Abstract
本发明涉及一种无砟轨道板充填层线上多功能作业装备,能实现自密实混凝土自动搅拌灌注的作业装备,属于高速铁路施工技术领域。它包括车架及走行系统、称重平台、搅拌罐、灌注系统;车架结构紧凑、轻盈,空载时,人可便捷推行,行走方向既可固定,亦可自由转向;车架上安装有称重传感器,实时反馈搅拌罐内剩余物料量,既可根据余料控制灌注速度和灌注量,也可根据剩余物料量进行二次搅拌,有效避免物料浪费;搅拌罐内安装有同心异径搅拌叶片,变频无极调速,满足二次搅拌要求,搅拌罐放置于称重平台上,通过限位装置定位,可满足中间和侧向两个方向的灌注工况;应用PLC控制气动闸阀开启度,控制灌注速度,使整个装备实现按需搅拌、自动灌注的功能,减少物料浪费,提高自密实混凝土灌注质量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无砟轨道板充填层线上多功能作业装备,能实现自密实混凝土自动搅拌灌注的作业装备,属于高速铁路施工技术领域。
背景技术
为了适应中国铁路“走出去”战略需要,必须提升中国无砟轨道技术的自主创新,打造中国无砟轨道的自身品牌。为此,在总结我国既有无砟轨道研究与应用经验的基础上,结合无砟轨道再创新研究成果,研发并铺设了具有完全自主知识产权的板式无砟轨道。
板式无砟轨道结构,采用自密实混凝土作为充填层材料,利用充填层自密实混凝土灌注工艺方法,将具有大的流动性、间隙通过性和抗离析性混凝土灌注至嵌有U形钢筋和钢筋网片的板腔中。自密实混凝土强度等级为C40,要求具有高流动度、不离析、填充均匀性和稳定性的性能,浇筑时依靠其自重流动,无需振捣而达到密实的混凝土,其自有收缩率应小于万分之三。在搅拌站制备后,通过罐车运输至线下,利用中转斗将自密实混凝土吊至线上灌注点实施灌注。但自密实混凝土在搅拌、运输、灌注过程中存在混凝土坍落度损失大,易离析、泌水等、包裹性差和浮浆等现象,灌注质量难以控制,造成了严重浪费。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种能实施混凝土二次搅拌、灌注过程自动控制的多功能作业装备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种无砟轨道板充填层线上多功能作业装备,它包括车架及行走系统、称重平台、搅拌灌注系统,车架及行走系统包括行走轮、车架立柱、车架爬梯、车架斜撑、车架横向梁和车架纵向梁和车架横向次梁;所述的行走轮有两组四个,通过法兰与所述的车架立柱连接,其中一组所述的行走轮可万向转动;
称重平台包括称重传感器、称重横梁和限位块,所述的称重传感器固定安装于所述的称重横梁上;
搅拌灌注系统包括搅拌罐吊耳、搅拌罐体立柱、搅拌罐体圈肋、搅拌罐体、搅拌电机、搅拌罐底横肋、搅拌轴套、搅拌轴、搅拌轴密封法兰、卸料管、灌注弯头、气动闸阀、灌注挡板、挡板拉杆和搅拌叶片,所述的搅拌罐吊耳焊接于所述的搅拌罐体立柱上,所述的搅拌罐体上部为圆柱形,下部为斜圆台形,安装有所述的搅拌罐底横肋,与所述的搅拌罐体立柱焊接,所述的搅拌罐体焊接有所述的搅拌罐体圈肋,所述的搅拌罐体底部圆心处安装有所述的搅拌轴套,通过所述的搅拌轴密封法兰与搅拌轴连接,所述的搅拌轴一端与所述的搅拌电机连接,另一端穿过所述的搅拌轴套与所述的搅拌叶片连接。
所述的称重平台安装有四个所述的称重传感器,能实时反馈承载于所述称重平台上的物料,既有利于掌握物料使用量,同时有利于为添加外掺料提供数据。
所述的搅拌罐体上部为圆柱形,下部为斜圆台形,所述的搅拌电机安装于所述的搅拌罐体底部,有利于降低罐体高度。
所述的搅拌罐体与所述的卸料管相贯焊接,所述的灌注挡板放置于所述的卸料管入口处,所述的灌注挡板上安装有所述的挡板拉杆,所述的卸料管出口处与所述的气动闸阀一端连接,所述的气动闸阀另一端与所述的灌注弯头连接;所述的灌注挡板在承接混凝土前挡住所述的卸料管入口处,待进行混凝土灌注时,通过所述的挡板拉杆拉起所述的挡板,避免混凝土堵塞所述的卸料管,通过所述的气动闸阀调节混凝土流量,有利于实现自动灌注。
本发明所涉及的无砟轨道充填层线上多功能作业车具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明采用大容量设计,整个搅拌罐容量为1.8m3,一次接料至少可满足一块无砟轨道板灌注用量。
2、本发明采用线上跨板行走方式,走行轮采用钢圈过塑胶,并设计有制动装置。
3、本发明在车架上设计由4个2t膜盒式称重传感器+称重仪表组成的计量装置,随时可以读取中转灌注斗中剩余混凝土的重量。
4、本发明搅拌罐底部设计有4KW搅拌电机,变频控制实现0-32转/min范围内无极调速;
5、本发明的灌注控制系统采用自动、手动两种操作模式。自动控制系统采用PLC+触摸屏自动控制,具有参数任意调整、故障查询、自动报警功能。
6、本发明整个设备还设计有4个激光位移检测仪,时刻检测灌注过程中轨道板上浮情况,上浮量超标自动报警并中断灌注。
7、本发明的所有电控系统集成在一个600×600×350控制箱中,控制箱采取便携式设计,所有与控制箱连接的缆线采用快速插座连接,方便工后随时收回,做到贵重设备防盗。
8、本发明的机组具有综合作业效率高、安全可靠、性价比高等特点。

下面结合附图1~4对本发明进行详细描述:
一种无砟轨道板充填层线上多功能作业装备,它包括车架及行走系统1、称重平台2、搅拌灌注系统3,车架及行走系统1包括行走轮5、车架立柱6、车架爬梯7、车架斜撑8、车架横向梁9和车架纵向梁10和车架横向次梁11;所述的行走轮5有两组四个,通过法兰与所述的车架立柱6连接,其中一组所述的行走轮5可万向转动;
称重平台2包括称重传感器12、称重横梁13和限位块14,所述的称重传感器12固定安装于所述的称重横梁13上;
搅拌灌注系统3包括搅拌罐吊耳4、搅拌罐体立柱26、搅拌罐体圈肋27、搅拌罐体28、搅拌电机15、搅拌罐底横肋16、搅拌轴套17、搅拌轴18、搅拌轴密封法兰19、卸料管20、灌注弯头21、气动闸阀22、灌注挡板23、挡板拉杆24和搅拌叶片25,所述的搅拌罐吊耳焊接于所述的搅拌罐体立柱26上,所述的搅拌罐体28上部为圆柱形,下部为斜圆台形,安装有所述的搅拌罐底横肋,与所述的搅拌罐体立柱26焊接,所述的搅拌罐体28焊接有所述的搅拌罐体圈肋27,所述的搅拌罐体28底部圆心处安装有所述的搅拌轴套17,通过所述的搅拌轴密封法兰19与搅拌轴18连接,所述的搅拌轴18一端与所述的搅拌电机15连接,另一端穿过所述的搅拌轴套17与所述的搅拌叶片连接。
所述的称重平台2安装有四个所述的称重传感器12,能实时反馈承载于所述称重平台2上的物料,既有利于掌握物料使用量,同时有利于为添加外掺料提供数据。
所述的搅拌罐体28上部为圆柱形,下部为斜圆台形,所述的搅拌电机15安装于所述的搅拌罐体28底部,有利于降低罐体高度。

1.一种无砟轨道板充填层线上多功能作业装备,它包括车架及行走系统(1)、称重平台(2)、搅拌灌注系统(3),其特征在于:车架及行走系统(1)包括行走轮(5)、车架立柱(6)、车架爬梯(7)、车架斜撑(8)、车架横向梁(9)和车架纵向梁(10)和车架横向次梁(11);所述的行走轮(5)有两组四个,通过法兰与所述的车架立柱(6)连接,其中一组所述的行走轮(5)可万向转动;
称重平台(2)包括称重传感器(12)、称重横梁(13)和限位块(14),所述的称重传感器(12)固定安装于所述的称重横梁(13)上;
搅拌灌注系统(3)包括搅拌罐吊耳(4)、搅拌罐体立柱(26)、搅拌罐体圈肋(27)、搅拌罐体(28)、搅拌电机(15)、搅拌罐底横肋(16)、搅拌轴套(17)、搅拌轴(18)、搅拌轴密封法兰(19)、卸料管(20)、灌注弯头(21)、气动闸阀(22)、灌注挡板(23)、挡板拉杆(24)和搅拌叶片(25),所述的搅拌罐吊耳焊接于所述的搅拌罐体立柱(26)上,所述的搅拌罐体(28)上部为圆柱形,下部为斜圆台形,安装有所述的搅拌罐底横肋,与所述的搅拌罐体立柱(26)焊接,所述的搅拌罐体(28)焊接有所述的搅拌罐体圈肋(27),所述的搅拌罐体(28)底部圆心处安装有所述的搅拌轴套(17),通过所述的搅拌轴密封法兰(19)与搅拌轴(18)连接,所述的搅拌轴(18)一端与所述的搅拌电机(15)连接,另一端穿过所述的搅拌轴套(17)与所述的搅拌叶片连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无砟轨道板充填层线上多功能作业装备,其特征在于:所述的称重平台(2)安装有四个所述的称重传感器(12),能实时反馈承载于所述称重平台(2)上的物料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无砟轨道板充填层线上多功能作业装备,其特征在于:所述的搅拌电机(15)安装于所述的搅拌罐体(28)底部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无砟轨道板充填层线上多功能作业装备,其特征在于:所述的搅拌罐体(28)与所述的卸料管(20)相贯焊接,所述的灌注挡板(23)放置于所述的卸料管(20)入口处,所述的灌注挡板(23)上安装有所述的挡板拉杆(24),所述的卸料管(20)出口处与所述的气动闸阀(22)一端连接,所述的气动闸阀(22)另一端与所述的灌注弯头(21)连接;所述的灌注挡板(23)在承接混凝土前挡住所述的卸料管(20)入口处。
