本实用新型加热棒的金属管为无氧铜管或是钛管。 无氧铜管或是钛管有很好的耐腐蚀性, 可以有效地 防止穿孔的发生。

具体实施方式 如图 1至 3所示, 本实用新型的加热棒包括金属管 1和发热丝 2, 发热丝 2设置于金属 管 1内, 发热丝 2由接线头 3引出金属管 1, 并与外部电源连接, 其中, 金属管 1内的发热丝 2与金属管 1内壁之间填充有密实的绝缘导热材料 4。 所述的绝缘导热材料 4为添加了硅油的氧化镁粉, 其中添加硅 油的重量百分比为 0.06<¾-0.08<¾。 所述的金属管 1为无氧铜管或是钛管。
所述的发热丝 2可以是现有技术中适合的材料制成, 如镍铬合金丝、 铜镍合金丝、 铁铬铝丝等。 所述的绝缘导热材料 4还可以是现有技术中各种绝缘填充材料, 如云母、 石棉、 大理石、 陶瓷、 玻璃 等, 以及它们与十二垸基苯、 聚异丁烯、 异丙基联苯等绝缘油的混合物。
