Abstract

一种直冷冰箱,具有冷冻室、安装在冷冻室外侧的门体以及顶部开口的抽屉,冷冻室底部形成有一个间室,所述间室通过隔热层与冷冻室其他区域区隔;所述间室收容该抽屉;所述抽屉设置有漏冷孔,所述漏冷孔供冷冻室其他区域的冷量自所述漏冷孔进入所述抽屉内部;所述冷冻室还包括冷量调节装置,用于调节漏冷孔的大小从而控制流入所述抽屉的冷量。本发明通过设置漏冷孔从而合理利用冷冻室上方的冷量,实现了抽屉的软冷冻功能。不但环保节能,而且相应结构简单、容易制造,生产成本低。

直冷冰箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种直冷冰箱,尤其涉及一种具有冷量可调节的软冷冻抽屉的直冷冰箱。
背景技术
冰箱已经成为人们日常生活不可或缺的家用电器之一。现有的直冷冰箱通常只具有冷冻及冷藏的功能,使用时,将需要深冷的食物放入冷冻室内进行冷冻,将瓜果蔬菜等食物放入冷藏箱冷藏。然而,实际应用时,消费者通常会遇到将物品进行更细分类以根据温度合理储存的需求。如果在冷冻室与冷藏室以外单独设置一个其他温度的储存空间,往往会使得直冷冰箱整体体积变大,生产成本增加的同时,能耗也会相应增加。
因此,有必要对现有的技术进行改进,提供一种具有软冷冻功能且环保节能的直冷冰箱以解决以上技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够实现软冷冻功能且节能的直冷冰箱。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,一种直冷冰箱,具有冷冻室、安装在冷冻室外侧的门体以及顶部开口的抽屉,冷冻室底部形成有一个间室,所述间室通过隔热层与冷冻室其他区域区隔;所述间室收容该抽屉;所述抽屉设置有漏冷孔,所述漏冷孔供冷冻室其他区域的冷量自所述漏冷孔进入所述抽屉内部;所述冷冻室还包括冷量调节装置,用于调节漏冷孔的大小从而控制流入所述抽屉的冷量。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述漏冷孔的排列方向系垂直于所述抽屉的抽拉方向。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述抽屉具有抽屉本体和端盖,所述端盖沿所述直冷冰箱的高度方向高于所述抽屉本体,用以防止冷量的泄露。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述漏冷孔设置于所述端盖上且位于所述端盖与所述抽屉本体的交接处。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述冷量调节装置包括设置于所述漏冷孔上方的冷量调节板,所述冷量调节板可沿漏冷孔滑动并以覆盖漏冷孔的方式调节漏冷孔的大小。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述冷量调节板设置有若干通孔,所述通孔与所述漏冷孔对应设置,当所述通孔与漏冷孔完全重合时,所述漏冷孔的漏冷量最大。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述隔热层上设置有漏冷通道,所述漏冷通道与所述漏冷孔连通以供冷量的通过。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述隔热层与所述门体之间形成有漏冷通道,所述漏冷通道与所述漏冷孔连通以供冷量的通过。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述门体上对应所述隔热层的位置形成有漏冷通道,所述漏冷通道与所述漏冷孔连通以供冷量的通过。
与现有技术相比,本发明直冷冰箱的有益效果是:通过在所述抽屉上设置漏冷孔,从而将冷冻室上方区域的冷量利用自重原理通过该漏冷孔并下沉至所述抽屉内,继而实现所述抽屉的软冷冻功能。本发明一方面合理利用了冷冻室多余冷量,达成环保节能的目的,另一方面,实现此软冷冻功能的结构简单、容易制造,生产成本亦下降。

具体实施方式
请参图1所示,本发明揭示了一种直冷冰箱100,其包括冷冻室10、冷藏室(图未示)以及安装在冷冻室10和冷藏室外侧的、用于密封的门体30。在本发明的较佳实施方式中,所述冷冻室10内形成有若干冷冻区间11,所述冷冻区间11分别由玻璃板区隔。所述冷冻室10底部的冷冻区间11内形成有一个间室,所述间室通过隔热层12与相邻冷冻区间11区隔。在其他实施方式中,所述冷冻区间11也可以分别由隔热层12进行区隔。可以理解地,所述冷冻区间11的数目可以根据实际应用需求而加以调整。
请结合图1参考图2所示,所述冷冻室10内设置于底部的间室内还收容有顶部开口的抽屉13。所述抽屉13具有抽屉本体131和端盖132。所述抽屉本体131内形成有顶部开口的收容空间1310用以容纳冷冻物品。所述端盖132沿所述直冷冰箱100的高度方向高于所述抽屉本体131,用以防止冷量的泄露。所述端盖132上临近所述抽屉本体131处,亦即端盖132与所述抽屉本体131相交接处,形成有若干漏冷孔133。在本发明的较佳实施方式中,所述漏冷孔133设置为一排,且其排列方向为沿所述冰箱100的横向方向。该横向方向垂直于所述抽屉13的抽拉方向。
请参图3、图4所示,在本较佳实施方式中,所述用于区隔最下方间室11与冷冻室10其他区域的隔热层12上形成有漏冷通道121,所述漏冷通道121与所述漏冷孔133相连通。如图4箭头所示,冷冻室10上方的冷量在自重的作用下,依次通过所述漏冷通道121、所述漏冷孔133,最后到达冷冻室10最下方的抽屉本体131,继而使得在所述抽屉13内形成了具有软冷冻功能的区域。在一般情况下,该具有软冷冻功能的抽屉内温度可以控制在2~-15度之间。值得说明的是,所述漏冷通道121亦可以以其他方式实现。例如,所述隔热层12与所述门体30之间可以形成所述的漏冷通道121(未图示),亦即,所述隔热层12沿冰箱前后方向的宽度略短于其他位置隔热层的宽度。再例如,所述门体30上对应所述隔热层12的位置也可以设置所述漏冷通道121,此时的漏冷通道121实际为门体内表面向内凹陷形成的。可以理解地,无论采用何种方式设置漏冷通道121,凡是使得所述漏冷通道121与所述漏冷孔133连通的设计,均可以为本发明采用,于此不再穷举。
请继续参阅图2~图4所示,本发明的直冷冰箱100还包括冷量调节装置40。在较佳实施方式中,所述冷量调节装置40包括设置于所述漏冷孔133上方的冷量调节板41,所述冷量调节板41可以沿漏冷孔133的排列方向滑动,并以覆盖漏冷孔133的方式调节漏冷孔露出部分的大小,从而达到调节下沉的冷量多少的作用,继而使得抽屉13内的温度得以调节控制。所述冷量调节板41上设置有若干通孔410。在本较佳实施方式中,所述通孔410的数量、位置均与所述漏冷孔133的数量、位置相当。当然,所述位置是可以借由冷量调节板41的滑移而有所变换。具体而言,当所述冷量调节板上的通孔410与所述漏冷孔133完全重合时,下沉冷量可得以最大限度的通过;当所述通孔410与所述漏冷孔133完全错位时,整体冷量通路(即所述漏冷通道与所述漏冷孔连通形成)被关闭,此时,冷量无法下沉至抽屉13内。特别说明的是,所述冷量调节装置40既可以通过手动方式调整通过该漏冷孔133的冷量大小,也可以通过将冷量调节装置40与计算机芯片、感温器等元件相连接、通过电控方式根据实时温度来调整进入抽屉13内的冷量大小。
本发明的主要原理是利用冷冻室上方温度高、下方温度低的温度分布特点,从而设计一个单独软冷冻抽屉。由于该抽屉位于冷冻室底部,所以无需单独制冷系统,即可利用冷冻室上方自然下沉的冷量以达成制冷的目的。
与现有技术相比,本发明的直冷冰箱100通过在所述抽屉13上设置漏冷孔133、将冷冻室10上方区域(即其他冷冻区间11)的冷量利用自重原理通过该漏冷孔133下沉至所述抽屉13内,继而实现所述抽屉的软冷冻功能的方式,一方面合理利用了冷冻室冷量,达成环保节能的目的,另一方面,实现此软冷冻功能的结构简单、容易制造,生产成本亦下降。
需要说明的是:以上实施例仅用于说明本发明而并非限制本发明所描述的技术方案。尽管本说明书参照上述的实施例对本发明已进行了详细的说明,但是,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,所属技术领域的技术人员仍然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,而一切不脱离本发明的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种直冷冰箱,具有冷冻室、安装在冷冻室外侧的门体以及顶部开口的抽屉,冷冻室底部形成有一个间室,所述间室通过隔热层与冷冻室其他区域区隔;所述间室收容该抽屉;其特征在于:所述抽屉设置有漏冷孔,所述漏冷孔供冷冻室其他区域的冷量自所述漏冷孔进入所述抽屉内部;所述冷冻室还包括冷量调节装置,用于调节漏冷孔的大小从而控制流入所述抽屉的冷量。
2.如权利要求1所述的直冷冰箱,其特征在于:所述漏冷孔的排列方向系垂直于所述抽屉的抽拉方向。
3.如权利要求2所述的直冷冰箱,其特征在于:所述抽屉具有抽屉本体和端盖,所述端盖沿所述直冷冰箱的高度方向高于所述抽屉本体,用以防止冷量的泄露。
4.如权利要求3所述的直冷冰箱,其特征在于:所述漏冷孔设置于所述端盖上且位于所述端盖与所述抽屉本体的交接处。
5.如权利要求2所述的直冷冰箱,其特征在于:所述冷量调节装置包括设置于所述漏冷孔上方的冷量调节板,所述冷量调节板可沿漏冷孔滑动并以覆盖漏冷孔的方式调节漏冷孔的大小。
6.如权利要求5所述的直冷冰箱,其特征在于:所述冷量调节板设置有若干通孔,所述通孔与所述漏冷孔对应设置,当所述通孔与漏冷孔完全重合时,所述漏冷孔的漏冷量最大。
