Description

用于高压接头的复合滑动垫圈
本发明涉及用于高压管的垫圈部分,且具体是关于一种新型滑动垫圈。
根据当前已知技术,中空轴与孔之间联接的密封通常由容纳于形成在轴的外表面上环形槽内的圆环状橡胶垫圈来确保。在组装之前,橡胶圆环体的截面从容纳其的槽突出。
组装期间,垫圈的横截面被压入在槽内,从而能够进行密封。由于形成在孔缘边上的倒角而产生垫圈的压缩。该压缩应力取决于倒角的角度:倒角的角度越小,压缩应力越低。出于技术原因,倒角的角度不能小于30°。
还应当指出,如果该孔属于需要切割成一定尺寸的管,则孔在切割操作期间形成椭圆形,并且该倒角必须在切割之后、组装之前的时间形成。为此目的,必须使用由用以校准该椭圆形孔的膨胀器插塞和用以制造倒角的磨机形成的工具。通常出现这样的情况,该操作被较差地执行或者甚至被省略。在这些情况下,垫圈上的压缩载荷变得非常高,该孔的锐边会损坏垫圈或使其从座置位退出,且该轴的与椭圆形孔干涉的表面会损坏孔的内表面,从而会损坏接头的流体密封。

关于复合垫圈的专利EP0854997B1消除了对轴上的座置位的需求:组装期间在轴与孔之间没有金属接触。但该方案增加插入载荷,需要熟练地进行孔缘边上的倒角,且在拆卸的情况下,垫圈往往保持在孔内,从而对于拔出垫圈造成一系列其它问题。
专利EP1983245A1涉及消除孔与垫圈之间干涉的轴的特定轮廓,但需要孔的内表面在组装之后变形以径向压缩该垫圈。该方案解决大部分问题但仅限于该管的孔会容易变形的情况。此外,管的变形(挤压)过程是需要特定设备的复杂操作。
本发明的主要目的是克服上述问题,以消除轴与孔之间组装之后垫圈故障的各种情况,以及消除对校准、倒角和挤压工具的需要。
以上目的是能够正确且安全地组装,而不需要特定设备,并且通常减小到技术上可能的最小组装载荷,此外在完成组装时能够方便视觉观察垫圈的正确定位。
根据本发明通过提供基本上由橡胶部和刚性环(例如由塑料、金属等制成)--具有凸缘功能--形成的复合垫圈而实现上述目的,刚性环设计成通过轴向配装在内部管或倒钩配件上的外部管或孔而将垫圈本身从倚靠位置拉到工作位置。由于在倒钩配件上存在特意设置的圆锥区域,从而确保流体紧密性的垫圈压缩操作得以进行。

图12-14所示本发明的第三实施例涉及推配连接与在壁内而不是管内形成孔5的结构构造相关的情形。
在该情况下,倒钩配件4相对于前部固定元件28固定,前部固定元件28设计成以已知方式约束到具有孔5的壁。

Claims (9)
