Abstract

本发明公开了一种二次分离式气液分离器,包括筒体、进气管、出气管、出液管,所述筒体内有一挡板,挡板呈漩涡状,挡板构成一漩涡状管道,漩涡状管道上方有上密封板,上密封板中心有出气孔,漩涡状管道下方有下密封板,所述漩涡状管道与进气管相连,所述挡板下方有集液槽,集液槽与出液管相连,出液管内有出口阀,所述挡板上方为出气管,出气管下方有缓冲板,缓冲板上有若干环状下挡板,下挡板与缓冲板的结合处有若干通孔,筒体顶壁上有若干环状上挡板,下挡板与上挡板间隔分布。本发明通过将挡板制作成漩涡状形成漩涡状管道,使得混合气体在离心力作用下得到一次分离,再经过上挡板和下挡板的二次分离,使得分离彻底,分离效果好。

一种二次分离式气液分离器
【技术领域】
本发明涉及制冷设备的技术领域,特别是气液分离器的技术领域。
【背景技术】
在制冷过程中,制冷剂经过吸热后,大部分呈气态,小部分呈液态,直接进入压缩机会对压缩机造成冲击,不利于压缩机的运行,混合气体在进入压缩机前需要将气相和液相分离。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种二次分离式气液分离器,能够使混合气体在经过第一次分离后再次进行分离,提高分离效果,同时积聚的液态制冷剂不会受到大力冲击而大量飞溅。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种二次分离式气液分离器,包括筒体、进气管、出气管、出液管,所述筒体内有一挡板,挡板由首尾相连的外壁和内壁组成,外壁与内壁之间有空隙,内壁上有若干排液孔,挡板呈漩涡状,挡板构成一漩涡状管道,漩涡状管道上方有上密封板,上密封板中心有出气孔,漩涡状管道下方有下密封板,所述漩涡状管道与进气管相连,所述挡板下方有集液槽,集液槽与出液管相连,出液管内有出口阀,所述挡板上方为出气管,出气管位于筒体中心,出气管伸入筒体内,出气管上有若干排气孔,出气管下方有缓冲板,缓冲板上有若干环状下挡板,下挡板与缓冲板的结合处有若干通孔,筒体顶壁上有若干环状上挡板,下挡板与上挡板间隔分布。
作为优选,所述进气管与漩涡状管道相切,进气管截面与漩涡状管道截面相同。
作为优选,所述集液槽呈上大下小的圆台形,出液管与集液槽底部相连,出口阀呈安全阀结构。
作为优选,所述缓冲板呈无底的锥形,缓冲板下投影完全挡住出气孔。
作为优选,所述上挡板与缓冲板之间有间隔,下挡板与筒体顶壁之间有间隔。
作为优选,所述上挡板与下挡板数量相同,均为1~4块,上挡板更靠近出气管,最靠近出气管的上挡板完全遮住排气孔。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过将挡板制作成漩涡状形成漩涡状管道,使得混合气体在离心力作用下得到一次分离,再经过上挡板和下挡板的二次分离,使得分离彻底,分离效果好;集液槽与出气管相互隔离,使得积聚的液态制冷剂不会飞溅重新混入气态制冷剂中;缓冲板有效的减少了经过一次分离的混合气体中残余的液态制冷剂,同时有效的对混合气体进行了缓冲;出口阀做成安全阀结构可以有效防止气态制冷剂从出液管离开。

【具体实施方式】
参阅图1、图2和图3,本发明一种二次分离式气液分离器,包括筒体1、进气管2、出气管3、出液管4,所述筒体1内有一挡板5,挡板5由首尾相连的外壁51和内壁52组成,外壁51与内壁52之间有空隙,内壁52上有若干排液孔50,挡板5呈漩涡状,挡板5构成一漩涡状管道53,漩涡状管道53上方有上密封板61,上密封板61中心有出气孔60,漩涡状管道53下方有下密封板62,所述漩涡状管道53与进气管2相连,所述挡板5下方有集液槽11,集液槽11与出液管4相连,出液管4内有出口阀41,所述挡板5上方为出气管3,出气管3位于筒体1中心,出气管3伸入筒体1内,出气管3上有若干排气孔30,出气管3下方有缓冲板31,缓冲板31上有若干环状下挡板71,下挡板71与缓冲板31的结合处有若干通孔70,筒体1顶壁上有若干环状上挡板72,下挡板71与上挡板72间隔分布,所述进气管2与漩涡状管道53相切,进气管2截面与漩涡状管道53截面相同,所述集液槽11呈上大下小的圆台形,出液管4与集液槽11底部相连,出口阀41呈安全阀结构,所述缓冲板31呈无底的锥形,缓冲板31下投影完全挡住出气孔60,所述上挡板72与缓冲板31之间有间隔,下挡板71与筒体1顶壁之间有间隔,所述上挡板72与下挡板71数量均为1块,上挡板72更靠近出气管3,上挡板72完全遮住排气孔30。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种二次分离式气液分离器在工作过程中,混合气体从进气管2进入,经由漩涡状管道53,在离心力作用下液态制冷剂被甩出,并通过排液孔50进入挡板5的外壁51和内壁52的间隙中,最终掉落到集液槽11内,经过一次分离的混合气体由出气孔60离开漩涡状管道53,经过缓冲板31的缓冲,上挡板72和下挡板71的二次分离作用,最后通过排气孔30进入排气管3,然后离开。由于混合气体经过了二次分离作用,分离效果好;集液槽11呈上大下小的圆台形,有利于液态制冷剂的汇聚;出口阀41做成安全阀结构,保证了液态制冷剂在一定的液位时才会排出,使得气态制冷剂不会从出液管4离开,保证制冷效率;缓冲板31有效的减少了经过一次分离的混合气体中残余的液态制冷剂,同时有效的对混合气体进行了缓冲;由于集液槽11与出气管3之间完全隔离,积聚的液态制冷剂不会因冲击飞溅而重新混入气态制冷剂中,间接提高了分离效果。

1.一种二次分离式气液分离器,其特征在于:包括筒体(1)、进气管(2)、出气管(3)、出液管(4),所述筒体(1)内有一挡板(5),挡板(5)由首尾相连的外壁(51)和内壁(52)组成,外壁(51)与内壁(52)之间有空隙,内壁(52)上有若干排液孔(50),挡板(5)呈漩涡状,挡板(5)构成一漩涡状管道(53),漩涡状管道(53)上方有上密封板(61),上密封板(61)中心有出气孔(60),漩涡状管道(53)下方有下密封板(62),所述漩涡状管道(53)与进气管(2)相连,所述挡板(5)下方有集液槽(11),集液槽(11)与出液管(4)相连,出液管(4)内有出口阀(41),所述挡板(5)上方为出气管(3),出气管(3)位于筒体(1)中心,出气管(3)伸入筒体(1)内,出气管(3)上有若干排气孔(30),出气管(3)下方有缓冲板(31),缓冲板(31)上有若干环状下挡板(71),下挡板(71)与缓冲板(31)的结合处有若干通孔(70),筒体(1)顶壁上有若干环状上挡板(72),下挡板(71)与上挡板(72)间隔分布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种二次分离式气液分离器,其特征在于:所述进气管(2)与漩涡状管道(53)相切,进气管(2)截面与漩涡状管道(53)截面相同。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种二次分离式气液分离器,其特征在于:所述集液槽(11)呈上大下小的圆台形,出液管(4)与集液槽(11)底部相连,出口阀(41)呈安全阀结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种二次分离式气液分离器,其特征在于:所述缓冲板(31)呈无底的锥形,缓冲板(31)下投影完全挡住出气孔(60)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种二次分离式气液分离器,其特征在于:所述上挡板(72)与缓冲板(31)之间有间隔,下挡板(71)与筒体(1)顶壁之间有间隔。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种二次分离式气液分离器,其特征在于:所述上挡板(72)与下挡板(71)数量相同,均为1~4块,上挡板(72)更靠近出气管(3),最靠近出气管(3)的上挡板(72)完全遮住排气孔(30)。
