本发明公开了一种夜光标牌涂料,以重量份计,它包括:成膜物质45%-60%,发光颜料25%-40%,分散剂5%-10%,消泡剂3%-5%。本发明的有益效果:夜光标牌涂料无毒无害无放射性、具有吸光快、蓄光时间长、亮光强度高的特性,且吸光、蓄光、发光过程可无限循环、节约能源,达到标识和装饰的双重效果,同时,在紧急情况下,一旦断电,人们在失去依靠电源发光的指示标志时,就可以利用夜光标牌的指示逃生。

本发明涉及一种标牌涂料,尤其涉及一种夜光标牌涂料。
背景技术
目前国内外夜光涂料主要是以硫化锌为基质,但它的余辉时间只有1-3小时,同时在强光、紫外光和潮湿空气中容易变质发黑,所以在许多领域中应用受到限制。添加钻、铜共激活的硫化锌夜光涂料余辉时间虽然较长,但存在红外淬灭现象,在电灯光等红光照射下,余辉很快熄灭。其他带有放射性的夜光涂料,利用放射性物质不断发出的射线激发荧光涂料发光,虽然发光时间很长,但有毒有害且污染环境。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种夜光标牌涂料,它具有无毒无害无放射性、节约能源等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种夜光标牌涂料,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
成膜物质45%-60%,发光颜料25%-40%,分散剂5%-10%,消泡剂3%-5%。
所述成膜物质,采用丙烯酸树脂。
所述发光颜料,采用碱土稀土硅酸盐。
所述分散剂,采用六偏磷酸钠或焦磷酸钠。
所述消泡剂,采用有机硅消泡剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的夜光标牌涂料无毒无害无放射性、具有吸光快、蓄光时间长、亮光强度高的特性,且吸光、蓄光、发光过程可无限循环、节约能源,达到标识和装饰的双重效果,同时,在紧急情况下,一旦断电,人们在失去依靠电源发光的指示标志时,就可以利用夜光标牌的指示逃生。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种夜光标牌涂料,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸树脂45千克、碱土稀土硅酸盐40千克、六偏磷酸钠10千克和有机硅消泡剂5千克,将以上原料加入低速搅拌器混合均匀,然后经振动筛过滤出料,即得夜光标牌涂料。
实施例2::一种夜光标牌涂料,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸树脂50千克、碱土稀土硅酸盐35千克、焦磷酸钠10千克和有机硅消泡剂5千克,将以上原料加入低速搅拌器混合均匀,然后经振动筛过滤出料,即得夜光标牌涂料。
实施例3::一种夜光标牌涂料,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸树脂60千克、碱土稀土硅酸盐30千克、六偏磷酸钠7千克和有机硅消泡剂3千克,将以上原料加入低速搅拌器混合均匀,然后经振动筛过滤出料,即得夜光标牌涂料。

1. 一种夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:成膜物质45%-60%,发光颜料25%-40%,分散剂5%-10%,消泡剂3%-5%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,所述成膜物质采用丙烯酸树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,所述发光颜料采用碱土稀土硅酸盐。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,所述分散剂采用六偏磷酸钠或焦磷酸钠。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,所述消泡剂采用有机硅消泡剂。
