Abstract

一种印刷电路板,包括一电感及一基板。所述电感设置于所述基板上,所述电感包括一本体及设置于所述本体侧面上的两个导电端子。所述基板上设有一对应安装所述电感的安装区域,所述安装区域包括一安装槽及设置于所述安装槽周边且与所述本体上导电端子对应的两个焊盘。所述印刷电路板利用在其基板上设置一容纳所述电感的安装槽,降低所述印刷电路板的厚度,有利于电子产品做薄。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电感及安装有该电感的印刷电路板。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,电子产品正在向轻、薄、短、小且多功能整合发展。对于电感来讲,扁平化、小型化也是其发展的必然趋势。现有的贴片式电感的导电端子在电感本体的下面,将该贴片式电容安装在一基板上时,整个印刷电路板的厚度为电容本体厚度、电容导电端子的厚度及基板厚度之和,不利于电子产品做薄。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种电感及安装有该电感的印刷电路板,以在电感本体厚度不变的情况下,使得该印刷电路板的厚度变薄。
一种印刷电路板,包括:
一电感,所述电感包括一本体及设置于所述本体侧面上的两个导电端子;以及
一基板,所述基板上设有一用于安装所述电感的安装区域,所述安装区域包括一安装槽及设置于所述安装槽周边且与所述本体上的导电端子对应的两个焊盘,所述安装槽用于安装所述电感的本体,所述两个焊盘分别用于与所述电感的两个导电端子焊接。
上述印刷电路板利用在其基板上设置一容纳所述电感的安装槽,大大降低所述印刷电路板的厚度,有利于电子产品做薄。

下面结合附图及较佳实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
请参考图1,本发明印刷电路板100包括一基板10及一设置于所述基板10上的一电感20。
所述电感20包括一本体22及设置在所述本体22侧面上的两个导电端子23。在本实施方式中,所述两个导电端子23分别设置在所述本体22的两相对侧面上。
所述基板10上设有一用于安装所述电感20的安装区域11,所述安装区域11包括一安装槽12及设置在所述安装槽12周边的两个焊盘13。在本实施方式中,所述两个焊盘13分别设置在所述安装槽12的两相对端且与所述导电端子23对应。所述安装槽12用于安装所述电感20的本体22以固定所述本体22。所述两个焊盘13分别用于与所述电感20的两个导电端子23焊接。
本实施方式中,所述电感20的本体22与所述基板10上安装槽12的形状均为矩形,其他实施方式中,所述基板10上安装槽12的形状可根据所述电感20的本体22的形状设定。另外,本实施方式中所述本体22上的两个导电端子23至所述本体22的底面24之间的距离与所述基板10上所述安装槽12的槽深相等,以在所述电感20安装于所述安装槽12时,所述电感20的本体22的底面24与所述安装槽12的底面14重合。所述安装槽12的槽深可根据所述本体22上的两个导电端子23至所述本体22的底面24之间的距离进行设定。
布线时,在基板10上对应所述电感20的本体22的位置对应设置与所述电感20的本体22的形状一致的安装槽12,并在基板10上所述安装槽12的两端对应所述电感20的两个导电端子23设置两个焊盘13。
请参考图2,组装时,将所述电感20的本体22安装在所述基板10上的安装槽12内。再将所述电感20的两个导电端子23分别焊接于所述基板10上所述安装槽12两端的两个焊盘13上,以实现所述电感20与所述基板10的电性连接。
此时,安装有所述电感20的印刷电路板100的厚度为所述基板10的厚度与所述电感20的厚度之和再减去所述安装槽12的槽深。
上述印刷电路板100利用在其基板10上设置一容纳所述电感20的安装槽12,大大降低所述印刷电路板100的厚度,有利于电子产品做薄。

Claims (6)

1.一种印刷电路板,包括:
一电感,所述电感包括一本体及设置于所述本体侧面上的两个导电端子;以及
一基板,所述基板上设有一用于安装所述电感的安装区域,所述安装区域包括一安装槽及设置于所述安装槽周边且与所述本体上的导电端子对应的两个焊盘,所述安装槽用于安装所述电感的本体,所述两个焊盘分别用于与所述电感的两个导电端子焊接。
2.如权利要求1所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于:所述电感的本体与所述基板上安装槽的形状均为矩形。
3.如权利要求1所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于:所述电感的本体上的两个导电端子至所述电感的本体底面之间的距离与所述基板上安装槽的槽深相等。
4.如权利要求1所述的印刷电路板,其特征在于:所述两个导电端子分别设置在所述本体的两相对侧面上,所述两个焊盘分别设置在所述安装槽的两相对端且与所述导电端子对应。
5.一种电感,包括一本体及设置在所述本体侧面上的两个导电端子。
6.如权利要求5所述的电感,其特征在于:所述两个导电端子分别设置在所述本体的两相对侧面上。
