Abstract

本发明的光学照明装置包含一光学组件具有一入光面及一出光面,其中该入光面与该出光面至少有一表面包含一第一变形非球面;一第一光源为方形光源且配置在该光学组件一侧相对该入光面;该第一光源的光线直接地进入该入光面。该光线经该第一变形非球面产生折射。该光线透出该出光面后,在一照明位置形成具有特定形状的一照明区块。该照明区块的上缘形成一截止线。藉此该光学照明装置具有结构精简及高照明效率的功效。

用于移动载具的光学照明装置
技术领域
本发明是有关于照明装置及应用该照明装置的技术领域,特别是指用于移动载具的光学照明装置。
背景技术
自行车车灯通常具有如下的标准:一是截止线不能有向上的泛光,并且截止线不能过高以免防碍对向车辆或行人的视线;二是照明的宽度要够宽,该照明宽度要能够照亮前方左右视线。
一般自行车灯形成截止线的方式是光源的前方配接一灯杯,利用光线在灯杯内反射,使得光线在射出后能够形成该截止线。然而该方式所产生的光线经过反射及散射后,将造成能量损耗且照明效率降低的缺点。
中国台湾第201022592号公开案公开一种光学透镜及其发光二极管照明装置。该专利前案利用复曲面公式使照明侧的光学面形成轴对称,且延着轴向为中间内凹二侧外凸的M形状。该照明侧的光学面结构具有特殊构造,因此在制作上较不容易。
美国US2015/0330589号专利公开一种用于交通工具的头灯。其利用二个透镜及其表面的曲率设计,使光源的光线经过二该透镜后可以形成预定的分布态样。该专利前案虽然没有使用灯杯,但需使用二个不同造形完全不同的透镜才能满足使用需求,故结构复杂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于解决现有技术照明装置构件数量多及结构复杂的缺点。
本发明的目的在于提供一种光学照明装置,其具有一光源对应一透镜的组合结构,并且以一次光学的形式产生预定的照明区块,藉此达到构件数量少及结构精简的功效。该光学照明装置应用于移动载具,例如自行车,可以满足车灯规范及使用性。
为达上述的目的与功效,本发明公开的光学照明装置是包含一光学组件具有一入光面,以及一出光面相对该入光面,其中该入光面与该出光面至少有一表面包含一第一变形非球面曲面;一第一光源配置在该光学组件一侧相对该入光面;其中该第一光源为方形光源,该第一光源的光线直接地进入该入光面,且藉该第一变形非球面曲面的折射,使该光线透出该出光面后,在一照明位置形成特定形状的一照明区块;该照明区块的一上(外)缘形成一截止线。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2,图中公开一种光学照明装置,其包含一光学组件10,以及一第一光源20相对该光学组件10。该光学组件10是一透镜,该透镜具备一入光面12,以及一出光面14相对该入光面12。该第一光源20配置在该光学组件一侧相对该入光面12。
值得注意的是,该入光面12与该出光面14至少有一表面包含一第一变形非球面(first anamorphic asphere)30。该第一光源20为方形光源,该第一光源20的光线直接进入该入光面12(即藉一次光学的模式进入该透镜),再由该出光面14透出;换言之,该第一光源20的光线是经过该第一变形非球面30折射而透出。
请参阅图3,该第一变形非球面30是允许在Y-Z和X-Z平面中具有多个(多阶)不同的非球面形状的表面,但在每个平面中仍然是双边对称。该第一变形非球面30相对X-Y-Z坐标轴,符合下述公式:
其中系数A2n是对称系数;系数B2n是非对称系数;Kx、Ky是锥常数(coniccoefficient);Cx、Cy为曲率(curvature)。
其次该第一光源20对准该光学组件10的该中心点16,且图中该第一光源20与该光学组件10的相对位置仅为例示说明之用,并不以此为限。
请参阅图4,该光学组件10还包含的一第二变形非球面(second anamorphicasphere)32连接该第一变形非球面30。该第二变形非球面32相对X-Y-Z坐标轴,符合下述公式:
其中系数A′2n是对称系数;系数B′2n是非对称系数;K′x、K′y是锥常数(coniccoefficient);C′x、C′y为曲率(curvature)。
值得注意的是,依图所示,该第一变形非球面30与该第二变形非球面32相对相对X-Y-Z坐标轴,其一该变形非球面曲面位在Y≧0的方向,另一该变形非球面位在Y≦0的方向。形成该第一变形非球面30与该第二变形非球面32所采用的对称系数、非对称系数、锥常数及曲率中,至少有一个数值是不相同。例如:A2n=A′2n;B2n=B′2n;Cx=C′x;Kx=K′x;Cy≠C′y;Ky≠K′y
请参阅图5,图中显示利用上述实施例所公开的光学组件(透镜)相对一方形光源(方形LED)所产生的投射结果。由图所示,可见该照明区块52形成一宽形照明区域,该照明区块52上缘与照明位置(深色背景)形成有一条清楚的截止线54。
由于该第一光源20为方形光源,所以由该第一光源20且该光学组件10具备该第一变形非球面30及/或该第二变形非球面32,所以该光线通过该第一变形非球面30及/或该第二变形非球面32所产生的该照明区块52横向(宽度)被加大且不需要其他的辅助构件即可形成该截止线54。
根据前述各实施例的教示,本发明提供其他可能实施例如下。
请参阅图4、图6,该光学组件10包含该第一变形非球面30相接该第二变形非球面32,且该第一变形非球面30与该第二变形非球面32的曲面不同,所以该第一光源20的光线透出该光学组件10后,可使该照明区块的上缘与下缘的形状不同(见图6)。
请参阅图7,本实施例包含至少一第二光源60。该第二光源60配置在该光学组件10一侧相对该入光面12,且该第二光源60相对该第一光源20形成并置。请参阅图8,图中显示是根据图7所公开的该第一光源20与该第二光源60相对该光学组件10所产生的照明形式。由图可见该照明区块的横向长度相较于图7所示,明显加大。
请参阅图9,因应使用者的不同需求,本实施例包含多个第二光源60。各该第二光源60与该第一光源20排列成矩阵态样。请参阅图10,图中显示是根据图9所公开的该第一光源20与该第二光源60相对该光学组件10所产生的照明形式。由图可见该照明区块的横向长度及纵向高度相较于前述的图5、图6,明显加大。此外,各该第二光源60的启闭以及亮度,皆可通过适当的电子电路依实际使用需求来加以控制。
请再参阅图1、图2、图4,该光学组件10是为双凸透镜,且至少有一侧的表面为非对称的结构态样。根据以上的教示,请参阅图11,该光学组件10也可以是平凸透镜,其中曲面侧具有该第一变形非球面及/或该第二变形非球面。
由于本发明采用单一透镜及单一光源的设计即可达到符合自行车车灯的规范及照明效果,所以本发明具有结构精简及较低制造成本的功效。此外本发明采用一次光学设计,故可以达到减少构件、降低体积以及降低光能耗损的功效。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于移动载具的光学照明装置,是用以投射光线在一照明位置,其特征在于,包含:
一光学组件,是具有一入光面,以及一出光面相对该入光面,其中该入光面与该出光面至少有一表面包含一第一变形非球面;
一第一光源,是配置在该光学组件一侧相对该入光面;
其中该第一光源为方形光源,该第一光源的光线直接地进入该入光面,且藉该第一变形非球面的折射,使该光线透出该出光面后,在该照明位置形成一照明区块。
2.如权利要求1所述的光学照明装置,其特征在于,该光学组件的该第一变形非球面相对X-Y-Z坐标轴,符合下述公式:
其中系数A2n是对称系数;系数B2n是非对称系数;Kx、Ky是锥常数;Cx、Cy为曲率。
3.如权利要求2所述的光学照明装置,其特征在于,该光学组件包含的一第二变形非球面连接该第一变形非球面,该第二变形非球面相对X-Y-Z坐标轴,符合下述公式:
其中系数A′2n是对称系数;系数B′2n是非对称系数;K′x、K′y是锥常数;C′x、C′y为曲率。
4.如权利要求3所述的光学照明装置,其特征在于,该第一变形非球面与该第二变形非球面相对X-Y-Z坐标轴,其一该变形非球面曲面位在Y≧0的方向,另一该变形非球面位在Y≦0的方向。
5.如权利要求3所述的光学照明装置,其特征在于,该第一变形非球面与该第二变形非球面所采用的对称系数、非对称系数、锥常数及曲率的对应关系为:A2n=A′2n;B2n=B′2n;Cx=C′x;Kx=K′x;Cy≠C′y;Ky≠K′y
6.如权利要求1所述的光学照明装置,其特征在于,该光学组件选自双凸透镜或平凸透镜的其中之一。
7.如权利要求1所述的光学照明装置,其特征在于,包含一第二光源,该第二光源配置在该光学组件一侧相对该入光面,且该第二光源相对该第一光源形成并置。
8.如权利要求1所述的光学照明装置,其特征在于,包更包含多个第二光源,各该第二光源与该第一光源排列成矩阵态样,该第一光源与各该第二光源配置在该光学组件一侧相对该入光面。
9.如权利要求1所述的光学照明装置,其特征在于,该照明区块的一外缘形成一截止线。
