本发明涉及一种加热导电杆组件。该加热导电杆组件包括导电杆,靠近导电杆的底端设有安装轴肩,导电杆外套设有瓷套管,瓷套管的一端径向收缩形成的台阶部,瓷套管的另一端径向凸伸形成的抵持部,陶瓷管上位于抵持部与台阶部之间套设有外壳,台阶部与安装轴肩之间夹持固定有平垫片,台阶部外活动套设有瓷垫片,导电杆的顶端设有拧紧螺母,拧紧螺母与抵持部之间夹持有挡圈。这种结构的加热导电杆组件,其耐热性及绝缘性较好,有利于降低高温加热时打火放电的风险,增强了炉子整体的稳定性。

一种加热导电杆组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种加热导电杆组件,尤其涉及应用在工业炉中的加热导电杆组件。
背景技术
在电加热工业炉中,例如真空铝钎焊炉等,加热导电杆组件是连接真空炉的发热体引出保温层的端口,是电加热工业炉必不可少的电输入装置。导电杆组件工作在高温环境,既要保证绝缘性,不得出现打火放电,又要保证耐高温,因此其性能优劣直接关系到电加热工业炉的工作性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的问题,提供一种加热导电杆组件,其耐热性及绝缘性较好,有利于降低高温加热时打火放电的风险,增强炉子整体的稳定性。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种加热导电杆组件,包括导电杆,靠近所述导电杆的底端设有安装轴肩,所述导电杆外套设有瓷套管,所述瓷套管的一端径向收缩形成的台阶部,所述瓷套管的另一端径向凸伸形成的抵持部,所述陶瓷管上位于所述抵持部与所述台阶部之间套设有外壳,所述台阶部与所述安装轴肩之间夹持固定有平垫片,所述台阶部外活动套设有瓷垫片,所述导电杆的顶端设有拧紧螺母,所述拧紧螺母与所述抵持部之间夹持有挡圈。
进一步地,所述导电杆的底部横穿有螺栓,所述螺栓通过螺母及垫片固定。
进一步地,所述拧紧螺母采用碳钢发黑处理,数量为三个。
进一步地,所述陶瓷管及所述瓷垫片采用含Al??O??95%以上的氧化铝陶瓷。

下面根据附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明实施例所述的一种加热导电杆组件,包括导电杆1,靠近导电杆1的底端设有安装轴肩2,导电杆1外套设有瓷套管3,瓷套管3的一端径向收缩形成的台阶部31,瓷套管3的另一端径向凸伸形成的抵持部32,陶瓷管3上位于抵持部32与台阶部31之间套设有外壳4,台阶部31与安装轴肩2之间夹持固定有平垫片5,台阶部31外活动套设有瓷垫片6,导电杆1的顶端设有拧紧螺母7,拧紧螺母7与抵持部32之间夹持有挡圈8。
导电杆1的底部横穿有螺栓9,螺栓9通过螺母10及垫片11固定。拧紧螺母7采用碳钢发黑处理,数量为三个。陶瓷管3及瓷垫片6采用含Al??O??95%以上的氧化铝陶瓷。

1.一种加热导电杆组件,其特征在于,包括导电杆,靠近所述导电杆的底端设有安装轴肩,所述导电杆外套设有瓷套管,所述瓷套管的一端径向收缩形成的台阶部,所述瓷套管的另一端径向凸伸形成的抵持部,所述陶瓷管上位于所述抵持部与所述台阶部之间套设有外壳,所述台阶部与所述安装轴肩之间夹持固定有平垫片,所述台阶部外活动套设有瓷垫片,所述导电杆的顶端设有拧紧螺母,所述拧紧螺母与所述抵持部之间夹持有挡圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的加热导电杆组件,其特征在于,所述导电杆的底部横穿有螺栓,所述螺栓通过螺母及垫片固定。
3.如权利要求1所述的加热导电杆组件,其特征在于,所述拧紧螺母采用碳钢发黑处理,数量为三个。
4.如权利要求1所述的加热导电杆组件,其特征在于,所述陶瓷管及所述瓷垫片采用含Al??O??95%以上的氧化铝陶瓷。
