本发明涉及中药的技术领域，一种治疗压疮的外用中药组合物，它是由下列重量配比的原料药物组成的：当归9克，红花9克，三七粉9克，乳香5克，没药5克，雄黄0.05克，黄柏12克，大黄3克，儿茶3克，冰片0.3克，珍珠10克，生石膏30克，滑石10克，皂角刺1克，炒细辛1克。本发明配制简单，疗效显著，无副作用，安全性高，有利于病患及时减轻病状。

一种治疗压疮的外用中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及中药的技术领域，具体地说是一种治疗压疮的外用中药组合物。
背景技术
压疮又称压力性溃疡、褥疮，是由于局部组织长期受压，发生持续缺血、缺氧、营养不良而致组织溃烂坏死。长期卧床、体质衰弱、翻身不便及肢体感觉迟钝者在持续受压部位易出现红斑、水泡、溃疡三步曲病理改变。据有关文献报道，每年约有6万人死于压疮合并征。
目前治疗采用方法，一般是在无菌操作下，用双氧水和生理盐水彻底清洗疮面，再用碘伏棉球消毒擦拭，整个治疗过程采用全暴露疗法，用红外线烤疮面，待干燥后，再用磺胺嘧啶锌或磺胺嘧啶银水剂涂擦在疮面上，是药物与疮面充分接触，若创伤严重则需多次清理换药。这种治疗方法虽有效，但治疗过程中，药物刺激作用大，病患较为痛苦。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，根据中医理论，通过数年的药物筛选和反复临床验证，提供一种治疗压疮的外用中药组合物。
本发明所采取的技术方案是：一种治疗压疮的外用中药组合物，它是由下列重量配比的原料药物制组成的：当归9克，红花9克，三七粉9克，乳香5克，没药5克，雄黄0.05克，黄柏12克，大黄3克，儿茶3克，冰片0.3克，珍珠10克，生石膏30克，滑石10克，皂角刺1克，炒细辛1克。
治疗压疮的中药外用组合物，制备方法为：取各原料药，混合，研碎成粉末，用香油调敷患处，每天1次。
本发明中的当归：味甘、辛，性温；归肝、心、脾经；具有补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便的功效；用于血虚萎黄，眩晕心悸，月经不调，经闭痛经，虚寒腹痛，肠燥便秘，风湿痹痛，跌扑损伤，痈疽疮疡。红花：味辛，性温；归心、肝经；具有活血通经，散瘀止痛的功效；用于经闭，痛经，恶露不行，癥瘕痞块，胸痹心痛，瘀滞腹痛，胸胁刺痛，跌扑损伤，疮疡肿痛。三七粉：味甘、微苦，性温；归肝、胃经；具有散瘀止血，消肿定痛功效；用于咯血，吐血，衄血，便血，崩漏，外伤出血，胸腹刺痛，跌扑肿痛。乳香：味辛、苦，性温；归心、肝、脾经；具有活血定痛，消肿生肌的功效；用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭，产后瘀阻，癥瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡。没药：味辛、苦，性平；归心、肝、脾经；具有散瘀定痛，消肿生肌的功效；用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭，产后瘀阻，癥瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡。雄黄：味辛，性温，有毒；归肝、大肠经；具有解毒杀虫，燥湿祛痰，截疟的功效；用于痈肿疔疮，蛇虫咬伤，虫积腹痛，惊痫，疟疾。黄柏：味苦，性寒；归肾、膀胱经；具有清热燥湿，泻火除蒸，解毒疗疮的功效。用于湿热泻痢，黄疸尿赤，带下阴痒，热淋涩痛，脚气痿礕，骨蒸劳热，盗汗，遗精，疮疡肿毒，湿疹湿疮。盐黄柏滋阴降火。用于阴虚火旺，盗汗骨蒸。大黄：味苦，性寒；归脾、胃、大肠、肝、心包经；具有泻下攻积，清热泻火，凉血解毒，逐瘀通经，利湿退黄的功效；用于实热积滞便秘，血热吐衄，目赤咽肿，痈肿疔疮，肠痈腹痛，瘀血经闭，产后瘀阻，跌扑损伤，湿热痢疾，黄疸尿赤，淋证，水肿；外治烧烫伤。儿茶：味苦、涩，性微寒；归肺、心经；具有活血止痛，止血生肌，收湿敛疮，清肺化痰的功效；用于跌扑伤痛，外伤出血，吐血衄血，疮疡不敛，湿疹，湿疮，肺热咳嗽。冰片：味辛、苦，性微寒；归心、脾、肺经；具有开窍醒神，清热止痛的功效；用于热病神昏、惊厥，中风痰厥，气郁暴厥，中恶昏迷，胸痹心痛，目赤，口疮，咽喉肿痛，耳道流脓。珍珠：味咸，性寒；归肝、心经；具有平肝潜阳，安神定惊，明目退翳的功效；用于头痛眩晕，惊悸失眠，目赤翳障，视物昏花。生石膏：味甘、辛，性大寒；归肺、胃经；具有清热泻火，除烦止渴的功效；用于外感热病，高热烦渴，肺热喘咳，胃火亢盛，头痛，牙痛。滑石：味甘、淡，性寒；归膀胱、肺、胃经；具有利尿通淋，清热解暑；外用祛湿敛疮的功效；用于热淋，石淋，尿热涩痛，暑湿烦渴，湿热水泻；外治湿疹，湿疮，痱子。皂角刺：味辛，性温；归肝、胃经；具有消肿托毒，排脓，杀虫的功效；用于痈疽初起或脓成不溃；外治疥癣麻风。炒细辛：味辛，性温；归心、肺、肾经；具有祛风散寒，祛风止痛，通窍，温肺化饮的功效；用于风寒感冒，头痛，牙痛，鼻塞流涕，鼻鼽，鼻渊，风湿痹痛，痰饮喘咳。
本发明中采用的药物，以拔毒提脓、去腐生肌、燥湿凉血为治疗根本，再辅以肃肺清肝、益气升阳、活血祛瘀、止痛安神的药物，全方位调理人体，使机能恢复，达到良好治愈的目的。
具体实施方式：
实施例1：一种治疗压疮的外用中药组合物，它是由下列重量配比的原料药组成的：当归9克，红花9克，三七粉9克，乳香5克，没药5克，雄黄0.05克，黄柏12克，大黄3克，儿茶3克，冰片0.3克，珍珠10克，生石膏30克，滑石10克，皂角刺1克，炒细辛1克。
一种治疗压疮的外用中药组合物临床疗效总结：
一、临床资料：2006年～2012年治疗截瘫患者120例，均为外伤性截瘫。男76例，女44例，年龄28～75岁，平均55岁。
二、治疗方法：制备方法为：取各原料药，混合，研碎成粉末，用香油调敷患处，每天1次。将疮面清洗、消毒后，用制成的药物外敷在疮面即可。
三、疗效评价：
本发明主要用于治疗压疮，故症状改善情况及各项检测指标作为疗效判断标准，分为以下四种
治愈：症状全部消失；主要理化检测指标均为正常。
显效：全部症状消除或主要症状消除；理化检测指标基本正常。
有效：主要症状基本消失；主要理化检测指标有所改善。
无效：主要理化检测指标与治疗前无变化。
四、治疗效果：临床治愈103例，显效8例，有效6例，无效3例，所有病例均无不良反应，总有效率97.5％。
五、典型病例
1、江某，男，63岁，因脑出血致左侧肢体瘫痪，卧床2周，左侧骶尾部出现约2×2cm压疮，溃疡形成，未感染。应用本发明的中药外用制剂治疗，每天换药1次，2周后压疮处溃疡创面结痂愈合。
2、王某，女，58岁，骶尾部可见约3×4cm的压疮，表面见有脓性分泌物附着及渗出。清理压疮创面后，给予本发明的中药外用制剂，每天换药一次，观察瘀血消散情况，第3天后，压疮可见新鲜肉芽组织，无脓性分泌物渗出。嘱其加强营养，注意压疮创面清洁，2周后，压疮创面基本痊愈，新生组织与周围正常组织颜色稍有差别，表面平坦无边界。
3、赵某，男，67岁，因脑梗塞致右侧肢体瘫痪卧床，右髂后上棘出现约2×3cm压疮，皮肤组织坏死，形成溃疡并感染。予以清创后使用本发明的中药外用制剂治疗，每天换药1次，第6天，创面可见淡红色肉芽组织，无脓性分泌物渗出。以后每天换药一次，用药3周，创面结痂愈合。
