Abstract
一种治疗颈椎病的药物及其制备方法，是将白芍、葛根、川芎、姜黄、羌活、灵仙、桑枝、甘草、桂枝加水煎煮得到煎液，浓缩后加入常规辅料，加纯化水至含生药量为1g/ml，灌封、灭菌制成口服液制剂。本发明能祛风除湿，养阴通络，活血祛瘀。经临床观察其有效率为86%。本发明天然纯净、安全无毒，没有依赖性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗颈椎病的药物，特别涉及一种以中药为原料药制备的治疗颈椎病的中药。
背景技术
颈椎病又称颈椎综合征，是颈椎骨关节炎、增生性颈椎炎、颈神经根综合征、颈椎间盘脱出症的总称；是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾患。主要由于颈椎长期劳损、骨质增生，或椎间盘脱出、韧带增厚，致使颈椎脊髓、神经根或椎动脉受压，导致一系列功能障碍的临床综合征。表现为颈椎间盘退变本身及其继发性的一系列病理改变，如椎节失稳、松动；髓核突出或脱出；骨刺形成；韧带肥厚和继发的椎管狭窄等，刺激或压迫了邻近的神经根、脊髓、椎动脉及颈部交感神经等组织，并引起各种各样症状和体征的综合征。
头晕是椎动脉型颈椎病病人的常见症状。病人因为颈部的伸展或旋转而改变体位诱发眩晕症状。前庭神经核缺血性病变引起的眩晕，一般持续时间较短，数秒至数分钟即消失，发病时病人可有轻度失神及运动失调，表现为行走不稳或斜向一方；迷路缺血性病变引起的眩晕不伴意识障碍。前庭神经病变引起的眩晕属中枢性眩晕症；迷路缺血性病变属周围性眩晕症。部分病人有恶心感，急性发病时病人不能抬头，少数病人有复视、眼颤、耳鸣及耳聋等症状。
在体征方面，发病时病人颈部活动受限，作颈部旋转或活动可引起眩晕、恶心或心慌等症状；部分病人在患侧锁骨上听诊检查能听到椎动脉因为扭曲、血流受阻引起的杂音。后颈部拇指触诊能摸及患椎向一侧呈旋转移位，同时棘突及移位的关节突关节部有明显压痛。
目前在颈椎病的治疗上，大多是采用物理方法治疗。西药在本病的治疗中只起到辅助的对症治疗作用，对症状的缓解有一定的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗颈椎病的中药及其制备方法，该药物天然纯净、安全无毒，没有依赖性。
本发明的药物是由以下重量份数的中药为原料药制备得到的：
白芍30-60 葛根15-30 川芎10-15
姜黄10-20 羌活10-15 灵仙10-20
桑枝10-20 甘草6-9 桂枝6-9。
可以将上述药物制成药剂学上任何一种剂型如片剂、丸剂、散剂、胶囊，本发明优选的是口服液。
将上述各组份制成本发明所述口服液的具体制备方法是：
将上述重量份的药物混合均匀，加水煎煮2～4次，每次1～2小时，合并煎液，过滤，将滤液浓缩成70℃相对密度1.15～1.18的清膏，冷藏静置，取上清液滤过，滤液中加入常规辅料，混匀，加纯化水至含生药量为1g/ml，灌封、灭菌制成口服液制剂。
使用方法：口服，每次1袋，每袋500ml，每日三次。
本发明是专治颈椎病的良方，能缓解改善由颈椎退行性病变引起的症状。本发明是由柴葛解肌汤和桂枝加葛根汤组合化裁而成。全方能祛风除湿，养阴通络，活血祛瘀。主治因风寒湿而引起的阻滞太阳经脉，经气不舒，津液不能敷布，经脉失去濡养导致的颈椎疼痛诸症。本发明中羌活、灵仙祛风除湿，能除上半身及头面诸风；川芎、姜黄活血祛瘀；桑枝有祛风通络，利肢节的作用；白芍有养血敛阴之功效，平抑肝阳，且防羌活、灵仙、辛温劫阴；葛根能升阳解肌，对改善头痛、项强、眩晕、肢麻、耳鸣能有良效；桂枝解肌发表。如有表虚怕风加黄芪，血虚加当归。
以上诸药合用，用于治疗颈椎病治愈率高，无西药制剂对人体脏器损害等副作用，也无抗生素等耐药性。
为进一步考察本发明的药物的临床疗效和安全性,选择14例颈椎病患者对本发明药物的疗效进行临床观察。
疗效标准：根据《中药新药治疗颈椎病的临床研究指导原则》规定，疗效判定以症状消失为主，并参考体征等改变情况，分为治愈、显效、有效、无效四级。治愈：症状及体征全部消失。显效：症状及体征明显改善。有效：症状及体征有一定改善。无效：症状及体征均无改善。
经治疗观察，患者连用十天。14例患者，治愈8例，好转4例，无效2例，总有效率86%。没有任何副作用和不良反应。
具体实施方式
实施例：
取白芍50kg，葛根30kg，川芎12kg，姜黄15kg，羌活15kg，灵仙115kg，桑枝15kg，甘草7kg，桂枝6kg，以清水洗净，加水煎煮3次，每次1～2小时，合并煎液，过滤，将滤液浓缩成70℃相对密度1.15～1.18的清膏，冷藏静置，取上清液滤过，滤液中加入常规辅料，混匀，加纯化水至含生药量为1g/ml，灌封、灭菌制成口服液制剂。
病历一：郭某，女，47岁，2008年3月来诊，患者于几个月前偶尔出现头晕、项硬，继而视力模糊。近日，上述症状加重。经常因放血、按摩、拨火罐疗法而稍缓。靠服去痛片而维持，颈椎拍片CT显示颈椎退行性病变，骨质增生，脑供血不足。诊见患者颈部活动不灵活，头痛，头重、眼目干涩，时或肢指麻，舌淡苔白，脉弦细，诊后，投本方加减调理余月，患者头晕、头重、头痛等症状基本正常。
病历二：申某，女，50岁，2011年3月来诊，患者近月余来经常出现头晕、头痛、颈硬，严重时头不能转侧。颈椎拍片显示退行性病变，脑供血不足，高脂血症，诊见患者头晕、头痛、目干乏力、舌淡苔无，脉浮缓。遂投以本方四剂，以上症状减轻，后为巩固疗效给予剂量加倍，调理月余，随访至今，无复发。
Claims (3)
1.一种治疗颈椎病的药物及其制备方法，其特征在于：
本发明所述药物是由以下重量份数的中药为原料制备得到的：
白芍30-60 葛根15-30 川芎10-15
姜黄10-20 羌活10-15 灵仙10-20
桑枝10-20 甘草6-9 桂枝6-9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗颈椎病的药物，其特征在是将所述的药物制成口服液。
3.权利要求2所述的治疗颈椎病的药物的制备方法是：将上述重量份的药物混合均匀，加水煎煮2～4次，每次1～2小时，合并煎液，过滤，将滤液浓缩成70℃相对密度1.15～1.18的清膏，冷藏静置，取上清液滤过，滤液中加入常规辅料，混匀，加纯化水至含生药量为1g/ml，灌封、灭菌制成口服液制剂。
