轧辊,将支架上的玻璃纤维网起始端绕过轧辊的下部,涂层浆料浸没玻璃纤维网,起始端缠绕在收料轴上,收料轴旋转收料,牵拉支架上的玻璃纤维网通过涂料池进行涂料;
(3)干燥处理:浸涂浆料的玻璃纤维网通过烘干装置或晾晒的方式对其烘干,卷成卷即制成成品。

1.一种复合玻璃纤维网,由玻璃纤维网和涂敷在玻璃纤维网上的涂层构成,其特征在于:所述涂层按下述质量百分比原料制备:
水泥55-70%、可分散乳胶粉7-15%、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.3-0.5%、海泡石粉15-30%、氢氧化钙2-5%、钛酸酯偶联剂0.3-0.5%、聚合硫酸亚铁1-3%、丙烯酸酯1-3%;
复合玻璃纤维网的制备方法按下述步骤制备:
(1)复合玻璃纤维网涂层制备:根据复合玻璃纤维网涂层的原料配比置于搅拌机中,搅拌5分钟以上,按重量比1:1加入水,再搅拌5分钟以上,搅拌制成复合玻璃纤维网涂层浆料,倒入涂料池中;
