Abstract

本发明提供一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，按重量比为黄柏∶川黄连∶大黄∶紫草∶红花∶川穹∶白鲜皮∶乳香∶芦荟∶冰片∶明矾∶浓度50‑75%的酒精＝20‑25∶25‑30∶25‑30∶20‑30∶25‑30∶25‑30∶25‑30∶10‑15∶20‑25∶10‑15∶10‑15∶4000‑5000，将黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片和明矾混合均匀后，放入酒精中密封浸泡20－30天，滤除药渣，即得。本发明所述的药物可以有效地预防和治疗压疮，患者只需用较低成本的花费，就能避免发生压疮加重病情或压疮继发感染引起败血症而危及生命，同时也节约了经济上的开支。

Description

一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物
技术领域
本发明涉及外用药物类，尤其是一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物；该中药药物对外称为三黄紫花酊。
背景技术
压疮(压力性溃疡)是由于局部组织长期受压，发生持续缺血、缺氧、营养不良而致组织溃烂坏死。一旦发生压疮，不仅给病人带来痛苦，加重病情，严重时可继发感染引起败血症而危及生命，据有关文献报道每年约有6万人死于压疮合并症。因此在各医院中压疮的防治都十分重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，采用纯中药制剂，能有效预防和控制患者压疮的发生、发展，兼备预防和治疗压疮的双重功效。
本发明是这样来实现的：
一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，包括黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片、明矾和浓度50-75％的酒精，其特征在于按重量比为黄柏∶川黄连∶大黄∶紫草∶红花∶川穹∶白鲜皮∶乳香∶芦荟∶冰片∶明矾∶50-75％的酒精＝20-25∶25-30∶25-30∶20-30∶25-30∶25-30∶25-30∶10-15∶20-25∶10-15∶10-15∶4000-5000，将黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片和明矾按重量比混合均匀后，放入浓度50-75％的酒精中密封浸泡20－30天，滤除药渣，得到治疗压疮/褥疮的药物。
本发明提供的一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，在临床预防和治疗中应用，可以有效地预防和治疗压疮，而且药材容易获得、药材价格实惠，成本相对较低。这样患者只需用较低成本的花费，就能避免发生压疮加重病情或压疮继发感染引起败血症而危及生命，同时也节约了经济上的开支(当前市面上的压疮帖效果好，但价格比较昂贵)。
具体实施方式
实施例一：
一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，由黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片、明矾、50％的酒精组成，按重量比为黄柏∶川黄连∶大黄∶紫草∶红花∶川穹∶白鲜皮∶乳香∶芦荟∶冰片∶明矾∶50％的酒精＝20∶25∶25∶20∶25∶25∶25∶10∶20∶10∶10∶4000，将黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片、明矾按重量比混合均匀后，放入50％的酒精中密封浸泡30天，滤除药渣，得到一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，应用于患者的效果为表1至表3所记录。
实施例二：
一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，由黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片、明矾、50-75％的酒精组成，按重量比为黄柏∶川黄连∶大黄∶紫草∶红花∶川穹∶白鲜皮∶乳香∶芦荟∶冰片∶明矾∶75％的酒精＝25∶30∶30∶30∶30∶30∶30∶15∶25∶15∶15∶5000，将黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片、明矾按重量比混合均匀后，放入75％的酒精中密封浸泡20天，滤除药渣，得到一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，应用于患者的效果为表4至表6所记录。
实施例三：
一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，由黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片、明矾、50-75％的酒精组成，其重量比为黄柏∶川黄连∶大黄∶紫草∶红花∶川穹∶白鲜皮∶乳香∶芦荟∶冰片∶明矾∶75％的酒精＝23∶27∶27∶25∶27∶27∶27∶13∶23∶13∶13∶4500，将黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片、明矾按重量比混合均匀后，放入75％的酒精中密封浸泡25天，滤除药渣，得到一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，应用于患者的效果为表7至表8所记录。
通过对压疮高危人群，难免压疮报护理部备案的病人，以及外带压疮的病人，采用了本发明提供的这种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，结合它辅助手段(采用传统压疮防治方法：每两小时翻身叩背一次，辅以气垫床减压，创面外科常规换药等)进行临床预防和治疗，在使用过程中发现效果良好，应用五年以来(2006年--2011年)，神经内科一直保持零压疮发生率，有效地预防和控制了患者压疮的发生、发展。表明该自制中药三黄紫花酊实际应用效果显著，兼备预防和治疗压疮的双重功效，深受医护人员，患者及家属的好评。
本申请人通过该发明的临床应用研究，获得了以下三个方面的研究成果：
一.中药三黄紫花酊预防压疮：选取医院2011年1月至2012年12月期间，住院患者中皮肤压疮极高危患者1519例，所选患者均无院外带入压疮，男性771例，女性748例，平均年龄61.8岁，诊断为脑出血、脑梗死、糖尿病、肺心病等。随机分为对照组757例和研究组762例进行临床观察。结果：对照组压疮极高危患者压疮发生率为6.3％；研究组压疮极高危患者压疮发生率为0。结论：临床使用中药三黄紫花酊能有效预防压疮的发生(P＜0.05)。
二.中药三黄紫花酊治疗I期压疮疗效观察：选取医院2011年1月至2013年6月收治的外带Ⅰ期压疮患者162例，随机分为对照组81例和治疗组81例进行临床观察。结果中药三黄紫花酊治疗组治愈率87.6％，有效率100％，高于对照组；治疗组压疮治愈时间较对照组缩短。两组差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚。结论三黄紫花酊能缩短Ⅰ期压疮治疗的时间，显著提高Ⅰ期压疮治疗的效果。
三.中药三黄紫花酊治疗二期压疮：选取医院2011年1月至2013年6月收治的Ⅱ期压疮患者142例，随机分为对照组74例，研究组68例进行临床观察。结果：使用三黄紫花酊治疗的研究组共有101处压疮部位，治愈为100％，有效为100％，无效0％；运用传统方法治疗的对照组共有98处压疮部位，治愈为16.3％，有效为87.8％，无效为12.2％。结论：使用三黄紫花酊治疗Ⅱ期压疮的研究组患者创面愈合时间明显比对照组短，治疗有效率显著高于对照组。
药检室检验报告：该自制中药三黄紫花酊按照中国药典2010年版微生物限度符合规定。(2011年9月至2014年7月分别完成了14批次的随机留样中药三黄紫花酊到药剂科检验)。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，包括黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片、明矾、浓度50-75%的酒精，其特征在于重量比为黄柏∶川黄连∶大黄∶紫草∶红花∶川穹∶白鲜皮∶乳香∶芦荟∶冰片∶明矾∶浓度50-75%的酒精＝20-25∶25-30∶25-30∶20-30∶25-30∶25-30∶25-30∶10-15∶20-25∶10-15∶10-15∶4000-5000，将黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片和明矾按重量比混合均匀后，放入50-75%的酒精中密封浸泡20－30天，滤除药渣，得到治疗压疮/褥疮的药物。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗压疮/褥疮的药物，其特征在于，按重量比为黄柏∶川黄连∶大黄∶紫草∶红花∶川穹∶白鲜皮∶乳香∶芦荟∶冰片∶明矾∶75%的酒精＝23∶27∶27∶25∶27∶27∶27∶13∶23∶13∶13∶4500，将黄柏、川黄连、大黄、紫草、红花、川穹、白鲜皮、乳香、芦荟、冰片、明矾按重量比混合均匀后，放入75%的酒精中密封浸泡25天，滤除药渣，得到治疗压疮/褥疮的药物。
