本发明涉及一种用于汽车保险杠的高防撞击性能复合材料。
背景技术
现在汽车发生事故的情况很多,而汽车经常发生撞击的部位为保险杠和汽车车身,汽车保险杠是汽车工业中比较重要的大型零部件。目前所采用的主要材料大多为聚丙烯,缺点为力学性能差,其防撞击性能达不到理想的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于汽车保险杠的高防撞击性能复合材料。

一种用于汽车保险杠的高防撞击性能复合材料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:PP14~24%,PS12~20%,ABS15~25%,分散剂10~15%,增稠剂12~30%,阻燃剂6~25%,消泡剂10~15%,云母粉10~19%,空心玻璃微珠4~6%,石墨粉2~8%,改性聚丙烯10~15%,铁3~15%,锆0.1~0.4%,碳化铬0.5~5%,铝0.1~1.5%。
本发明的有益效果是:具有良好的力学性能,能够在汽车发生撞击时起到弹性缓冲的作用,可用于汽车的保险杠,车身外壳等。
