本发明公开了一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,以重量份计,它包括:成膜物质20%-30%,发光颜料5%-15%,阻燃剂10%-15%,钛白粉5%-15%,分散剂1%-3%,消泡剂1%-3%,其余为溶剂。将以上原料加入低速搅拌器混合均匀,然后经振动筛过滤出料,即得防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料。本发明的有益效果:本发明的防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料无毒无害无放射性、具有吸光快、蓄光时间长、亮光强度高的特性,且吸光、蓄光、发光过程可无限循环、节约能源,达到标识和装饰的双重效果,同时,在紧急情况下,一旦断电,特别是在有雨天气,人们在失去依靠电源发光的指示标志时,就可以利用防水阻燃夜光标牌的指示逃生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种标牌涂料,尤其涉及一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料。
背景技术
目前国内外夜光涂料主要是以硫化锌为基质,但它的余辉时间只有1-3小时,同时在强光、紫外光和潮湿空气中容易变质发黑,所以在许多领域中应用受到限制。添加钻、铜共激活的硫化锌夜光涂料余辉时间虽然较长,但存在红外淬灭现象,在电灯光等红光照射下,余辉很快熄灭。其他带有放射性的夜光涂料,利用放射性物质不断发出的射线激发荧光涂料发光,虽然发光时间很长,但有毒有害且污染环境。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,它具有无毒无害无放射性、节约能源、防水性能好、阻燃性能佳等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
成膜物质20%-30%,发光颜料5%-15%,阻燃剂10%-15%,钛白粉5%-15%,分散剂1%-3%,消泡剂1%-3%,其余为溶剂。
所述成膜物质,采用丙烯酸树脂。
所述发光颜料,采用碱土稀土硅酸盐。
所述阻燃剂,采用三聚氰胺。
所述分散剂,采用六偏磷酸钠。
所述消泡剂,采用有机硅消泡剂。
所述溶剂,采用纯水。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料无毒无害无放射性、具有吸光快、蓄光时间长、亮光强度高的特性,且吸光、蓄光、发光过程可无限循环、节约能源,达到标识和装饰的双重效果,同时,在紧急情况下,一旦断电,特别是在有雨天气,人们在失去依靠电源发光的指示标志时,就可以利用防水阻燃夜光标牌的指示逃生。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸树脂20千克、碱土稀土硅酸盐5千克、三聚氰胺10千克、钛白粉5千克、六偏磷酸钠1千克和有机硅消泡剂1千克,纯水58千克,将以上原料加入低速搅拌器混合均匀,然后经振动筛过滤出料,即得防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料。
实施例2::一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸树脂30千克、碱土稀土硅酸盐15千克、三聚氰胺15千克、钛白粉15千克、六偏磷酸钠3千克和有机硅消泡剂3千克,纯水19千克,将以上原料加入低速搅拌器混合均匀,然后经振动筛过滤出料,即得防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料。
实施例3::一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,由以下组分组成:丙烯酸树脂25千克、碱土稀土硅酸盐10千克、三聚氰胺10千克、钛白粉10千克、六偏磷酸钠2千克和有机硅消泡剂2千克,纯水41千克,将以上原料加入低速搅拌器混合均匀,然后经振动筛过滤出料,即得防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料。

1. 一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:成膜物质20%-30%,发光颜料5%-15%,阻燃剂10%-15%,钛白粉5%-15%,分散剂1%-3%,消泡剂1%-3%,其余为溶剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,所述成膜物质采用丙烯酸树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,所述发光颜料采用碱土稀土硅酸盐。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,所述阻燃剂采用三聚氰胺。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,所述分散剂采用六偏磷酸钠或焦磷酸钠。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,所述消泡剂采用有机硅消泡剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种防水阻燃夜光标牌涂料,其特征是,所述溶剂,采用纯水。
