本发明涉及一种刀具技术领域,特别是涉及一种扁钻。
背景技术
目前,在机械加工中,常常用到扁钻,在扁钻钻完孔后,有时候需在孔的上边缘进行倒角,这往往要从新对刀,换刀,再对上边缘进行倒角,这就浪费了时间,降低了生产效率,且扁钻在加工时的刀具寿命往往不是很长。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述技术问题的不足,提供了一种装夹固定牢固,钻孔和倒角一次完成,且能提高刀具使用寿命和加工工件表面粗糙度的扁钻。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
扁钻,包括刀柄和扁平的切削头,刀柄与扁平的切削头连接,所述刀柄上端套装有弹性防滑杆,防滑杆上设有防滑纹路,所述扁平的切削头前端呈等边三角形,等边三角形两边上面与切削头两侧斜面连接,所述斜面向上倾斜,斜面及等边三角形两边上均设有切削刃,所述刀柄内开设有容纳铁芯的槽孔和容纳电源的槽孔,铁芯外绕有通电线圈,通电线圈的一端与电源的一端连接,所述刀柄上设有开关,开关一端与电源连接,一端与通电线圈连接,所述切削头上设有螺旋排屑槽。
所述三角形两边与斜面之间的夹角为135°。
所述电源为电池。
所述螺旋排屑槽内设有横向的切屑刃。
采用上述方案,由于刀柄上套装有弹性防滑杆,防滑杆上设有防滑纹路,在装夹时,能提高刀具和夹具之间的摩擦力,使得刀具刀柄与夹具连接牢固,不易发生滑动,等边三角形两边上面与切削头两侧斜面连接,斜面向上倾斜,能在钻孔后利用向上倾斜的斜面对加工孔的上边缘进行倒角,一次完成倒角和钻孔的加工,刀柄内设有铁芯和通电线圈,在通电线圈通电的情况下,能使得刀具本身带有磁性,磁化刀具能提高刀具加工切削的使用寿命及提高加工工件的表面粗燥度。

具体实施方式
如图所示,扁钻,包括刀柄1和扁平的切削头2,刀柄1与扁平的切削头2连接,所述刀柄1上端套装有弹性防滑杆3,防滑杆3上设有防滑纹路,弹性防滑杆3可以由橡胶制成,当夹具夹紧刀具刀柄时,使弹性防滑杆3受夹具的挤压力,从而与夹具紧密接触连接在一起,橡胶制成的弹性防滑杆3能降低刀具在加工时的振动,提高刀具的加工稳定性,防滑杆3上设有防滑纹路,防滑纹路可以是直线形,螺纹形,也可以是各种多边形,提高防滑杆3与夹具之间的摩擦力,使得刀具刀柄1与夹具连接牢固,不易发生滑动,扁平的切削头2前端呈等边三角形5,等边三角形5两边上面与切削头2两侧斜面4连接,斜面4向上倾斜,三角形两边与斜面4之间的夹角为135°,斜面4及等边三角形5两边上均设有切削刃,在对工件进行钻孔时,当钻孔完成后,能直接对加工孔的上表面周边进行倒角,减少加工步骤,所述刀柄1内开设有容纳铁芯6的槽孔和容纳电源7的槽孔,电源7为电池,容纳电源7的槽孔的一侧设有盖板,跟换电池通过开关盖板实现,铁芯6外绕有通电线圈8,通电线圈8的一端与电源7的一端连接,所述刀柄1上设有开关9,开关9一端与电源7连接,一端与通电线圈8连接,当刀具装夹到夹具上后,打开开关,使得通电线圈8通电,通电线圈8绕在铁芯6上,因此线圈通电后,铁芯6产生磁性,从而磁化刀具,磁化切削能改善刀具的切削性能,降低刀具后刀面的磨损值,提高刀具的实用寿命,磁化后的刀具的切削力低,使得切削温度下降,从而使得系统变形相对减小,刚度提高,提高加工面的精度,切削头2上设有螺旋排屑槽10,螺旋排屑槽10内设有横向的切屑刃11,提高刀具的排屑能力,将长条螺旋的废屑通过切屑刃11弄断,便于排出。

1.扁钻,包括刀柄和扁平的切削头,刀柄与扁平的切削头连接,其特征在于,所述刀柄上端套装有弹性防滑杆,防滑杆上设有防滑纹路,所述扁平的切削头前端呈等边三角形,等边三角形两边上面与切削头两侧斜面连接,所述斜面向上倾斜,斜面及等边三角形两边上均设有切削刃,所述刀柄内开设有容纳铁芯的槽孔和容纳电源的槽孔,铁芯外绕有通电线圈,通电线圈的一端与电源的一端连接,所述刀柄上设有开关,开关一端与电源连接,一端与通电线圈连接,所述切削头上设有螺旋排屑槽。
