本发明公开了一种使用安全的移头式精密四柱裁断机，包括：机架，在所述机架的左右两侧上通过导柱和冲压气缸设置有连接块，所述的两连接块之间通过上横梁连接，在所述上横梁的中部设置有电机和减速机，所述减速机与旋转臂的一端相连接，在所述旋转臂的另一端设置有滑块，所述滑块设置在冲切压板上端与其相互配合的滑槽内，在所述两连接块的内侧分别设置有冲切压板前后移动导轨，所述冲切压板通过压板前后移动导轨滑动设置在两连接块之间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种裁断机，尤其涉及一种移头式精密四柱裁断机。
背景技术
裁断机主要用于成型刀具对皮革、塑料、橡胶、布料、尼龙、纸板、泡棉、复合材料等非金属材料的精密冲断作业。现有四柱裁断机的结构主要包括：机架，在所述机架上通过导柱和冲压气缸设置有冲切压板。上述四柱裁断机使用时，冲压气缸驱动冲切压板在导柱的导向作用下上下运动，对机架上的材料进行冲切。在冲切完成取料时，冲切压板就在手的上方，比较危险，影响操作人员的人身安全。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种使用安全的移头式精密四柱裁断机。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：移头式精密四柱裁断机，包括：机架，在所述机架的左右两侧上通过导柱和冲压气缸设置有连接块，所述的两连接块之间通过上横梁连接，在所述上横梁的中部设置有电机和减速机，所述减速机与旋转臂的一端相连接，在所述旋转臂的另一端设置有滑块，所述滑块设置在冲切压板上端与其相互配合的滑槽内，在所述两连接块的内侧分别设置有冲切压板前后移动导轨，所述冲切压板通过压板前后移动导轨滑动设置在两连接块之间，在所述冲切压板上分别设置有滑动轴承和侧面限位轴承，所述的滑动轴承与所述冲切压板前后移动导轨的上面相配合，所述的侧面限位轴承与所述冲切压板前后移动导轨的内侧面相配合。
本发明的优点是：上述移头式精密四柱裁断机，在冲切完成取料时，冲切压板会自动移开，保证影响操作人员的人身安全，使用更加安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示，移头式精密四柱裁断机，包括：机架1，在所述机架1的左右两侧上通过导柱2和冲压气缸3设置有连接块4，所述的两连接块4之间通过上横梁5连接，在所述上横梁5的中部设置有电机6和减速机7，所述减速机7与旋转臂8的一端相连接，在所述旋转臂8的另一端设置有滑块9，所述滑块9设置在冲切压板10上端与其相互配合的滑槽11内，在所述两连接块4的内侧分别设置有冲切压板前后移动导轨12，所述冲切压板10通过压板前后移动导轨12滑动设置在两连接块4之间，在所述冲切压板10上分别设置有滑动轴承13和侧面限位轴承14，所述的滑动轴承13与所述冲切压板前后移动导轨12的上面121相配合，所述的侧面限位轴承14与所述冲切压板前后移动导轨12的内侧面122相配合。
如图1所示，上述移头式精密四柱裁断机需要冲切材料时，冲压气缸3驱动冲切压板10在导柱2的导向作用下上下运动，对机架1上的材料进行冲切。在冲切完成取料时，电机6和减速机7带动旋转臂8旋转，旋转臂8带动滑块9从而带动冲切压板10在冲切压板前后移动导轨12上向后滑动如图2所示位置。取料完成后需要冲切时，电机6和减速机7带动旋转臂8旋转，旋转臂8带动滑块9从而带动冲切压板10在冲切压板前后移动导轨12上向前滑动如图1所示位置。
上述移头式精密四柱裁断机，在冲切完成取料时，冲切压板会自动移开，保证影响操作人员的人身安全，使用更加安全。

1.移头式精密四柱裁断机，包括：机架(1)，其特征在于：在所述机架(1)的左右两侧上通过导柱(2)和冲压气缸(3)设置有连接块(4)，所述的两连接块(4)之间通过上横梁(5)连接，在所述上横梁(5)的中部设置有电机(6)和减速机(7)，所述减速机(7)与旋转臂(8)的一端相连接，在所述旋转臂(8)的另一端设置有滑块(9)，所述滑块(9)设置在冲切压板(10)上端与其相互配合的滑槽(11)内，在所述两连接块(4)的内侧分别设置有冲切压板前后移动导轨(12)，所述冲切压板(10)通过冲切压板前后移动导轨(12)滑动设置在两连接块(4)之间，在所述冲切压板(10)上分别设置有滑动轴承(13)和侧面限位轴承(14)，所述的滑动轴承(13)与所述冲切压板前后移动导轨(12)的上面(121)相配合，所述的侧面限位轴承(14)与所述冲切压板前后移动导轨(12)的内侧面(122)相配合。
