本发明涉及一种具有养心安神功能的饮料,它是用纯天然的植物及水蒸煮而形成。
背景技术
上世纪六七十年代由于物质匮乏,人们生活水平很低,那时工业落后,人们吃饭穿衣用的多是天然材料做成。而进入九十年代以后,由于工业的发展,各种添加剂、激素、调节素的出现,有很多饮料食品,含有不同程度防腐剂、添加剂等物质。各种有害物质的长期接触,或因长期累积,当它达到一定量或者超过人体的代偿能力时,人们就会发病。所以现代慢性病才会逐年增多,近年来用化学品调制的饮品充斥着市场,有识之士多远之,但目前纯天然饮品却很少,本人经长期观察与探索,创造出一种具有养心安神功能的材料。

本发明的目的是提供一种具有养心安神功能的饮料。为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种具有养心安神功能的饮料,其特征在于它由下述重量份容积份的原料组成: 夜交藤40—80克,莲子20—60克,甘草10—30克,甜味素5一10克,纯净水12000克。按组份重量份实现本发明的最佳方案:夜交藤60克,莲子40克,甘草20克,甜味素8克,纯净水12000克。
本发明的制备方法为:将莲子捣碎后和夜交藤、甘草加纯净水2500克浸泡7天,每天加热煮沸3次;到7天时把夜交藤、莲子、甘草加水煮沸的浸泡液残渣去除澄清过滤,所得浸泡液加纯净水,使浸泡液加纯净水的总重量达10000克,然后再加甜味素8克混合均匀,按冷却无菌灌装即可。
功效益果:本发明一种具有养心安神功能的饮料中及其制备方法中各材料组份:
夜交藤、莲子两材料结合有养心安神,通络健脾,滋阴补血,治疗失眠,减缓衰老之功能;两材料合用促进新陈代谢,提高免疫力,甘草调和口味,并有补脾益气、祛痰解毒的功能;因此本发明的饮料具有养心安神、滋阴补血、通络健脾、治疗失眠、提高免疫力、抗衰老之功效。
本发明优点:材料来自天然,对身体有益无害,即做长规饮料又有保健功能。为表明本发明饮料对养心安神的保健作用经3例亚健康试用,试用量每日饮本发明饮料250毫升以上,3例中心神不宁健忘l例,心神不宁失眠多梦l例,心悸l例;经3个月饮用本发明饮料3例中心神不宁健忘l例和心神不宁失眠多梦l例症状消失,心悸的l例略有减轻。
具体实施方式
一种具有养心安神功能的材料,它由下述重量份容积份的原料组成,夜交藤40—80克,莲子20—60克,甘草10—30克,甜味素5一10克,纯净水12000克,其制备方法为:将莲子砸碎后和夜交藤、甘草加加纯净水2500克浸泡7天,每天加热煮沸3次;到7天时把夜交藤、莲子、甘草加水煮沸的浸泡液残渣去除澄清过滤,所得浸泡液加纯净水,使浸泡液加纯净水的总重量达l0000克,然后再加甜味素8克混合均匀,按冷却无菌灌装即可。也可在灌装前加入不同的调味剂,调成各种不同口味以适应不同口味的人群。

2. 根据权利要求l所述的一种具有养心安神功能的饮料,其特征在于将莲子捣碎后和夜交藤、甘草加纯净水2500克浸泡7天,每天加热煮沸3次;到7天时把夜交藤、莲子、甘草加水煮沸的浸泡液残渣去除澄清过滤,所得浸泡液加纯净水,使浸泡液加纯净水的总重量达10000克,然后再加甜味素8克混合均匀,按冷却无菌灌装即可。
