Abstract

本发明一个实施例的车灯是包括发光二极管(LED)阵列,以及设置于所述LED阵列的前面的非球面透镜的车灯,所述非球面透镜的入射面形成有第一断差部,所述非球面透镜的射出面形成有第二断差部,能够减小亮灯影像的中央部和两侧部之间的亮度差异,防止出现光模糊现象。

车灯及包括该车灯的车辆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车灯及包括该车灯的车辆,尤其涉及将多阵列(MultiArray)形态的发光二极管(LED:Light Emitting Diode)用作光源的车灯及包括该车灯的车辆。
背景技术
车灯的光源(light source)最初所采用的是各种形态的灯泡(bulb)。而现在普遍采用光转换效率高、发热小、有助于小型化及轻量化、使用寿命长的发光二极管(以下简称LED)。
一般来讲,LED的色温约为5500K,接近太阳光,对人眼造成的疲劳程度最小,并且由于尺寸小,因此在设计车灯方面可提高设计自由度。
LED阵列(LED array)是多个LED安装在一起形成的光源的一种,通过选择性地点亮多个LED,可直接得到多种光束图案(beam pattern)。因此能够用于车辆的前照灯及尾灯,以实现多种光束模式。
图1显示以LED阵列为光源的车灯的亮灯影像,图2显示以LED阵列为光源的车灯亮灯状态下光出现模糊时的影像。
如图1所示,使用LED阵列时配光图案为长条形。但是当LED的排列个数增加,使得LED阵列的长度增加时如图2的A所示,随着远离亮灯影像中心(CL),光模糊现象越来越明显。
图3为显示LED的暗区(dark zone)B的车灯的亮灯影像。
尤其对于使用LED阵列的车灯而言,当夜间在远光模式(High-beam mode)下行驶时,若发现迎面驶来的车辆(oncoming vehicle)或前方行驶车辆(preceding vehicle),可通过熄掉部分LED来防止对相对车辆的驾驶员造成眩目,但由于具有光模糊现象,中心部和远离中心部的部位的亮灯影像具有非常明显的差异。
发明内容
技术问题
为解决上述的问题,本发明的目的为提供一种车灯及包括该车灯的车辆,使得在使用LED阵列与非球面透镜时能够防止随着远离亮灯影像中心,光模糊现象加剧的问题。
技术方案
本发明一个实施例的车灯是一种包括LED阵列,以及设置于所述LED阵列前的非球面透镜的车灯,所述非球面透镜的入射面可形成第一断差部,所述非球面透镜的射出面可形成第二断差部。
优选地,所述LED阵列可包括用于形成近光的上部阵列,以及形成于所述上部阵列的下部,以形成远光的下部阵列。
优选地,可在所述上部阵列与所述下部阵列的分界线的假想延长线上形成所述第一断差部及所述第二断差部。
另外,本发明一个实施例的车辆可包括如上所述的车灯。
技术效果
根据本发明一个实施例的车灯及包括该车灯的车辆,通过在非球面透镜的入射面与射出面形成断差部,提高所分布光的均匀程度,缩小亮灯影像中央部位与两侧部位之间的亮度差异,并防止光模糊现象。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,详细说明本发明的优选实施例。首先,需要注意的是,在对各图的构成要素赋予参照符号方面,对于相同的构成要素,即使在不同的附图上显示,也尽可能赋予相同的符号。另外,以下将说明本发明的优选实施例,但本发明的技术思想并不限定或限制于此,所属技术领域的技术人员可多样地变形实施,这是不言而喻的。
本发明的技术特征为通过在非球面透镜的入射面与射出面形成断差部,以提高所分布光的均匀程度。
图4为显示本发明一个优选实施例的车灯的示意图。为了从概念上予以明确说明,图4只显示了主要特征部分,由该附图可预想多种变形,本发明的范围不限于附图所示的特定形状。
如图4所示,根据本发明一个优选实施例的车灯,非球面透镜20的入射面21与射出面22上分别形成第二断差部200与第一断差部100。第一断差部100与第二断差部200的作用是通过提高所分布光的均匀程度,减小亮灯影像的中央部位与两侧部位的亮度差异。
LED阵列10可以由用于形成近光(low beam)的上部阵列11,以及用于形成远光(high beam)的下部阵列12构成。下部阵列12设置于上部阵列11的下部。
第一断差部100与第二断差部200可分别形成于延长上部阵列11与下部阵列12的分界线的假想延长线0上。
如上所述的第一断差部100将非球面透镜20的射出面22分割成上部面22a与下部面22b。此时,上部面22a与下部面22b的形状也是非球面(aspherical surface)形状。
图5及图6为比较没有断差部的非球面透镜的光分布扫描结果及具有断差部的非球面透镜的光分布扫描结果的示意图。
以A-A’为基准对图5所示车灯亮灯影像的光分布状态进行扫描,由此可知,在所分布光的均匀程度方面,入射面及射出面没有第一断差部100与第二断差部200等断差的非球面透镜与有断差的非球面透镜相比,在所分布光的均匀程度上有很大差异。
图6(a)为显示没有断差的非球面透镜的光分布情况的图表,图6(b)为具有第一断差部100与第二断差部200等断差的非球面透镜的光分布情况的图表。对图6(a)与图6(b)进行比较可知,图6(b)的光分布(U2)比图6(a)的光分布(U1)更为均匀。并且,如图6(a)的C与图6(b)的D所示,可以确认在中央部的暗区鲜明度差异方面,图6(b)比图6(a)有所减小。
图7为通过图4所示车灯,暗区及光模糊现象得到改善之后的亮灯影像。
使用形成有第一断差部100与第二断差部200的非球面透镜20得到的亮灯影像如图7的E及F所示,亮灯时光量与灭灯时光量之比分别为13%,26%,暗区的鲜明度下降。并且如图7的G所示,光模糊现象也出现了减少。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明权利要求的范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种车灯,其特征在于,包括:
发光二极管阵列;以及
设置于所述发光二极管阵列的前面的非球面透镜,
其中,所述非球面透镜的入射面形成有第一断差部,所述非球面透镜的射出面形成有第二断差部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车灯,其特征在于,所述发光二极管阵列包括:
上部阵列,其用于形成近光;以及
下部阵列,其形成于所述上部阵列的下部,用于形成远光。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车灯,其特征在于:
所述第一断差部和所述第二断差部形成于所述上部阵列与所述下部阵列的分界线的假想延长线上。
4.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括:
权利要求1至权利要求3中的任意一项所述的车灯。
