本发明创造涉及药物领域，具体涉及一种补脾安神合剂及其制备方法。该补脾安神合剂采用炙黄芪、龙眼肉、党参、茯苓、土炒白术、炒白芍、当归、炒酸枣仁、制远志、木香、醋香附、陈皮、炙甘草十三味天然原料通过专门的制备方法经由蒸馏、煎煮、浓缩过滤配制而成，具有益气健脾，养血安神的功效，用于心脾两虚，气短心悸，失眠多梦，头昏头晕，肢倦乏力，食欲不振，崩漏便血，有显著疗效。

背景技术
现代人由于工作、生活压力越来越大，加之生活作息不规律和饮食结构的改变，久而久之容易产生肢倦乏力、食欲不振、气短心悸、失眠多梦、头昏头晕等症状，即中医学中的心脾两虚。心脾两虚为心脾气血不足，心动失常，心神不宁，脾失健运的病理变化。心脾两虚多表现为：心血不足，脾气虚弱所致，临床以心悸失眠，纳差腹胀，便溏出血为主要表现的证。心脾两虚证，广义包括心脾气虚，心脾阴虚，心脾气阴两虚等几种类型。由于心主血，脾主运化，所以临床的心脾两虚证以心血不足，脾气虚弱者为常见。本证常见于虚劳、心悸、怔忡、不寐、健忘、眩晕、血证，以及西医的神经官能症、贫血、心律失常、心肌炎等疾病。心脾两虚是由心血不足，脾气虚弱所致的病证。多由饮食不节，劳倦伤脾，或思虑过度暗耗阴血，或久病失调及慢性出血等引起。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的在于提供一种补脾养心、益气养血的补脾安神合剂及其制备方法。
本发明创造的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
提供一种补脾安神合剂，其由下列原料制成：炙黄芪47-52g，龙眼肉47-52g，党参47-52g，茯苓47-52g，土炒白术47-52g，炒白芍47-52g，当归47-52g，炒酸枣仁27-32g，制远志22-27g，木香12-17g，醋香附27-32g，陈皮22-27g，炙甘草12-17g。
该补脾安神合剂的具体制备方法是：根据原料配方备齐上述十三味原料，酌予碎断；取当归、陈皮和木香这三味原料进行蒸馏提取挥发油以备用，蒸馏后的水溶液另取容器收集；蒸馏后的药渣与另外十味原料一起加水煎煮两次，每次煎煮2小时，合并煎液，滤过，将煎煮的滤液与蒸馏后另取容器收集的水溶液合并，滤过并浓缩至80℃时相对密度为1.08的清膏，放冷后再加入乙醇使其含醇量达60％-65％，搅拌均匀，静置24小时后取上清液进行滤过，滤液回收乙醇至无醇味；加入炼蜜150g、蔗糖200g，煮沸15分钟，滤过，放冷，加入上述挥发油及苯甲酸钠1g，混匀后即得。
其中，该补脾安神合剂其各原料较佳的分量为：炙黄芪50g，龙眼肉50g，党参50g，茯苓50g，土炒白术50g，炒白芍50g，当归50g，炒酸枣仁30g，制远志25g，木香15g，醋香附30g，陈皮25g，炙甘草15g。
其中，土炒白术选取白术片，并采用土炒法炒至所述白术片表面均匀挂上土粉，取出后放凉而得，优选地，采用土炒法炒所述白术片时，每100kg白术片，采用炒心土25kg。
本发明创造的有益效果：
本发明创造的补脾安神合剂，其包括的原料有炙黄芪、龙眼肉、党参、茯苓、土炒白术、炒白芍、当归、炒酸枣仁、制远志、木香、醋香附、陈皮、炙甘草。其中，炙黄芪有益气固表、敛汗固脱、托疮生肌、利水消肿之功效；龙眼肉益气补血，安神定志；党参补中，益气，生津；茯苓健脾渗湿，能养心安神；土炒白术健脾益气，燥湿利水；炒白芍补血养血；当归补血、活血；炒酸枣仁有养肝、宁心、安神、敛汗的功效；制远志安神益智、解郁；木香行气、健脾、消食；醋香附理气解郁；陈皮理气健脾、燥湿化痰；炙甘草具有益气滋阴，通阳复脉治疗功效。本发明创造的补脾安神合剂采用上述十三味天然原料配制而成，具有益气健脾，养血安神的功效，用于心脾两虚，气短心悸，失眠多梦，头昏头晕，肢倦乏力，食欲不振，崩漏便血，有显著疗效。本发明创造的补脾安神合剂的制备提取工艺简单，提取效率高，能耗及损耗小，成本低，便于普及推广应用。
具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本发明创造作进一步描述。
本发明创造的一种补脾安神合剂，采用炙黄芪、龙眼肉、党参、茯苓、土炒白术、炒白芍、当归、炒酸枣仁、制远志、木香、醋香附、陈皮、炙甘草十三味天然原料配置而成。其中，其各原料的用量配方如下：炙黄芪47-52g，龙眼肉47-52g，党参47-52g，茯苓47-52g，土炒白术47-52g，炒白芍47-52g，当归47-52g，炒酸枣仁27-32g，制远志22-27g，木香12-17g，醋香附27-32g，陈皮22-27g，炙甘草12-17g。
优选地，较佳的分量为：炙黄芪50g，龙眼肉50g，党参50g，茯苓50g，土炒白术50g，炒白芍50g，当归50g，炒酸枣仁30g，制远志25g，木香15g，醋香附30g，陈皮25g，炙甘草15g。
具体配制：
备齐上述十三味原料后，酌予碎断，仅取出当归、陈皮和木香这三味原料进行蒸馏提取挥发油，提取的挥发油收集备用，同样，蒸馏后的水溶液也需要另外用容器收集起来。
随后，将蒸馏后的药渣与另外十味原料合并一起加水煎煮，前后煎煮两次，每次煎煮2小时，滤过，将煎煮的滤液与先前蒸馏后另取容器收集的水溶液合并，滤过并浓缩至80℃时相对密度为1.08的清膏，待放冷后再加入乙醇使其含醇量达60％-65％，将其搅拌均匀，静待放置24小时后取上清液进行滤过，滤液回收乙醇至无醇味。
最后向其加入炼蜜150g，以及蔗糖200g，重新再煮沸15分钟，滤过，放冷后加入上述挥发油以及苯甲酸钠1g，将其制成1000ml，混匀后分装即得。
需要说明的是，在制备过程中，减压浓缩时，其相对密度不可低于1.05。
本补脾安神合剂制成后为棕红色至棕褐色的液体，味甜、微苦，使用时，口服即可，一日服3次，每次口10～20ml。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补脾安神合剂，其特征在于其原料配方是：炙黄芪50g，龙眼肉50g，党参50g，茯苓50g，土炒白术50g，炒白芍50g，当归50g，炒酸枣仁30g，制远志25g，木香15g，醋香附30g，陈皮25g，炙甘草15g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种补脾安神合剂，其特征在于：所述土炒白术为白术片采用土炒法炒至所述白术片表面均匀挂上土粉后取出、放凉而得的土炒白术。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种补脾安神合剂，其特征在于：采用土炒法炒所述白术片时，每100kg白术片，采用炒心土25kg。
5.一种补脾安神合剂的制备方法，其特征在于包括以下步骤：根据权利要求1或2所提供的原料配方备齐该十三味原料，酌予碎断；取当归、陈皮和木香这三味原料进行蒸馏提取挥发油以备用，蒸馏后的水溶液另取容器收集；蒸馏后的药渣与另外十味原料一起加水煎煮两次，每次煎煮2小时，合并煎液，滤过，将煎煮的滤液与蒸馏后另取容器收集的水溶液合并，滤过并浓缩至80℃时相对密度为1.08的清膏，放冷后再加入乙醇使其含醇量达60％-65％，搅拌均匀，静置24小时后取上清液进行滤过，滤液回收乙醇至无醇味；加入炼蜜150g、蔗糖200g，煮沸15分钟，滤过，放冷，加入上述挥发油及苯甲酸钠1g，混匀，即得。
