Abstract

不可侵犯的开启框架系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于门和窗(玻璃窗和百叶窗)的铰接打开的框架的不可侵犯系统,该系统的两个主要型材(基本框架和框格)被设计成通过加入最小量的附件而使框格的可移动构架能陷入并完全结合到已经固定在墙壁上的基本框架的构架中。
背景技术
到目前为止,用于铰接打开门和窗的铝系统的制造技术还未出现任何类似的发明。在当前的系统中,将由框格型材形成的可移动构架锁定到由基本框架型材形成的固定构架中的方法需要若干非常耗时的过程,它们使用了很多复杂且昂贵的附件,但最终并没有实现两个框架之间的不可侵犯的锁定。甚至在多点安装的周向锁定系统中,即使通过在框架的锁定机构上使用相对简单形式的机械应力,仍可能有入侵的机会。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,本发明提出一种全新的和创新的设计并构造用于门和窗的铰接打开的系统中的两个型材(即框格和基本框架)的方法,实现了框格的周向伸出并延伸,通过将插销(cremone)旋转到锁定位置,使得其一直沿着构架的周边的整个长度周向地进入基本框架型材中,使该构架完全不可侵犯。
附图说明
下面参照清楚地示出了如何实施本发明的基本原理的几个附图来描述系统的构造方法的一示例,其中图3和图6以正面和反面示出了系统的附件,以该方式来公开必要的细节。
具体实施方式
图1示出铰接打开的铝框格1的型材的截面图,该框格被设计为其主要特征是具有槽2。图2示出铝制基本框架型材3的截面图,其主要特征是具有槽4,该槽将会接收图3所示的锁定型材构件5。图3示出呈“Π”的形式的锁定型材构件5的一部分,该锁定型材构件的形状构造为在两个面对的(相对的)侧面上以标准距离适当倾斜地去除材料。图4示出锁定型材构件5被放置于铰接打开的铝框格1的槽2中相对于基本框架型材3的最终位置时的截面图。在图4中,锁定系统尚未启动。图5示出与图4相同的截面图,不同之处在于锁定系统被启动,锁定型材构件5被推出并且进入基本框架型材3的槽4中,导致框格型材1与基本框架型材3连接,并且最终实现门或窗的整个铰接打开的框架的周向锁定。图6示出将锁定型材构件5推出或复位的附件7,该附件具有多个侧向突出部8,借助所述侧向突出部,该附件进入框格型材1的槽2中。运动传输的主附件9也具有侧向突出部8,侧向突出部帮助附件“滑动”进入框格型材1的槽2中,如图4、图5和图6所示。图7详细示出使运动从插销传输到传动带12的主附件9。由此,图7示出供螺钉(市场上买得到的)通过的两个贯穿孔10、11,这两个贯穿孔如下:在传动带已通过矩形截面孔14进入主附件9之后,孔10中的螺钉使传动带12的一端固定,同时在沿着框架的周边被驱动进入对应的具有类似截面的后部孔15,并最终从孔15的上端离开之后,传动带的另一端被螺钉固定。
在这个阶段并在主附件9借助螺钉(市场上买得到的)固定到传动带12之前,螺钉在传动带12伸展前进入孔11,然后移走突出部分。图7还示出销17,其进入主附件9的孔16中并且将插销(市场上买得到的)的运动传输给主附件9。图8详细示出了如图6中所示的将锁定型材构件5推出或复位的附件7,其具有孔18,螺钉(市场上买得到的)进入孔中并使附件7固定在传动带12上。图8还示出了矩形截面的贯穿孔19,传动带12穿过该贯穿孔,图8还示出了侧向突出部8,借助所述侧向突出部,附件7“滑动”进入框格型材1的槽2中。图9示出将会放置在由框格型材1组装的框架的四个拐角处的附件20,以便限制锁定型材构件5的侧向运动。附件20也具有侧向突出部8,借助所述侧向突出部,该附件被放置于框格型材1的槽2中,该附件还具有矩形截面的贯穿孔21,传动带12从该贯穿孔自由经过、出来并改变方向。
根据众所周知的技术惯例,通过使用框格型材1,可移动打开框架能够借助铰链(市场上买得到的)而组装并安装到已使用基本框架型材3组装的固定构架上。
根据本发明,实现锁定方法的基本原理可应用于如下三个基本阶段。
阶段1:主附件9滑入并放置于框格型材1的槽2,该主附件通过使用销17而被插销调整。在有人旋转插销时,该插销将旋转运动转换为使主附件9移动的线性运动,该主附件反过来将该运动传输到与其牢固附接的传动带12。
阶段2:只要传动带12移动,其就将线性运动传输到将锁定型材构件5推出或复位的附件7,附件7沿着框格型材1的四侧周向放置并且与传动带12牢固附接。
阶段3:由于滑进框格型材1的槽2的附件7的斜度(slope,斜面),还由于锁定型材构件5的两侧也以相同的斜度倾斜地移除材料,所以随着附件7朝向一方向移动,附件7迫使锁定型材构件5被沿着由框格型材1组装而成的可移动框架的全部四侧推出。结果是锁定型材构件5在周向伸出并且进入基本框架3的型材的槽4中。锁定型材构件5被从框格型材1的构架推出的原因是,因为在构架的组装阶段期间,限制锁定型材构件5的侧向运动的附件20初始被放置在框格的构架的四个拐角。
在此阶段,由框格型材1(玻璃窗和百叶窗)形成的可移动框架与由基本框架型材3形成的固定构架被锁定并连接,使得整个铰接打开的铝框架完全不可侵犯。
当插销向后旋转到其原来的位置时,因为在构架的所有四侧上的锁定型材构件5被迫返回其在槽2中的原始位置,所以上述机构向后启动并且使框格型材1的可移动构架与基本框架型材3的固定构架解锁。如上所述的铰接打开的铝框架、门或窗的两个框架(可移动的和固定的)的非常坚固且绝对安全的连接方式是本发明的主要原理。
根据本发明的主要目的和实施方法,上述主要附件和材料可以任意期望形式、任意大小或形状使用,并且它们彼此如附图所示的配合。
根据构造的各种需要,附件的形式可改变,这些改变具有上述的优点但不改变本发明的主要原理,这是本发明的研究和设计的结果。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于门和窗的铰接打开框架的不可侵犯系统,其包括基本型材构件(3)的固定框架和框格型材构件(1)的可移动框架,所述框格型材构件(1)的可移动框架铰接地附接到所述基本型材构件(3)的固定框架上并且设有插销,所述插销适于在使所述铰接打开框架选择性地设置在锁定状态和解锁状态的一范围内旋转,其特征在于:
所述框格型材构件(1)具有槽(2),所述槽(2)适于在所述可移动框架的四侧的每侧接收锁定型材构件(5);
所述基本型材构件(3)具有槽(4),当所述铰接打开框架处于锁定状态时,所述槽(4)适于在所述固定框架的四侧的每侧收容所述锁定型材构件(5);
所述锁定型材构件(5)是“Π”形截面构件,其沿着所述框格型材构件(1)的可移动框架的四侧中的每侧插入所述槽(2),并且所述锁定型材构件(5)适于从所述锁定型材构件(5)完全插入所述框格型材构件(1)的所述槽(2)的位置移动到所述锁定型材构件(5)向外延伸的位置并且反之亦然,所述“Π”形截面构件的每侧设有倾斜材料移除,设有侧向突出部(8)的附件(7)适于在所述框格型材构件(1)的所述槽(2)内滑动,所述附件(7)具有沿其在所述框格型材构件的所述槽(2)内的运动方向的斜度,由此在将所述铰接打开框架分别设置到锁定状态和解锁状态的所述插销的相应旋转期间,适于将所述锁定型材构件(5)推到锁定状态或将其复位到解锁状态;
具有贯穿孔(21)的附件(20)安装在所述框格型材构件(1)的可移动框架的四个拐角中的每个拐角处,所述附件(20)适于限制所述锁定型材构件(5)的侧向移动;
所述插销借助销(17)连接到主运动传递附件(9),所述主运动传递附件(9)将所述插销的旋转转换为线性运动,所述主运动传递附件(9)设有侧向突出部(8),并且适于在所述框格型材构件(1)的所述槽(2)内滑动,传动带(12)的一端固定地安装在所述主运动传递附件(9)的第一端处的孔(14)内,所述传动带(12)沿着所述框格型材构件(1)的可移动框架的周边驱动,自由地穿过在所述框格型材构件(1)的可移动框架的四个拐角中的每个拐角处的每个所述附件(20)的贯穿孔(21),并且所述传动带(12)被固定地连接于所述锁定型材构件(5)的所述附件(7),所述传动带(12)的另一端被固定地安装在所述主运动传递附件(9)的第二端的孔(15)内,
由于所述附件(20)限制所述锁定型材构件(5)的侧向移动,由所述传动带(12)的移动启动的所述附件(7)在所述框格型材构件(1)的槽(2)内的线性移动,导致所述锁定型材构件(5)在锁定状态被从所述框格型材构件(1)的槽(2)向外推入所述基本型材构件(3)的槽(4)内,或者在解锁状态离开所述基本型材构件(3)的槽(4)而复位到所述框格型材构件(1)的槽(2)内。
