本发明属于中药学技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗外阴白斑的外用中药组合物。
背景技术
外阴白斑是妇科临床常见病和疑难病之一，是指妇女外阴皮肤粘膜因营养障碍而导致的组织变性、色素改变的一种疾病，属中医学所说的“阴痒”、“阴痈”、“阴疮”病范畴。多因湿热内盛、热蕴阴部与湿浊胶结，日久入络生风而瘙痒不止；经络受阻，气血不畅，肌肤失养而增厚变白；或因阴血亏虚不能滋养阴部，血虚而生风化燥，故出现瘙痒、皲裂、萎缩变白。虽然报道的治疗药物很多，但其疗效不是很理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够克服已有技术存在的缺陷，且有效率高达100％、治愈率达71.1％，选材容易、制备方便、费用低廉的一种治疗外阴白斑的外用中药组合物。
本发明的技术方案是：一种治疗外阴白斑的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，按照重量配比，原料药为以下组分：虎杖6g、红花12g、紫草10g、黄柏9g、苦参10g、透骨草30g、冰片3g；其制备方法为：按照重量配比取各组分药放入2000毫升冷水中浸泡30分钟，急火煮沸后，慢火煎40分钟，过滤去渣得药液900～1000毫升，药渣再加水400～500毫升，煎20～30分钟，过滤去渣得药液100～150毫升，共制得1000～1150毫升药液，即为治疗外阴白斑的外用中药。
使用方法：药液温热时坐浴10～15分钟，再用浸湿的纱布局部热敷10～15分钟，同时轻轻揉搓。每日1剂，每天2～3次，1个月为一疗程。
本发明一种治疗外阴白斑的外用中药组合物，所述虎杖：清热解毒、活血通经、利胆退黄，祛风利湿，散瘀定痛，止咳化痰。所含有效成分具有抗菌、抗病毒、镇静、消炎、扩张血管、改善血液循环、防血栓形成的作用。红花：活血通经，散瘀止痛；黄柏、苦参：清热燥湿、泻火解毒，祛风利湿、抗菌消炎、止痒；透骨草：祛风湿，活血，舒筋，止痛；紫草：清热凉血、解毒、透疹；冰片：清热解毒、消肿止痛、防腐生肌。几种药物相互协同，具有杀虫止痒、祛风利湿、清热解毒、活血化瘀之功效。
本发明的有益效果是：取材方便、价格低廉、诸药合理搭配，相互起协同作用，可达到活血化瘀、抗菌消炎、止痒、祛风利湿、清热解毒、镇痛消肿、增强皮肤血液循环，有促进皮下弹性的目的。具有不过敏、使用安全、针对性强、效果好、治愈率高等优点。
具体实施方式
实施例1：一种治疗外阴白斑的外用中药组合物，其特征在于，按照重量配比，原料药为以下组分：虎杖6g、红花12g、紫草10g、黄柏9g、苦参10g、透骨草30g、冰片3g；其制备方法为：按照重量配比取各组分药放入2000毫升冷水中浸泡30分钟，急火煮沸后，慢火煎40分钟，过滤去渣得药液900～1000毫升，药渣再加水400～500毫升，煎20～30分钟，过滤去渣得药液100～150毫升，共制得1000～1150毫升药液，即为治疗外阴白斑的外用中药。药液温热时坐浴10～15分钟，再用浸湿的纱布局部热敷10～15分钟，同时轻轻揉搓。每日1剂，每天2～3次，1个月为一疗程。
治疗效果：
疗效判断：一种治疗外阴白斑的外用中药组合物之疗效判断，主要依据患者的瘙痒症状和皮肤特征变化情况。治愈：症状及体征完全消失，原白色病变区皮肤黏膜接近正常颜色，黏膜变软或皮肤弹性恢复正常，1年内未复发；显效：外阴瘙痒症状基本消失，病变区皮肤黏膜呈粉红色，皮肤弹性基本恢复正常；好转：外阴瘙痒症状部分减轻，皮肤黏膜变为淡红色或白色，病变区域缩小；无效：外阴瘙痒症状仍然存在，皮肤黏膜无变化。
效果：用该药方治疗女性外阴白斑97例患者，其中治愈69例，显效20例，好转9例，治愈率71.1％，有效率100％。
